従来例の構成とその問題点
従来この種の可撓ホースにおいては、第3図に
示すような山形突起を有するチユーブを巻回しな
がら、第2図、第4図、第6図に示すように襞谷
部で接合する構造で、その接合構造については特

発明の構成
本発明の可撓ホースは、チユーブとチユーブの
接合を、ホースの襞谷部で行なう構造において、
接合部下側チユーブ端面は、山形突起を形成する
傾斜線を下方に延長させ、ホース襞谷部内壁との
交点より左側に位置する構造で接合するようにす
る。もし接合不良が発生し、接合部に段差が生じ
てもホースを繰返し屈曲時この部分に折り曲げ応
力が集中した掛らないため、ホースの長寿命化を

実施例の説明
以下その実施例を添付図面とともに説明する。
第2図は山形突起部2を有するチユーブ1で、こ

合部3をホース襞谷部で段差なく確実に接着した
断面図である。この場合ホースを繰返し屈曲して
もチユーブとチユーブの接合部に段差なく確実に
接合されているため、ホース使用時、繰返し屈曲
させホース襞谷部で折り曲げ屈曲作用が起つて
も、段差部など一部の個所で集中して屈曲されな
いため、ホースの早期切断現象を起す恐れがな
い。しかし工程ばらつきなどの原因でチユーブ1
とチユーブ1との接合部に於て、特に第5図によ
うに山形突起を有するチユーブ1の左側底部4の
長さが短かくなり、第6図のように襞谷部中間部
付近に段差5を有した接合不良が発生した場合、
この段差部5がVノツチ効果により、ホース屈曲
した時、この部分に集中して屈曲応力が局部発生

ることにより、もし接合部の圧接不良などが発生
し、接合部に段差が生じても、ホース屈曲時、折
れ曲がり易い襞谷部中間部付近にこの段差がな
く、ホース襞部を形成する傾斜面より左側にある
ため、段差部5がVノツチ効果としての働きを起
し難く、屈曲応力の集中が起らないため、常に安
定した長寿命の高品質を有した電気掃除機用可撓
