It is machined and carburized and quenched as surface hardening treatment, and each is used depending on its purpose.

There are drawbacks such as frequent fuzz formation, early seizure of the traveler, scattering, and shortened ring life.

By processing a heat-resistant alloy steel material containing the following into a predetermined ring shape, under conditions of high production and high speed spinning, there is less yarn breakage and yarn fuzz, and prevents premature seizing of the traveler and scattering. To provide a ring for a spinning machine which has excellent wear resistance and whose structure does not easily fatigue even under severe sliding conditions with a traveler.
