Claims (1)
圧力室と、該圧力室の下流側に配置されて1次側
が該圧力室に接続されて2次側が清浄空気吹出口
に連通するフイルタとを本体ケース内に格納して
なり、上記フイルタの下流側に作業空間が配置さ
れた清浄作業台において、前記フイルタは前記清
浄空気吹出口の上流側に載置され、前記圧力室は
前記本体ケース内で前記本体ケースから独立して
形成されるとともに気流方向に沿つて移動自在に
保持されるよう構成され、通常の使用時は前記圧
力室を下流方向に移動させて前記フイルタと密着
するよう当接させ、フイルタ着脱時にはフイルタ
位置をそのままにして前記圧力室を上流方向に移
動させて前記フイルタ間に所定の間隔を有する間
隙を形成するよう前記圧力室を気流方向に沿つて
移動させる移動手段と、上記本体ケースに開閉自
在に設けられて上記圧力室、上記フイルタおよび
上記移動手段を覆うカバーを備えたことを特徴と
