Scissors are a common household barber tool, but they are used to hold hair between your fingers and cut the hair that comes out between your fingers. However, since the hair slips out between the scissors, it requires considerable skill to cut the hair straight. On the other hand, there is a hair cutter that has been provided as a home-use barber tool and is equipped with a blade consisting of a comb-shaped fixed blade and a movable blade. In this case, hairdressing is much easier than using scissors, and it is also relatively easy to cut the hair straight.

Therefore, the present invention provides a main body having a blade at its tip consisting of a comb-shaped fixed blade and a movable blade that are in sliding contact with each other, and a driving means for the blade, and a cutting edge of the blade attached to the main body at the tip of the main body. and a hair holding member facing substantially parallel to each other, the cutting edge of the blade and the hair holding member are separated from each other, a hair introduction part is provided between the two, and at least one of the two moves toward the other side. It is characterized by being flexible. [Function] According to the present invention, if the tip of the hair is inserted into the hair introduction part which is the space between the cutting edge of the blade and the hair holding member facing the same, and the hair holding member of the blade is brought close to each other, The hair is cut with the blade while being pressed onto the hair holding member, and therefore the blade edge does not come into contact with the skin. [Example] The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated example. This hair cutter has a blade block 2 disposed at the tip of a main body 1, and a hair holding member 3 disposed on the lower surface side of the main body 1. First, the main body 1 will be explained. The container body is composed of an upper housing 11 and a lower housing 12 which are connected by screws 19 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a motor 5 is disposed inside, and a slider 4 is disposed so as to be slidable back and forth, and a rotation 6 is disposed inside the rear part.
is installed. A battery storage section covered with a battery cover 13 is provided near the rear of the lower surface of the main body 1. The blade block 2, which is removably attached to the tip surface of the main body 1, includes a base plate 20, a fixed blade 21 fixed to the inner surface of the base plate 20, and a movable blade that is slidable relative to the fixed blade 21. 22, a spring (not shown) that biases the movable blade 22 toward the fixed blade 21;
A cam 23 fixed to the movable blade 22 locks one end of the board 20 to the upper housing 11, and locks springs 25, 25 shown in FIG. 4 attached to the lower housing 12 to the board 20. It is attached to the main body 1 by being locked. When installed in this manner, the eccentric shaft 52 protruding from the joint 51 fixed to the output shaft facing the front side of the motor 5 engages with the longitudinal groove portion of the cam 23,
As the motor 5 rotates, the movable blade 21 is driven back and forth. It is preferable that the blade block 2 forms an angle θ of approximately 50 to 90 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction of the main body 1 to facilitate visual confirmation when cutting hair. A slider 4, which is slidably arranged inside the main body 1, is attached so as to straddle the motor 5, and has a switch handle 41 exposed on one side of the main body 1, and a switch handle 41 on both sides of the main body 1. A pair of locking protrusions 42 protruding from each other,
In the center is a Kuriltsu spring 4 that protrudes forward.
3, and further provided on one side, as shown in FIG. 3, is a projecting piece 44 that projects rearward and has a switch spring 70 fixed to its lower surface.
The click spring 43 engages with a click protrusion 15 in the shape of a figure 8 as shown in FIG. Give. In addition, the click protrusion 15 here
is formed as a rib whose tip is in contact with the side surface of the motor 5 to prevent the motor 5 from wobbling. The rotating body 6 disposed in the rear part of the main body 1 has a shaft portion 60 having connecting portions 62, 62 formed at both ends, respectively.
is rotatable by being supported by the upper and lower housings 11 and 12, and by 65 disposed between it and the inner surface of the upper housing 11,
In FIG. 2, it is biased counterclockwise. The connecting portions 62 located on the outer surface side of both rear side surfaces of the main body 1 are connected to the hair holding member 3 which will be described later.
are connected to each other, and the click spring 63
and a bearing groove 65. Reference numeral 64 in the figure represents a tapered surface provided on the outer circumferential edge of the connecting portion 62 and the inner circumferential edge of the bearing groove 65. The battery storage section provided so as to protrude downward toward the rear of the lower surface of the main body 1 is covered by the battery cover 13 as described above. A notch 16 is provided in the side wall of the battery compartment, and the battery 7 can be attached or removed using the notch 1 with the battery cover 13 removed.
6 makes it easier. Reference numeral 71 in FIG. 4 is attached to the lower housing 12 so as to be able to slide up and down, and by engaging with a protrusion 61 provided on the rotating body 6, it moves up and down as the rotating body 6 rotates. A switch board 72 is a switch spring attached to this switch board 71, and controls conduction between a cathode terminal 76 connected to the cathode of the motor 5 and a switch contact plate 73. On the other hand, as the slider 4 moves back and forth, the switch spring 70 attached to the slider 4 establishes conduction between the cathode metal fitting 74 connected to the negative electrode of the battery 7 and the switch contact plate 73, and connects the cathode metal fitting 74 to the cathode. The conduction between the terminal 76 and the terminal 76 is controlled. The anode of the motor 5 and the positive electrode of the battery 7 are connected by an anode fitting 75. Second circuit diagram
Shown in Figure 3. The switch spring 70 operates the main switch SW 1 in the figure, and the switch spring 72 operates the interlocking switch.
It constitutes SW 2 . Next, the hair holding member 3 will be explained. The hair holding member here is formed so that its cross section is U-shaped, and has connecting portions 36, 36 at the rear ends of both side walls, and a bottom wall connecting the both side walls. There is a partition 32 near the section,
As shown in FIG. 6, the tip edge of the bottom wall has a comb portion 31 lined with teeth, the thickness a of which is much smaller than the height b.
Furthermore, it has an anti-slip rib 33 and an anti-slip protrusion 34 on the lower surface side. As shown in FIG. 5, L-shaped locking grooves 35 are provided on the inner surfaces of both side walls into which the lower part of the main body 1 is fitted. The pair of connecting parts 36, 36 facing each other
is rotatably connected to the connecting parts 62, 62 of the rotating body 6, and includes a cylindrical shaft 38 that is received in a bearing groove 65 of the connecting part 62, and a click protrusion 37 that engages with the click spring 63. 11, 14, and 1 which are in contact with the side wall of the connecting portion 62
The engagement wall 3A shown in FIG. 7 is provided. and,
When the engaging wall 3A is in contact with the side wall of the connecting portion 62 and the click protrusion 37 is engaged with the click spring 63, the rotating body 6 and the hair holding member 3 rotate together. Thus, the spring 65 biases the rotating body 6 against the hair holding member 3 as well. In this hair cutter, when the slide switch 41 is positioned at the rearmost position, the main switch SW 1 is turned off, and when the slide switch 41 is moved rearward, the main switch SW 1 is turned off. However, if the hair holding member 3 is rotated against the spring 65 so that the lower part of the main body 1 fits into the hair holding member 6, the locking protrusion 42 that moves together with the slide switch 41 will lock the hair. In order to fit into the lock groove 35 on the inner surface of the holding member 3, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 12,
The above state is maintained. And in this state,
The cutting edges of the fixed blade 21 and the movable blade 22, both of which are comb-shaped, in the blade block 2 are connected to the comb portion 3 at the tip of the hair holding member 3.
1, and the cutting edge is protected. Note that the slide switch 41 is moved to the rear side first, and then the hair holding member 3 is released by the spring 6.
Even if the lower part of the main body 1 is fitted into the hair holding member 3 by rotating against the locking protrusion 4 due to the elastic deformation of both side walls of the hair holding member 3.
2 engages with the lock groove 35, the same condition as in the above case occurs. Now, if the slide switch 41 is slid forward one step from this state, the locking protrusion 42 will move forward together with the slide switch 41 and come out of the locking groove 35, so that it will be biased by the spring 65 and will be removed from the lower housing. As the rotating body 6 rotates until it comes into contact with the inner surface of the body 12, the hair holding member 3 also rotates, and as shown in FIGS. 15°
Open until it forms an angle of . Incidentally, even at this point, both side walls of the hair holding member 3 are in a position overlapping the main body 1, and there is no possibility that fingers will be caught between them. At this time, the main switch SW 1 is in a state where the cathode metal fitting 74 and the switch contact plate 73 are brought into electrical continuity. However, since the interlocking switch SW2 is turned off by the rotation of the rotating body 6, the motor 5 does not rotate in this state. Normal hair cutting is done in this state. That is, grasp the main body 1 and the hair holding member 3 by placing your thumb on the recess 14 on the upper surface of the main body 1, and insert the blade between the fixed blade 21 and the movable blade 22 with a required gap between them. As shown in FIG. 19, the hair to be cut is introduced between the hair holding member 3 which is facing each other, and by gripping the main body 1 and the hair holding member 3, the hair holding member 3 is moved against the main body 1. 3 is rotated against the spring 65, the interlocking switch SW2 is turned on, the motor 5 rotates, and the movable blade 22 moves back and forth. The hair caught between the hair holding member 3 and the hair is cut by the blade, and the hair is cut into the space in front of the battery storage part protruding from the bottom surface of the main body 1, that is, the hair debris between the partition 32 and the comb part 31 in the hair holding member 3. Cut hair waste accumulates in the storage section 30. Although the hair is cut using a comb-shaped fixed blade 21 and a movable blade 22, the hair can be cut as if using scissors. The reason why the tip side of the hair holding member 3 draws a smooth curve and forms an slanted surface that approaches the main body 1 side is to match the curved shape of a person's collared foot. This makes it easy to introduce between the hair holding member 3 and the hair holding member 3. To explain in more detail the above-mentioned hair cutting state, the fixed blade 21 and the movable blade 22 in the blade block 2 are as shown in FIG. If the dimension of this step is d, the comb portion 31 is provided to protrude toward the blade side by a height c that is larger than this step b.
When the tip of the fixed blade 21 touches the root side of the comb part 31 of the hair holding member 3 at an angle α of approximately 70 to 90 degrees, the comb part 3
1 overlaps with the cutting edge of the fixed blade 31 and the cutting edge of the movable blade 32, so that the hair is reliably cut at that position without any hair escaping. Therefore, it is easy to straighten the hair, and if an indicator 28 indicating the cutting position is provided on the side of the hair holding member 3 as shown in FIG. This makes it even easier to cut. In addition, if the above angle α is 70° or less, the movable blade 2
2 may slip on the hair,
It becomes difficult to cut well. In addition, the anti-slip protrusion 34 provided at the rear end of the hair holding member 3 facilitates secure holding and prevents the body 1 from rotating in the hand or from falling. prevent. When the slide switch 41 is moved further forward, the main switch SW 1 establishes conduction between the cathode metal fitting 74 and the cathode terminal 76 and switches the interlocking switch SW 2 .
In order to bypass the motor 5, the motor 5 continues to rotate regardless of whether the interlock switch SW 2 is on or off. This mainly applies to the hair holding member 3 described below.
Used when cutting hair that does not require use. That is, if the hair holding member 3 is moved in the direction of further opening with respect to the main body 1 against the engagement between the click protrusion 37 and the click spring 63 of the rotating body 6,
The hair holding member 3 which has been disengaged from the rotating body 6 is in a state where its rear end surface is in contact with the stopper 18 provided on the main body 1, that is, as shown in FIG. Open until it forms a 120° angle. When used in this state, as shown in FIG. 22, it is possible to cut hair in areas where the presence of the hair holding member 3 would be an obstacle, for example around the ears. Note that the tapered surfaces 6 formed on the connecting parts 62 and 36 of the rotating body 6 and the hair holding member 3, respectively,
4 and 39 quickly face each other when the hair holding member 3 is in a wide open state,
To easily remove a hair holding member 6 from a main body 1 when a stronger body is applied to the hair holding member 3. This prevents the hair holding member 3 and the connecting parts 62, 36 from being damaged due to overload. As shown in FIG. 18, the battery 7 can be replaced by leaving the hair holding member 3 in a wide open state so that the hair holding member 3 does not get in the way and the presence of the notch 16 can be replaced. Therefore, it can be done easily. Furthermore, as is clear from this figure, since the amount of overlap between the battery cover 13 and the main body 1 is increased, hair debris overflowing from the hair debris storage section 30 of the hair holding member 3 is prevented from entering the battery storage section. Never happened. As shown in FIG. 24a, it is preferable that the comb portion 31 provided at the tip edge of the hair holding member 3 has flat blades lined up in order to securely hold the hair.
As shown in the figure b, the comb part 31 may have round teeth arranged in a row, or as shown in the figure c, the comb part 31
Instead, a wedge-shaped raised portion 31' may be provided. Other examples of the hair holding member 3 are shown in FIGS. 25 to 27. Here, the hair holding members 3 are two members 3a and 3b.
The front body 3b is rotatably connected to the rear body 3a by a torsion coil spring 80, and a slide provided on the lower surface of the rear body 3b. The lever 81 makes it possible to maintain the state in which both members 3a and 3b are lined up as shown in FIG. 27a. In FIG. 26, 82 is a shaft portion to which the torsion coil spring 80 is attached, and 83 is a slide guide rib. In this device, when the slide lever 81 is pulled after cutting the hair, the front body 3b opens under the force of the torsion coil spring 80, and the hair waste accumulated in the hair waste storage section 30 is removed. Evacuation can be done easily. If at least the portion of the hair holding member 3 surrounding the hair debris storage section 30 is made transparent or semitransparent, or if a transparent window is provided, the extent to which hair debris is accumulated can be clearly identified. Other embodiments are shown in FIGS. 28 and 29. The hair holding member 3 is shaped like a boat, the lower part of the main body 1 is fitted into the hair holding member 3, and the two are further connected by links 90, 90, so that the main body 1 can be moved back and forth with respect to the hair holding member 3. It was designed so that In this case as well, hair can be cut reliably as in the case where the main body 1 and the hair holding member 3 are rotatably connected. In particular, since the height of the cutting edge does not vary with respect to the targeted position, it is possible to reliably cut at the desired position. As shown in FIGS. 30 and 31,
By forming a guide groove 92 on the inner wall of the hair holding member 3 and providing a convex portion 91 that slides in the guide groove 92 on the side surface of the main body 1, the hair holding member 3
It may also be possible to allow the main body 1 to move back and forth. In this case, as shown in FIG. 32, if a return spring 93 is interposed between the main body 1 and the partition 32 of the hair holding member 3, the usability will be further improved. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 33 and 34, the blade block 2 is slidably attached to the main body 1, and by sliding the blade block 2, the blade edge approaches the hair holding member 3 side. It can also be done. FIG. 35 and subsequent figures show still another embodiment.
This basically has the same structure as the first embodiment, but differs in that a hair presser spring 26 is provided. Hair pressing spring 26 here
is U-shaped and has bent portions 2 at both ends.
7, 27, and both bent portions 27, 27 are provided on the side surface of the main body 1.
By being fitted into the body 1, the blade is attached to the main body 1 so that the center portion is located in front of the cutting edge of the blade. Now, in order to cut hair, as shown in FIG. As the holding member 3 is brought closer, as shown in FIG. 39, the hair pressing spring 26 presses the hair against the hair holding member 3 before the cutting edge, thereby eliminating any shifting movement of the hair. Then, when the cutting edge is brought closer to the hair holding member 3 side, the hair pressing spring 26 is moved to its bent portion 27 as shown in FIG. 37b.
The hair is shrunk by bending, and the cutting edge reaches the hair to cut the hair which is prevented from moving by the pressure of the hair presser spring 26.

As described above, in the present invention, there is provided a main body having a blade consisting of a comb-shaped solid blade and a movable blade in sliding contact with each other at the tip and a driving means for the blade, and a main body attached to the main body and the blade at the tip of the main body. a hair holding member facing substantially parallel to the cutting edge of the hair;
The cutting edge of the blade and the hair holding member are separated from each other, a hair introduction part is provided between the two, and at least one of the two is movable toward the other side. When the hair is introduced into the hair introduction part, which is the space between the cutting edge of the blade and the hair holding member facing it, and the blade and the hair holding member are brought into contact with each other by the movement, the hair located in the hair introduction part is guided. The hair is cut with a blade while being pressed onto the hair holding member, and at this time, the hair holding member is positioned between the cutting edge and the skin, so the cutting edge may come into contact with the skin. Therefore, it can be safely used even on young children, and since the hair introduced into the hair introduction part and pressed against the hair holding member does not escape, it is difficult to cut hair, especially straight hair. This allows for reliable cutting.
