At small and medium-sized pumping stations and treatment plants, dust removers are installed to remove sludge from sewage to protect the pumps. If the residue does not interfere with the pump, post-treatment will be troublesome, so I would like to avoid scraping it up with a dust remover as much as possible. However, it is necessary to prevent the screen from clogging. For this reason, conventionally, as shown in Figure 11, a method has been put into practical use in which air ration is applied intermittently from the bottom of the screen to avoid using a rake to rake up toilet paper and human feces as residue. . Also the first
As shown in Figure 2, a method has been proposed in which the blocked portion of the screen is cleaned using pressurized water.

However, the method of air rationing from the bottom of the screen fails if the air ration pipe becomes clogged or the water level fluctuates. This is because the air ration nozzle is fixed, which means that it cannot follow changes in the water level, and therefore has the disadvantage that it is only possible to perform the specified cleaning when the water level is set in advance.

1 to 3 are the first embodiment.
In the figure, 1 is a waterway in a small to medium-sized pumping station or sewage treatment plant.A screen 2 is installed to block this waterway 1.The screen 2 captures the residue in the wastewater flowing down the waterway, and removes dust. It is scraped up with rake 3 of machine 4 and discharged. This sludge is removed for the purpose of protecting the pump, but it is desirable to prevent this sludge from being scraped up as much as possible. This is because it takes time and effort to process the scraped residue. Therefore, the toilet paper, human feces, etc. caught by this screen are transferred to a rake and the residue is crushed by spraying high-pressure water at the water line position in order to crush it without using a machine. However, the water level of the waterway always fluctuates, and even when the water level fluctuates, a cleaning nozzle 4 is provided that injects cleaning water toward the rake that is always on the water line. A plurality of cleaning nozzles 4 are installed in a pipe 5 disposed along the side wall of the waterway, that is, a plurality of cleaning nozzles 4 are installed in the height direction in order to respond to water level fluctuations, and each nozzle 4 is provided with a solenoid valve 6. Water is supplied to each nozzle via piping 5. At this time, the water level is detected by a water level gauge 8 installed above the waterway, and the solenoid valve 6 of the cleaning nozzle 4 corresponding to the detected water level is opened, and the other nozzles are closed.
The sludge on the rake stopped at the water line is crushed and washed at the same time using high-pressure washing water pressure. In addition, when the rake is temporarily stopped at the water line position based on the detection signal from the water level gauge, a mechanism for detecting the water level gauge and the rake position, such as an encoder limit switch, is provided to control the stop. The operation of opening the solenoid valve of the nozzle corresponding to the water line position is linked. The temporary stopping time of the rake at this water line shall be adjustable.

Figures 4 to 6 show a second embodiment, in which cleaning water is sprayed toward the rake within a certain range of the rake that rises during sludge scraping along the screen, above the highest water level. , and the nozzle pipes 9 are arranged opposite to each other in the entire width direction of the screen,
A large number of nozzles 10 are protruded from the nozzle pipe 9 in a line, and a drive device 11 is provided at one end of the nozzle pipe 9, and the other end is connected to the high pressure pump 7 via a swivel joint 12. In this embodiment, the water level is detected by a water level gauge, and a mechanism is provided to detect the rake position and calculate the water level gauge signal at the water line position, and to stop or continuously drive the rake, and to operate the rake at this position. The drive device 11 is rotated forward or reverse so that the cleaning water sprayed from the nozzles is directed toward the rake, the nozzle direction is adjusted, and the high-pressure pump is driven to spray the cleaning water from each nozzle all at once to the top of the rake. This allows for crushing and cleaning.

FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment, in which a cleaning nozzle 13 is provided on the rake 3, and when the rake reaches the water line, cleaning water is spouted from the nozzle toward the rake. Detection of whether the rake has reached the level is done using a water level gauge or other methods.

What is shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is the fifth embodiment,
A large number of nozzles 15 are provided behind the screen 2 and along the screen at different locations in the height direction, and cleaning water is sprayed from the nozzle at the water line position toward the screen from the back of the screen to prevent clogging of the screen. In addition, the scum on the rake is crushed and washed. The method of operating the nozzle at this water line position is the same as in the first embodiment.

According to the present invention, when the rake moving along the screen reaches the water line position, cleaning water is sprayed from the cleaning nozzle toward the rake at the water line position, so that the water captured by the rake is Fragile toilet paper and human feces lumps are crushed and washed in the dust removal channel, reducing the amount of sludge raked up by the rake.Furthermore, since the sludge raked has already been washed, post-processing can be easily performed. It has the advantage of
