トに連動する高低レベルスイツチの如きセンサー
を設け該センサーにより移動量を検出するととも
にこれを電気的信号に変換し、所定の入力信号よ
り越えた場合あるいは低下した場合電磁弁を作動
せしめて流量制御を行うことができるものであ
