[Prior Art] Conventionally, methods for laying buried pipes include trenchless methods and trenchless methods. The cut-and-cover method involves excavating the soil from the ground to the pipe installation point and digging a cut-and-cut trench.
This method involves laying a pipe in an excavated trench and then backfilling the trench, and is a commonly used construction method because it is simple and economical. On the other hand, the trenchless construction method involves digging a hole directly into the soil without digging a trench as in the trenchless construction method, and moving the pipe along with the excavation of the hole. This method is used when laying underground pipes in places where excavation is difficult.

As shown in FIG. 2, an open trench 2 is dug across the road 1. Next, the pipe 3 is laid in the cut groove 2. To connect the pipes to each other, a groove 2 at the pipe connection portion is made with a groove 4, and the pipes 3 are connected within the groove 4 by welding or the like. Then, the cut groove 2 is backfilled.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the open-cut construction method has the following problems.

(1) 管接続箇所ごとに会所掘りを行う必要がある
ので、管接続作業に時間がかかる。
(1) Pipe connection work takes time because it is necessary to dig holes at each pipe connection point.

(2) 会所掘りは、開削溝に比べて大掛りであるの
で、その分、掘削土量が多くなる。
(2) Since trench digging is more extensive than trench digging, the amount of excavated soil is correspondingly larger.

(3) 管接続が終了するまで、開削溝を埋戻せない

(3) Since trenches cannot be backfilled until the pipe connection is completed, when underground pipes are laid on roads, traffic is cut off for a long time.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a buried pipe that does not require digging, does not require large-scale machinery, does not damage the pipe during propulsion, and allows early backfilling of excavated trenches. The purpose is to provide an installation method.

[Means for Solving the Problems] This invention involves digging a starting shaft and a reaching shaft,
Next, an cut trench is dug between the starting shaft and the reaching shaft, a foam resin molded block with a buried pipe insertion hole is laid in the cut trench, and the buried pipe is inserted into the starting shaft. The block is characterized in that it is inserted toward the reaching shaft while sequentially connecting to the front insertion hole of the block from the side.

and a reaching shaft (not shown), then an open groove 6 is dug between the starting shaft 5 and the reaching shaft, and then, in the cut groove 6, a molded piece of foamed polystyrene or the like is formed in which a buried pipe insertion hole 7 is formed. Lay down block 8,
Then, the buried pipe 3 is inserted into the block 8 from the starting shaft 5 side.
While connecting by welding or the like one after another into the insertion hole 7 of , the shaft is inserted toward the reaching shaft by jacking or the like. Note that the molded block 8 may be cylindrical.

The buried pipe 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 7 of the foamed resin molded block 8.
When inserting into the interior, it is preferable to apply lubricating oil or the like around the buried pipe 3 in order to improve the sliding of the buried pipe 3.

According to the invention described above, once the buried pipe 3 is laid, the trench 6 can be dug, the foamed resin molded block 8 can be laid in the trench 6, and then the trench 6 can be immediately backfilled. Therefore, when installing the buried pipe 3 on a road or the like, the period of traffic interruption can be shortened. Furthermore, since the buried pipe 3 does not come into direct contact with gravel or the like in the soil, damage to the buried pipe 3 can be prevented. Furthermore, since the foamed resin molded block 8 has high compressive strength, the apparent compressive strength of the buried pipe 3 increases, and the strength of the buried pipe 3 can be reduced accordingly. That is, the wall thickness of the buried pipe 3 can be reduced, which is economical.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, the advantages of the trenchless construction method and the trenchless construction method can be utilized. That is, there is no need to dig a hole, no large-scale machinery is required, the pipe is not damaged during propulsion, and moreover, extremely useful effects such as backfilling of the excavated trench can be achieved at an early stage are brought about.
