However, according to this configuration, since the auxiliary pipe 7' is attached to the side surface of the outer box 2, the position of the auxiliary pipe 7' is not stable, making it difficult to attach the pipe, and there are also variations in attachment, such as lifting of the aluminum foil 8 due to attachment. This has an adverse effect on the heat dissipation effect, and has become a hindrance to the energy saving of refrigerators. Furthermore, it is difficult to lead both ends of both pipes 5', 7' from the outer box 2 to the machine room 9, and to prevent leakage of the foam insulation material, both pipes 5', 7'
It is necessary to seal the four exits of the foam insulation material 4 with sealing material, etc., and since there are four pipes coming out of the machine room 9, there are problems such as the foaming jig hitting the pipes and breaking when foaming the foam insulation material 4. It was hot.

Composition of the Invention The present invention securely attaches the auxiliary pipe by attaching a holder to the side surface of the outer box of the insulating box body and holding the auxiliary pipe with this holder, and connects the auxiliary pipe and the condenser pipe to the inside of the outer box. The number of pipes led out from the outer box to the machine room was reduced by welding.

In such a configuration, the assembly is carried out prior to setting the inner box 103 into the outer box 102.The outer box 102 is positioned with its front opening facing upward as shown in FIG. It is positioned and pasted using a pasting jig (not shown) or the like. After the tip 107a of the auxiliary pipe 107 is led out to the machine room 109 through the outer box 102, the pipe outlet of the outer box 102 is covered with a sealing material (not shown).
It is sealed with. Then, the heat transfer sealer 112 is disposed within the holding portion 111 of the holder 110, and then the heat transfer sealer 112 is poured around the auxiliary pipe 107 and fixed. After that, the condenser pipe 105 is connected to the tip 105a.
is introduced into the machine room 109 through the outer box 102 and then disposed within the double flange 106 of the outer box 102. In addition, the U-bent portion 105 of the condenser pipe 105
c and the tip of the S-bend portion 107c of the auxiliary pipe 107 are connected. At this time, as shown in Figure 4, S

13 is an outer box 102 which is placed in the center of the refrigerator body.
Welding is done in such a way that the heat of the welding flame does not affect the painted surface. Furthermore, since the connecting portion 113 is parallel (horizontal) to the opening surface, welding work is easy, and welding can be performed without clogging of the welding material of the pipe or welding defects such as leakage. After this, the inner box 10 is placed in the outer box 102.
3 is set, a foaming jig (not shown) is completely surrounded, and foamed insulation material 104 is foamed and filled.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention is capable of attaching an auxiliary pipe by first fixing the attachment position of the holder to the outer box, then inserting the auxiliary pipe into the holder, and then attaching the condenser pipe to the outer box. Because it is inserted into the double flange of the pipe, and the two pipes are connected and welded, the position of both pipes is stable and securely fixed, and the position of the weld is determined, and the cushion of the S-bend part The central part of the refrigerator is designed to avoid excessive stress on the welded parts, prevent pipe bending during welding heating, and prevent discoloration and seizure of the paint due to the heat effect of the welding flame on the painted surface of the outer box. Can be welded with In addition, since the connecting portions of both pipes are parallel to the opening surface of the outer box, welding work can be easily performed without problems such as clogging or leakage of the pipes with welding material.

Furthermore, since both pipes are connected within the outer box, the number of pipes extending to the outer surface of the outer box is reduced, and there is no problem such as the pipes coming into contact with each other and breaking due to the foamed heat insulating material foaming jig.
