[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Application Field The present invention is a two-tub washing machine used in general households, in which water is automatically supplied to the washing tub, and water is also supplied to the spin-drying tub, so that rinsing is also possible. This article relates to a two-tub washing machine that has been made possible.

Configuration of conventional example and its problems In conventional two-tub washing machines, the sequential operation using the washing tub and the sequential operation using the spin-drying tub are controlled by separate timer means, and the washing tub side and the spin-drying tub side are controlled by separate timer means. Each side can be operated separately. In other words, a series of steps from washing to rinsing can be executed in the washing tub, and at the same time, rinsing can be executed in the spin-drying tub. For rinsing on the dehydration tank side, water is supplied to the dehydration tank for a certain period of time, then water is dehydrated for a certain period of time, the detergent in the clothes is centrifugally dehydrated, water is then supplied again for a certain period of time, and water is dehydrated for a certain period of time, which is repeated. It is used for rinsing.

However, when the water supply pressure is low and water is supplied to the washing tub and the spin-drying tank at the same time, the amount of water supplied to the spin-dry tank decreases dramatically, and it is not possible to supply enough water to the entire clothing if water is supplied for a certain period of time. Therefore, there was a problem in that the detergent content could not be sufficiently removed in the dewatering operation following water supply, resulting in a decrease in rinsing efficiency.

In addition, when the washing tank side and the dehydration tank side are running at the same time, the operation on the dehydration tank side is given priority and the operation on the dehydration tank side is not completed as quickly as possible compared to the washing tank side. It is not possible to transfer clothes that have been washed or rinsed in the dehydration tank until the dehydration tank has finished, and clothes that have been washed or rinsed in the washing tank until the dehydration tank has finished working. The problem was that it could not be rinsed or dehydrated.

Purpose of the Invention In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been devised so that the rinsing efficiency in the dehydration tank side does not decrease even when the water supply pressure decreases, and even when the washing tank side and the dehydration tank side are run simultaneously. To improve usability by making it possible to transfer clothes from a washing tub to a dehydrating tub.

Composition of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention detects the water level in the washing tub in a control device for a two-tub washing machine that controls the water supply to the washing tub and the dehydration tub, and simultaneously supplies water to each tub. A timer circuit that measures the time from the start of water supply to the washing tub until the water level in the washing tub reaches a predetermined water level, and the time measured by this timer circuit and the set time are compared. Comparing means and a control circuit for controlling water supply to the washing tub and spin-drying tub, wherein the control circuit measures time using the timer circuit when water is being supplied only to the washing tub, and calculates the time measured by the comparing means. is longer than a set time, and if the washing tub and dehydration tub are simultaneously supplied with water thereafter, the water supply to the washing tub and the progress on the washing tub side are stopped.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a water level detection means;
01 is a switch whose contacts close when the water level reaches a certain level, and 102 is a resistor. 2 is a timer circuit, 201 is a resistor, 202 is a capacitor, and the resistor 201 and capacitor 202 provide the basic oscillation of the timer. A counter 203 counts basic oscillations, and is set and reset by the control circuit 4. 3 is a comparison circuit that compares the time measured by the timer circuit 2 with the set time; in this embodiment, the timer circuit is configured with a counter;
Compare the outputs of the counters using OR. If the control circuit 4 determines that water is being supplied to the washing tub independently, and the output of the water level detection means 1 is HiGH by the time the comparison circuit output becomes HiGH, then within a certain period of time, This means that water has been supplied to the washing tank. On the other hand, even if the output of the comparison circuit 3 is HiGH, if the output of the water level detection means 1 is Low, it is considered that the water supply to the washing tub is not completed within a certain period of time, and therefore the water pressure at the time of water supply is low. Therefore, in the control circuit 4 that controls the washing and spin-drying sides, if the water supply for washing and spin-drying is performed at the same time, the water supply to the washing tub is stopped and the passage of time is also stopped. 5 is a driver that drives a load such as a motor water supply valve.

Note that the present invention can be implemented by using a microcomputer as a timer circuit, a comparison circuit, and a control circuit. The operation in this case will be explained using the flowchart of FIG. If water is being supplied to the washing tub independently after the start of operation, the RAM inside the microcomputer is used to measure the time at the same time as water is being supplied. When the water level detection means detects that the water supply is completed, it compares the value preset in the RAM with the above clock time, and if the value is greater than the set value, it is stored in the RPM as a simultaneous water supply FLG. Set to 1.

Subsequent controls for the washing tub and spin-drying tank operate according to the pre-stored ROM procedures, but the spin-drying tub,
When water is supplied to the washing tub at the same time, it is determined whether the simultaneous water supply prohibition FLG is set in the RAM, and if it is set, the progress of the washing process and the power supply to the load are stopped, and the dewatering process is stopped. It only progresses the process. Therefore, simultaneous water supply under low water pressure is prohibited, sufficient water is supplied to the dehydration tank, and the rinsing rate can be improved.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, when water supply pressure is low, simultaneous water supply to the washing tub and spin-drying tank is prohibited, and water is supplied only to the spin-drying tank side. Prevents the amount of water supplied to the side from drastically decreasing,
A decrease in rinsing efficiency on the dehydration tank side can be prevented. In addition, when water is supplied to the washing tub and spin-drying tank at the same time, priority is always given to the spin-drying tank, so that the spin-drying tank finishes its operation earlier than the washing tub, and the clothes in the washing tub can be transferred to the spin-drying tank. It is possible to improve usability by
