(Prior art) It is known that when the corner radius of a lighting window is less than about 20 mm, distortion or cracking will occur at the opening corners of the drawn panel, spoiling the aesthetic appearance of the door. For this reason, conventional steel doors with daylight windows have been manufactured, for example, by the following two methods.

The first method, as shown in FIG. 11, is to form surface plates d and e in which daylight window openings b and c are formed, respectively, on both sides of a frame body a. In this method, a bending allowance g is formed inside each bending line f of an opening c of one surface plate e, with both ends cut out by dimensions L and M, respectively, from each corner of the opening c. And this bending allowance g
is bent into an L-shape, and the tip of each bend ( g1) is brought into contact with the inner surface of the other surface plate (d) attached to the frame (a) and integrally formed by welding, thereby manufacturing a steel door with a lighting window. (For example, in 1987-

In the second method, as shown in FIG. 12, the front and back panels A are divided into four panel pieces A 1 to A 4 by lines parallel to each side forming the lighting window opening B.
The top and bottom of each divided panel piece A 1 to A 4 ,
Alternatively, the left and right sides are bent in the same direction, and the two folded panel pieces A 1 and A 2 are separated by the width dimension of the opening B and fixed to a frame (not shown) by adhesive or other means, and the remaining panel pieces A 3 , By inserting A 4 into the upper and lower ends of the fixed panel pieces A 1 and A 2 and fixing them to both the frame and the panel pieces A 1 and A 2 by adhesive or other means, you can create a steel door with a lighting window. construction was in progress.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the former method described in the prior art, even if each bending allowance g of the opening c of the surface plate e is bent inward, the front surface of each corner of the opening c Although no distortion or plate cracking occurs in the face plate e, when installing window glass for daylight in the opening c, each bending allowance g
Not only will the cut-out portions at both ends of the opening c be visible from the outside of the surface plate e, significantly detracting from the beauty of the door with a daylight window, but it will also fail to meet the requirements for class B fire doors. There was an inconvenience in that each corner of the opening c where the periphery, at least the notch part, was visible from the outside had to be made invisible from the outside using a glass holding member that also served as a decorative edge and protruded outward from the surface plate e. .

In addition, in the latter method, since the periphery of the opening B is formed by bending each of the divided panel pieces A1 to A4 , stress concentration on the front and back panels A at each corner of the opening B is caused. Although distortion and plate cracking will not occur, when manufacturing a door with a daylight window using this method, the front and back panels A are formed by combining panel pieces A 1 to A 4 , which are each divided into four pieces. There must be.

For this reason, compared to the case where the same door is made using a single front and back panel A, not only does the number of man-hours for cutting the panel increase, but during assembly, the positioning of the divided panel pieces A1 to A4 , In addition, the number of man-hours required for these operations is also added, resulting in the disadvantage that the cost required to manufacture the door becomes relatively high. Moreover, each panel piece A 1 to A 4 was completed after a lot of man-hours.
Since bonding lines a to d are visible from the outside on the bonding surface of the door, there is a problem in that the aesthetic appearance of the door is also impaired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to solve the problem of notches provided at the corners of openings and divisions divided along the openings of lighting windows. A steel door with a daylight window that improves the aesthetic appearance by preventing the joining lines of the panels from being seen from the outside, and that can easily meet the requirements of a Class B fire door and can be made efficiently and inexpensively with less man-hours. The present invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing.

(Function) When a steel door with a daylight window is made using the above manufacturing method, the flange allowance along each aperture line of the daylight window is set to a size that is at least 8 times the panel thickness, which is necessary for the structure of the door. In this case, the corner flange allowance at each corner of the lighting window should be approximately 8 times or less the thickness of the panel without distortion due to the drawing process, and the roundness formed at the tip of the cut or notch should be Since board cracking does not occur at the corner flange, the beauty of the front and back panels will not be impaired.

When forming the lighting window 3 of a set size on the front panel 1 by drawing, there is a hole approximately 8 times the thickness of the panel inside the rectangular drawing line 4 that determines the size of the lighting window 3. Thereafter, an opening 6 is punched out leaving a flange allowance 5 of about 3 mm, for example. The front panel 1 in which the opening 6 has been punched is drawn inward along the rectangular drawing line 4, and a pair of upper, lower, left and right flange allowances 5, 5 inside the drawing line 4 are drawn at right angles to the front panel 1. Fold it in the direction of the shape. In drawing the front panel 1, since the dimension of the flange allowance 5 is approximately 8 times or less than the panel thickness, distortion due to stress concentration occurs at each corner of the drawing line 4 of the front panel 1, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. There is no possibility that plate cracking will occur at the corner portion of the flange allowance 5.

The size of the daylighting window 7 formed on the back panel 2 is slightly larger than the daylighting window 3 formed on the front panel 1, in order to facilitate the attachment and holding of the daylighting wired window glass 16. The flange allowance 10 between the drawing line 8 of the part 7 and the opening 9 punched inside the drawing line 8 is larger than eight times the panel thickness, for example, about 18 mm, which is about half the thickness of the door.

When the flange allowance 10 is approximately 8 times or more the panel thickness, the shortest distance of the corner flange allowance 11 from the center of the curved part of each corner of the drawing line 8 of the back panel 2 to each corner of the opening 9 is determined as the panel thickness. Cuts 12 are provided from each corner of the aperture 9 to the center of the curved portion of each corner of the aperture line 8 so that the width is approximately 8 times or less. A small-diameter round hole 13 is formed at the tip of the cut 12 in order to prevent plate cracking in the corner flange allowance 11 on the extension line of the cut 12 when the back panel 2 is drawn along the drawing line 8. It is provided.

The rear panel 2 having the above configuration is subjected to drawing processing, and each flange margin 10 is bent inward at right angles along the rectangular drawing line 8. In the back panel 2 that has undergone this drawing process, the cuts 12 provided in each flange margin 10 have a V-shape that widens inward (see Figure 5), so the lighting window 7 can be extended to each corner. Stress concentration is alleviated, creating a beautiful aesthetic appearance with no distortion. In addition, the round hole 13 provided at the tip of the cut 12 is effective in preventing plate cracking from occurring in the corner flange allowance 11 on the extension line of the cut 12 when the cut 12 is expanded into a V-shape by drawing. Therefore, the lighting window portion 7 improves the aesthetic appearance not only on the back panel 2 side but also on each flange margin 10 side.

7, both upper and lower ends are bent in the right angle direction, and the left and right ends are bent in the right angle direction along the end surface of the door frame 14 after the portions protruding outward from the door frame 14 are folded back. (See FIGS. 2 and 3) The front panel 1 and rear panel 2 configured as described above are fixed to the door frame 14 and the lighting window frame 15 by adhesive or other means. The procedure is to place the door frame 14 and the lighting window frame 15 in that order on the inner surface of the back panel 2, which has been coated with adhesive, and then place the front panel 1, whose inner surface has been coated with adhesive, on the inner surface of the back panel 2. In addition, a corner flange allowance of approximately 8 times the panel thickness or less was formed at each corner of the lighting window.
When installing a glass retainer inside the opening, not only can the overlap length with the flange length be lengthened, but also the top surface of the glass retainer can be installed so that it does not protrude from the panel surface, so it is suitable for doors with daylight windows. This makes it easier to add fire protection and change the design of the lighting window.

Furthermore, the corner flange allowance formed at each corner of the opening is formed so that the shortest distance from the center of the curved part of each corner of the drawing line is approximately 8 times or less than the panel thickness, making drawing processing easier. In addition to being easy to draw, it also prevents distortion from occurring during the drawing process, making it possible to provide a steel door with fewer manufacturing steps and without seams in corners where material gaps and plate distortions are likely to occur. Ta. Furthermore, by forming the corner flange allowance, when drawing is performed, the notch portions are not exposed at both ends of the bending allowance, making it possible to provide a steel door that can be used as a fire door.
