Conventionally, in this type of equipment, mechanical hands, vacuums, etc. have been used to take out parts from the pallet in order to inspect them, but even if these devices try to take out the parts from the pallet several times, If the part could not be removed, it was determined that there was no part in that area and the process moved on to the next step. Therefore, there was a problem in that uninspected parts were transported as they were and mixed with parts that passed the inspection, resulting in a loss of reliability. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a new pallet conveying device that reliably eliminates uninspected parts that remain uninspected due to failure in take-out and enables transport of only passed parts, thereby improving reliability.

Although the dimensions are set so that the pallet 1 can be guided without any trouble by being connected to the conveyor rail 5, it can be separated from the conveyor rail 5. The reversing device 12 consists of a drive device 17 such as a rotary actuator and a rotary arm plate 19 whose base end is fixed to its rotating shaft 18. is connected to the upper surface of one end of the reversing rail section 6. In order to prevent the rotary arm plate 19 from interfering with the pallet 1 and parts 3 guided on the reversing rail section 6, a notch 19a is provided at the lower end of the rotary arm section 19 as shown in FIG. . A vertical guide hole 20 is bored in the reversing rail portion 6, and a pin 21 having a threaded portion at the upper end and a flange portion 21a at the lower end is slidably inserted into the guide hole 20. The threaded portion is fixed to a block 22 placed on the upper surface of the reversing rail portion 6, and a coil is provided between the lower surface of the reversing rail portion 6 and the lower end flange portion 21a of the pin 21 to constantly pull the pin 21 downward. A spring 23 is interposed. Therefore, block 22 is also constantly pulled downward,
A height-adjustable stopper 24 whose top end contacts the lower surface of the flange 21a of the pin 21 when the reversing rail section 6 is not inverted is installed below the pin 21. It is said that it can be changed according to the height adjustment. Block 22
A guide groove 25 which is horizontal and perpendicular to the reversing rail part 6 is provided on the lower surface of the guide groove 25.
A slider 26 having a T-shaped holding plate portion 26a at the front end and an elbow plate portion 26b at the rear end is slidably fitted to the block 22 and the slider 2.
A coil spring 27 that pulls the slider 26 in the forward direction is stretched between the coil springs 6 and 6. However, the slider 26 is provided with a stepped portion 26c on its upper surface that abuts against the rear surface of the block 22, thereby regulating the amount of movement. Therefore, the slider 26 can be moved forward to a position where the presser plate part 26a at the front end slightly covers the upper part of the side end of the pallet 1 which is positioned and fixed to the reversing rail part 6, and does not interfere with the parts 3 on the upper surface of the pallet 1. be. Further, a coil spring 2 is provided between the lower surface of the slider 26 and the upper surface of the reversing rail section 6.
8 is interposed to support the slider 26 so that it does not come out from the guide groove 25 of the block 22. At a predetermined position on the rear extension line of the slider 26 on the outside of the reversing rail portion 6, a pair of levers 29 are supported at substantially middle portions by a support body 30 at a predetermined interval, and are rotatable and maintain an upright posture. It is arranged. The position of the lever 29 is such that when the reversing rail portion 6 is reversed, the lever 29 is located at the elbow plate portion 26b of the slider 26.
The top end is positioned close to the inner surface of the Also, at the lower end of the lever 29, press the lever 29 inward to swing the top end of the lever 29 outward so that it abuts against the elbow plate part 26b of the slider, and press the slider 26 as it is to release the presser plate part at the front end. A push plate 31 is in contact with which the pallet 26a can be moved to the outside of the side edge of the pallet 1. The push plate 31 is driven by an air cylinder or the like (not shown). Further, between the lower end of the lever 29 and the support body 30, there is a lever 2 that has moved outward.
A coil spring 32 is interposed to return the top end of 9 to its original position. FIG. 9 shows how the reversing rail section 6 operates. First, it is assumed that the uninspected parts 3c, which have failed to be taken out, remain on the pallet after the removal inspection of the parts on the pallet positioned and fixed on the reversing rail section 6 as shown in a is completed. Next, when a signal is sent to the reversing device 12 and the rotary arm plate 19 starts rotating, the pallet 1 separates from the belt 7 as shown in b. When the rotation angle further increases, the pin 21 separates from the stopper 24 as shown in C, and the force of the coil spring 23 pushes the pin 21 away from the stopper 24.
1 moves downward relative to the reversing rail section 6, and accordingly, the block 22 and slider 26 are also pulled down, and the presser plate section 26a of the slider 26 is moved downward relative to the pallet 1.
The pallet 1 is clamped and fixed by coming into contact with the upper surface of the side edge of the pallet 1 and continues rotating. When the reversal is finally completed, the state d is reached, and the pallet 1 is supported at its side edges by the holding plate portion 26a of the slider 26, but the uninspected parts 3c fall due to gravity and are removed. The pallet 1 from which the uninspected parts 3c have been removed will be reversed again and returned to its original position, but as will be described later, when the pallet 1 itself also needs to be removed, the push plate 31 receives a signal. move forward and lever 29
Swing the top end of the slider 26 outward to make contact with the elbow plate 26b of the slider 26, press it as it is, move the slider 26 outward, and position the presser plate 26a of the slider 26 outside of the side edge of the pallet 1. At the very least, pallet 1 will fall.

る。 Next, the overall flow of conveyance will be explained in detail with reference to FIG. 10, while relating the operations of the reversing rail section 6 and the component extraction/inspection device 14. First stopper 8
with the positioning plates A, B, and C in the raised position.
9, 10, and 11 respectively create palettes A, B, and C1.
a, 1b, and 1c are positioned and fixed, and as an initial setting, pallet A1a and pallet B are placed as shown in A.
Empty all the recesses 2 of 1b and create pallet C.
Part 3 is fitted only to 1c. Next, the parts 3 of the pallet C1c are taken out one by one by the parts inspection device 1.
The defective parts 3b are taken out and inspected, and the defective parts 3b are discarded into the defective parts storage box 15, while the acceptable parts 3a are refilled into the empty recess 2a of the pallet A1a.
If the uninspected parts 3c that could not be taken out at this time remain on the pallet C1c, the pallet A1a will have the same number of empty recesses 2a (white circles in the drawing) as the defective parts 3b and the uninspected parts 3c, as shown in B. exist. Next, as shown in C, the positioning plate C11 is removed from the pallet C1c, and the reversing rail section 6 is reversed to drop and remove the uninspected parts 3c from the pallet C1c, and the pallet C1c itself is also dropped and removed. Whether pallet C1c is to be excluded or not is determined depending on whether or not there is a pallet at the position of positioning plate B10. In this case, since pallet B1b is present, pallet C1c will be excluded. Next, a new pallet D1d filled with parts is supplied from the pallet supply device 16 and fixed by the positioning plate C11, the parts from the pallet D1d are taken out and inspected, and the defective parts 3b are discarded into the defective parts storage box 15. The accepted parts 3a are repacked into the remaining empty recesses 2a of pallet A (1a). When all the recesses 2 of the pallet A1a are filled with acceptable parts 3a, the positioning plate A9 moves away from the pallet A1a and the stopper 8 also retracts, as shown in d, and the pallet A1a is conveyed forward by the belt 7. As the pallet A1a is conveyed, the stopper 8 rises again and the pallet B1
The positioning plate B10 is separated from the pallet B1b.
is carried by the belt until it stops against the stopper 8, and is positioned and fixed by the positioning plate A9 as shown in E. Thereafter, the removal inspection of the remaining parts of the pallet D1d is continued, and the passed parts 3a are inserted into the empty recesses 2a of the pallet B1b. When the removal inspection of the pallet D1d is completed, the reversing rail section 6 is operated again to invert the pallet D1d and drop any uninspected parts 3c. However, at this time, since there is no pallet at the position of the positioning plate B10, the pallet D1d is reversed again to its original position, and then sent to the position of the positioning plate B10 as shown in F, and is placed at the position of the positioning plate C11. A new pallet E1e is supplied. The above-mentioned work is repeated and passed parts 3a.
Only the pallet 1 will be transported by the pallet 1.

The structure and operation of the present invention are as described above, and by providing a reversing rail section on a part of the conveyor rail and reversing the reversing rail section after the completion of component removal inspection, uninspected components remain on the pallet. If the uninspected parts are found to be uninspected, the uninspected parts can be dropped and reliably removed, which is extremely effective in preventing uninspected parts from being mixed in with the passed parts and improving reliability. Further, the present invention has the advantage that the pallets themselves can be removed at the same time, and there is no need to install a separate pallet removing device, making the entire device more compact and labor-saving.
