作業が面倒であった。The conventional one requires a mounting member to be adhered to a rubber-like elastic body, which leads to an increase in the number of parts and weight and an increase in cost, and the mounting member is a rubber-like elastic member. Since they are bonded, there is a restriction on the mounting space and there is a limit to miniaturization. Furthermore, in order to attach the vibration-proof object to the first metal fitting, the nut must be tightened on the bolt of the first mounting metal fitting, which makes the mounting work troublesome.

Since the conventional fittings are unnecessary, the number of parts can be reduced, and the weight and size can be reduced. In addition, it is not necessary to tighten the bolts and nuts to attach the vibration-proof object, and the work can be facilitated because only the concavo-convex fitting is sufficient.

And a throttle passage means 5 for connecting the two fluid chambers A and B defined by the partition plate 3 and filled with fluid with each other. The rubber elastic body 1 has a frame 6
Is vulcanized and adhered, and a partition plate 3, a flexible film 4, and a lid portion 7 are fixed to one end side of the frame body 6, and an air chamber is provided between the flexible membrane 4 and the lid portion 7. 8 is formed. Further, a concave portion 9 is formed on the side of the rubber-like elastic body 1 that is attached to the vibration isolation target 10. The anti-vibration object 10, for example, a radiator or a battery is formed with a convex portion 11 that fits into the concave portion 9. Ring-shaped protrusions 9A and 9B are formed in the recess 9, and these protrusions 9A and 9B prevent the protrusion 11 from coming out. The upper end side of the frame body 6 has a flange portion 6A that spreads outward in the radial direction. To prevent the anti-vibration device from falling. Install the anti-vibration device shown in FIG.
After the flange 6A is set in a state in which the flange 6A is mounted on the mounting bracket 12, the convex portion 11 of the vibration isolation target 10 such as a radiator or a battery is recessed in the rubber elastic body 1.
If it is fitted to, the installation work is completed.

A recess 113 (in this case, a hole) is formed in the mounting metal fitting 112 to be mounted on, and the projection 91 formed on the rubber-like elastic body 1 is fitted into this recess 113. Since the recess 113 is a hole, the protrusion 91 is formed so as to extend upward from the bottom of the hole and cover the upper surface of the mounting member 112.

Further, the mounting metal fitting 12 that is mounted on the body side and the like and the frame body 6 are also in a non-bonded state. The configurations of the fluid chambers A and B, the throttle passage means 5 and the like are not limited to the illustrated example. Further, the frame 6 as in the embodiment shown in FIG.
It is also possible to abolish the above and replace the mounting bracket 12 with the mounting bracket 112 having a hole as shown in FIG. 5, and to mount the rubber-like elastic body 1 in the same manner as the convex portion 91 of FIG. In this case, the rubber-like elastic body 1 becomes a convex portion and is attached to the body side.
The same as the recess 113 is formed in this. In this way, the frame 6 is unnecessary, and instead, only the second frame 13 as shown in FIG. 2 needs to be provided.

も容易となる。As described above, according to the present invention, at least the rubber-like elastic body on the side to be attached to the vibration isolator is formed with the concave portion or the convex portion on the vibration isolating object itself or the mounting metal fitting. By fitting the convex portion or the concave portion into a non-adhesive concave-convex fitting, the mounting metal fitting that has been vulcanized and bonded to the rubber-like elastic body becomes unnecessary, and the number of parts and the weight can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. Further, the size can be further reduced, and the fitting work can be facilitated because it is simply the concave and convex fitting.
