C. Problems to be Solved In both of the above devices, one is designed to hit a ball that is thrown up into the air and comes flying at the other end, and is a device that hits a moving ball. Of course, it is important to practice hitting a moving ball, but it is effective to study by hitting a stationary ball at an arbitrary height to practice forming a very basic batting ball form and applying rotation to the ball. It is. However, no suitable device of this type has been proposed in the prior art.

D. Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, in the present invention, by allowing the ball to be hit with the ball in a stationary state, it is possible to practice forming a basic batted ball form, and to impart spin to the batted ball by giving rotation to the ball. It is designed to be used for practicing hanging, and the arm is screwed onto the upper end of the pillar fixed to the pedestal, and the base is screwed onto the tip of the arm so that it can be tilted up and down.
A ball support formed of a flexible material is rotatably supported at the upper end of the base, and a magnet is placed on one side of the ball support and a magnet or iron piece is placed on the other side facing each other at the lower end of the ball support and the base.

E. Example The present invention will be explained below with reference to an example shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a ball bearing portion which is formed into a cylindrical body 2 from a flexible material such as plastic or rubber. Although the ball support part 1 does not necessarily have to be cylindrical, a rest part 4 on which the ball 3 rests is formed at the upper end.
If the ball bearing part 1 is a cylindrical body 2, the mounting part 4 is formed by using one end surface of the cylindrical body 2, or if it is a rod-shaped body, it is formed by a recess or a suitable protrusion. The cylindrical body 2 of the ball support 1 is preferably a net-like body from the viewpoint of weight and flexibility. The cylindrical body 2 of the ball support 1 is rotatably supported by a base 6 by a pivot shaft 5 below. Reference numeral 7 denotes a metal weight or magnet, which is attached to the lower end of the cylindrical body 2 forming the ball support part 1, so that the vertical weight balance with the pivot shaft 5 as a boundary is made heavier on the lower side. Therefore, although the ball support part 1 is rotatably supported by the pivot shaft 5, it is always supported by the weight or the magnet 7.
This allows the mounting portion 4 to return upward. The base 6 has a bifurcated upper part and a ball bearing part 1.
The lower part is pivoted by a pivot shaft 5, and the lower part is made into a cylinder or rod shape and is pivoted to a arm 8 by a nut or butterfly screw 1.
It can be fixed by 0. The lower end of the arm 8 is pivotally supported by a pivot shaft 11 to a support 13 set on a pedestal 12 so as to be freely retractable, and is connected to a nut or butterfly screw 14.
It is designed so that it can be fixed. Although the base 6, arm 8, and support 13 constitute a bendable body, it is also possible to use a bendable body using other spiral tubes or the like. Reference numeral 15 denotes a magnet or a metal piece, which is provided between the two prongs of the base 6, faces the weight or magnet 7 provided at the lower end of the cylindrical body 2, and does not interfere with the rotation of the cylindrical body 2. However, the cylindrical body 2 is provided at a distance that allows it to be attracted to the weight or the magnet 7 by magnetic force and to hold the cylindrical body 2 vertically. In addition, when the ball 3 is placed on the mounting portion 4 of the cylindrical body 2, a weight or magnet 7 and a magnet or metal piece 15 are placed so that the cylindrical body 2 does not rotate and the ball 3 falls. The strength and distance of the magnets are set so that an attractive force acts between them and holds the cylindrical body 2 vertically.

Next, the operation and method of use will be explained. The arm 8 pivoted on the support 13 is rotated and fixed at a desired position with a nut 14, while the base 6 pivoted on the other end of the arm 8 is held vertically and the nut etc. 10
The height of the resting part 4 of the ball bearing part 1 is set to the desired height, and the height of the resting part 4 of the ball bearing part 1 is fixed by
Set the height to the desired height. As shown in the first diagram, with the arm rest 8 placed horizontally or close to it, you can hit a ball at about waist height normally, a low ball when the arm arm 8 is lowered, and a high ball when the arm arm 8 is held upright. The mounting portion 4 is moved up and down accordingly.

When the ball 3 is placed on the mounting part 4 and hit with a racket, the ball 3 flies and at the same time the racket also hits the cylindrical body 2 directly, giving the cylindrical body 2 a rotational force about the pivot shaft 5. It will be done. Therefore, the holding force of the weight or magnet 7 provided at the lower end of the cylindrical body 2 attracting the magnet or metal piece 15 provided at the base 6 is broken, and the cylindrical body 2 is rotated. This rotational force is shocking, and the cylindrical body 2 reaches the end of its rotation, and then reverses itself to reach the other end.
There is also bending, etc., and the impact is absorbed and the reversal movement becomes smaller gradually, and there is also attraction between the weight 7 and the magnet 15, and finally it stands upright and returns to its old position. Thereafter, the same operation is repeated to place and hit the ball 3.

F. Functions and Effects of the Invention According to the present invention as described above, the arm is screwed to the upper end of the column fixed to the pedestal, the base is screwed to the tip of the arm so that it can be tilted up and down, and the ball is made of a flexible material. The bearing is rotatably supported on the upper end of the base, and a magnet is placed on one side of the ball support and a magnet or a piece of iron is placed on the other side, so that the ball 3 on the ball support 1 can be rotated. The load placed on a ball hitter's arm when hitting a ball is extremely small. In other words, this is thought to be the sum of the weight of the ball, the weight difference between the upper and lower sides of the pivot shaft of the ball support, and the force of escaping the magnet that holds the ball support vertically. When this occurs, the magnetic force that holds the cylindrical body 2 from rotating is weak, and there is almost no load required to escape the magnetic force.

Moreover, since the weight of the ball support part 1 is made as light as possible, the pivot shaft 5 for rotating the ball support part 1 is
The difference in weight between the top and bottom is extremely small. This is because only the weight of the ball is considered to be a load.

In addition, this device allows you to practice by yourself not only on a tennis court, but also in a small place where you can receive shots and swing a racket. However, since the ball is stationary, it is effective for forming a batting form, practicing spin balls, etc.

Furthermore, this device has a simple structure, can be made small and lightweight, is easy to carry, store, and install, and can be manufactured at a low cost.
It can be used not only for tennis balls but also for practicing hitting baseball, table tennis, etc., and its range of use is wide, making it extremely convenient for practical use.
