When pasting a large number of rectangular tiles on a predetermined construction surface such as a wall or floor with joints interposed in the vertical and horizontal directions, each tile is placed one by one with one side aligned with the reference thread, which is generally done. In addition to the usual method of pasting, you can install a lattice-frame-like device on the construction surface in advance, store the tiles in each frame, stick them to the construction surface, and then gently remove the device and separate each tile. It is known how to leave. (For example, Tokuko Sho 36-15584
(Refer to issue No.) [Problems that the invention aims to solve] However, in the above method, that is, placing a lattice frame-shaped device on the construction surface, positioning the tiles within this lattice, and gluing them to the construction surface, each It takes a lot of effort to remove the lattice frame fixture after the tiles have been bonded. In other words, since this lattice frame-shaped fixture is placed with its entire bottom surface in contact with the construction surface before the tile is bonded, the bottom surface is immersed in the mortar for bonding the tiles, This is because when removing the grid-like fixture after pasting, there is a high risk that the tiles that have been pasted will be peeled off along with the tiles.

For this purpose, the lattice frame-shaped device should be positioned above the bonding mortar as much as possible so as not to come into direct contact with it. In view of these points, the jig according to the present invention has a large number of vertical and horizontal pieces orthogonal to each other to form a lattice frame with predetermined squares, and a lattice frame that protrudes outward from a number of orthogonal ends formed on the outer periphery of the lattice frame. a distal end portion extending along the vertical and horizontal pieces, further forming a support leg on at least a lower surface of the distal end portion;
In addition, the height of the supporting legs is set so that the total thickness does not exceed the height of the surface of the tiles to which they are bonded.

得ない。 As shown in Fig. 1, the floor tile construction jig according to the present invention usually punches out a single metal plate of a required thickness and attaches a large number of vertical and horizontal pieces 1 orthogonally to each other in the shape and size of the tile. A lattice frame 3 with corresponding squares and a large number of orthogonal ends 2 formed on the outer periphery of the lattice frame have tip portions 2A projecting outward from them, and are also formed to extend from the vertical and horizontal pieces.
The end of said tip section is then folded back downwards to form a support leg 5 on its underside. The jig is completed by the above process, but when folding the end of the tip downwards, it is important to be careful that the height of the support legs 5 created by this folding is the same as the tile. This means that when the tile is adhered onto the mortar, the overall height including the height of the lattice frame 3 must not be higher than the surface of the tile. Naturally, this means that it does not function as a jig, and even if it does work during the gluing process, when the pasting surface is successively expanded and the gluing work is performed, the pasting surface will not work properly. This is because, since the jig rests on the tile that has been adhered, there is a risk that the jig may be somehow caught or pressed and deformed. Therefore, in order to avoid such concerns, the thickness of the metal plate must be determined by assuming the overall thickness of the jig including the height of the supporting legs when completed. However, it cannot be denied that this method of punching and folding is advantageous in terms of simplicity and manufacturing cost.

上げることも可能である。 Next, we will discuss the actual tiling operation using the floor tile installation jig according to the present invention.After pouring adhesive mortar onto the required construction surface to form a base for pasting, the jig according to the present invention is applied. It is placed in a predetermined position, and each support leg 5 is embedded in adhesive mortar and placed on the construction surface. Next, each floor tile is fitted into each square of the lattice frame 3 and adhesively disposed on the adhesion base while adhesive mortar is pressed onto the back surface of each floor tile in advance to adhere it thereto. After a tile is pasted in each square in this way, the entire jig is pulled up and taken out from between the tiles while keeping it horizontal via the handle part 4 projecting upward from between the tiles. However, as in the case of the support leg part 5, the handle part 4 is formed by folding back part of the end part of the tip part 2A extending from each orthogonal end 2 along the vertical and horizontal pieces 1... However, it is easy to understand that it is sufficient to just have an upwardly protruding part without having to attach another handle part with a screw type or folding it back.
Further, in some cases, the handle part 4 is a protrusion, so there is a risk that it may get caught on the clothing of the user during work, so it may be made removable or may not be provided.
In the latter case, it is also possible to lift the jig a little using a separate pin or hook, and then pull the entire jig upward by hand.

したタイル貼りを行うことができる。 When one block of tiles has been pasted in this way, as shown in Figure 2, insert the jig of this invention again with its perpendicular end 2 into each joint part a of the tile on the outer periphery. By placing the tiles in a predetermined position and repeating the above operations, it is possible to tile the entire area in an orderly manner.

さを所要のタイル厚さに合わせることができる。 As described above, this idea is based on the fact that when installing floor tiles, it is only necessary to stretch one weft thread at first, and from then on, it is only necessary to position the tiles in each square of the lattice frame 3. It has the advantage of being easy to work with and providing a uniform finish, but as mentioned above, the entire jig is placed on the construction surface via the support legs 5, and these support legs 5... are formed by simply bending the orthogonal ends 2 downward, so by adjusting the degree of bending, the height of the lattice frame 3 can be easily adjusted to the required tile thickness.

平面性を維持するのに極めて好都合である。 However, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to attach separate small pieces to the lower surface of the tip 2A of the vertical and horizontal pieces 1 by adhesive or the like,
In particular, as mentioned above, when it is desired to keep the overall thickness of the jig low or high, it is sufficient to attach small pieces having an appropriate thickness, making it possible to attach a wide variety of tiles. In addition to the lower surface of the tip portion 2A, such small pieces are also formed into a cross shape as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to appropriately form the orthogonal portion 2B on the lower surface of..., and this is extremely convenient for maintaining the flatness of the entire jig on the base.

Therefore, in order to maintain flatness, support legs having the above-mentioned shape are particularly required.

As mentioned above, the floor tile installation jig according to the present invention makes it possible to tile large areas, which was traditionally the specialty of tile craftsmen, without requiring much skill, regardless of experience. It has many advantages, such as no peeling of tiles during removal unlike conventional jigs, and the working time is extremely shortened.
