転ラツチbに実線矢印方向に移動するストライカ
aが係合すると回転ラツチbは図示しないスプリ
ングの破線矢印方向の付勢力に抗しつつ所定位置
まで実線矢印方向に回転変位し、それに伴つてラ
チエツトcがスプリングdの破線矢印方向の付勢
力によつて実線矢印方向に回転変位して回転ラツ
チbの所定部と係合して回転ラツチbの回転戻り
を抑止すると共に、この状態においてラチエツト
cをスプリングdの反付勢力方向に回転変位させ
て回転ラツチbから離脱させると、回転ラツチb
は図示しないスプリングの付勢力によつて回転復
帰し、それによつてストライカaは回転ラツチb
から離脱する(第4図の状態)のように構成され
ている。開閉蓋体を開放する場合、上記のように
回転ラツチbと係合状態にあるラチエツトcをス
プリングdの反付勢方向に回転変位させて回転ラ
ツチbから離脱させるが、このようなラチエツト
cの回転変位は運転席に配置されている操作レバ
ーによつて、或いはロータ等のアクチユエータの
始動スイツチを投入することによつて行なわれ

(発明の目的)

ストライカは回転ラツチから離脱する形式の車両
用開閉蓋体のロツク装置であつて、前記開閉蓋体
の開放時においては前記ラチエツトの側端面に接
しており、前記開閉蓋体の閉鎖時において前記回
転ラツチが回転変位するとそれに伴つてラチエツ
トの側端面から円弧状の先端面の略中央部までこ

トライカが係合すると回転ラツチは付勢力に抗し
つつ所定位置まで回転変位し、それに伴つて前記
ラチエツトが付勢力によつて回転変位して回転ラ
ツチの所定部と係合して回転ラツチの回転戻りを
抑止すると共に、この状態においてラチエツトを
反付勢方向に回転変位させて回転ラツチから離脱
させると、回転ラツチは付勢力によつて回転復帰
し、それによつて前記ストライカは回転ラツチか
ら離脱する形式の車両用開閉蓋体のロツク装置で
あつて、前記開閉蓋体の開放時においては前記ラ
チエツトの側端面に接しており、前記開閉蓋体の
閉鎖時において前記回転ラツチが回転変位すると
それに伴つてラチエツトの側端面から円弧状の先
端面の略中央部までころがり変位する回転部材を
前記回転ラツチに設けたものであるから、前記回
転部材によつてラチエツトを反付勢方向に回動変
位させての解錠時におけるラチエツトに加わる負
荷が著しく小さく抑えられ、従つて小さな操作力
にてラチエツトの回転変位が行なえ、回転変位を
モータ等のアクチユエータにて行なう場合にあつ
ては小トルクのアクチユエータで済むようにな
り、ロツク装置を比較的コンパクトに構成するこ
