(Prior Art) It is generally known that applying a breeze to the leaves of plants and livestock is effective for their growth. Conventionally, as a means of sending a breeze to plants in a greenhouse, a long hollow cylindrical duct made of synthetic resin film such as polyethylene with many small holes is piped near the plants, and one end of the duct is inserted into the duct. A so-called leakage duct is used, which blows cold or warm air and releases the cold or warm breeze to the plants from each of the above-mentioned small holes.Furthermore, a leakage duct made of woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, wire mesh, etc. is also used. Proposed.

However, when these conventional air leakage ducts are made of polyethylene resin film, the duct film itself has poor strength, and when a large number of small holes are provided in the duct film, the strength further decreases, making it unusable in a short period of time. Not only is the processing cost of forming a large number of small holes in a film expensive, but it is technically extremely difficult to process a large number of small holes for releasing breeze into a synthetic resin film. or,
For ducts made of woven or non-woven fabrics, it is possible to create fine voids with a low void ratio necessary for air leakage by blending the threads or fibers that make up the fabric at a high density, but the ducts are quite expensive. The material is thick and heavy, and it is difficult to bulge out due to internal static pressure, making it difficult to leak air in all directions. Furthermore, with a duct made of wire mesh, it is not only impossible to provide the fine air with a low porosity necessary for air leakage, but also because of its high weight, it is difficult to use as a duct for piping inside a greenhouse or livestock barn. can hardly be put to practical use. Furthermore, in order to blow air and supply moisture into the greenhouse through the duct, when the above-mentioned conventional duct is blown and sprayed into the duct from one end, condensed water is generated on the inner surface of the duct. There was also the problem that water droplets could fall outside through the holes and have a negative impact on plants.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the conventional problems, the air leakage duct of the present invention stretches a polyvinyl alcohol-based moisture-absorbing static resin film in one direction and creates a large number of thin cracks in parallel in the stretching direction. to form a split fiber film,
Two of the split fiber films are polymerized and joined with their crack directions perpendicular to each other, and a split fiber nonwoven fabric is formed by forming fine voids between the cracks of both split fiber films to form a hollow cylindrical shape. Formed, structured.

A hygroscopic polyvinyl alcohol resin film (vinylon film) is stretched in one direction and a large number of thin cracks are inserted in parallel in the stretching direction to form a flexible split fiber film. The strength of the split fiber film is increased, and the two sheets of the split fiber film are overlapped and joined by fusing, adhesion, etc. with the crack directions perpendicular to each other, thereby increasing the strength of the split fiber film. The polymer film as a whole has excellent strength in the vertical and horizontal directions, and is transparent and hygroscopic, with fine voids with a small void ratio formed between the many orthogonal cracks of the two polymer split fiber films. A flexible split fiber nonwoven fabric 2 is produced. The split fiber nonwoven fabric 2 is rolled into a cylindrical shape and both sides are sealed 3 by heat fusion, and one end of the opening of the cylindrical body is tied 4 with a string or the like to close it, thereby forming a lightweight air leakage duct 1. Form.

As another example of use, if air is blown and sprayed into the duct 1 from the open end of the leakage duct 1 supported in a horizontally suspended state in the greenhouse as described above, the duct 1
Water vapor is supplied to the plants along with a breeze from the microscopic sky around the entire surface. At that time, when the mist supplied into the duct 1 condenses on the inner or outer surface of the duct 1, the hygroscopic split fiber nonwoven fabric 2 absorbs and retains the condensed water, and moreover, the split fiber nonwoven fabric 2 has many fine pores. The absorbed and retained condensed water is naturalized and released to the outside by the air flowing from the inside to the outside through the plant, thereby suppressing the generation of condensed water to the extent that it causes water droplets that are harmful to plants to fall.

(Effects of the Invention) The air leakage duct of the present invention has the following features: (1) Since it is formed of a split fiber nonwoven fabric made of polyvinyl alcohol resin film, it is lightweight and flexible, and can be easily supported at any position in a greenhouse or livestock barn. In addition to being able to be freely placed by means of the above measures, internal static pressure allows it to constantly swell into a round shape and allow air to leak in all directions.
Moreover, the split fiber nonwoven fabric that makes up the air leakage duct has excellent strength in the vertical and horizontal directions by stretching, so it can be used effectively and continuously for a long time. Since it is formed between the mutually orthogonal cracks of two split fiber films, it is possible to easily and reliably provide fine voids with a small void ratio, thereby making it possible to provide plants and livestock with ease. It is possible to always reliably supply a breeze that is effective for the growth of plants.

(3) Furthermore, since the air leakage duct of the present invention is composed of a split fiber nonwoven fabric made from a hygroscopic polyvinyl alcohol resin film, it is possible to blow air and spray into the air leakage duct in order to supply moisture to greenhouses and livestock barns. Even if condensation occurs on the inner or outer surface of the leakage duct when the duct is used to release water vapor along with a breeze, the moisture-wicking split fiber nonwoven fabric absorbs and retains the condensed water. At the same time, the absorbed and retained condensed water is vaporized and released by the breeze flowing from the inside to the outside through the large number of fine holes in the split fiber nonwoven fabric, thereby suppressing the dropping of water droplets that are harmful to plants, etc. (4) Furthermore, since the polyvinyl alcohol resin film does not charge static electricity, there is less dust adhering to the surface of the air leakage duct, which can sufficiently prevent the clogging of microscopic cavities due to dust and the like, and also prevent the duct from clogging. It is also effective in maintaining transparency.
