The heated air reaches the heat exchange type blower 3, where it exchanges heat with the cooling air 10 taken in through the intake port 8 of the back plate 7,
It passes through the circulation duct 5, reaches the heater 4 again, and is introduced into the drum 1, repeating the cycle. Condensed water generated from the heat exchange is drained out of the main body 1 through a drain port 9 provided below the circulation duct 5.

The pressure near point A becomes higher than atmospheric pressure, and a portion of the hot and humid circulating air inevitably leaks out of the main body 1. Due to the above-mentioned phenomenon, there were problems such as moisture coming out of the main body 1, causing dew condensation inside the room, and causing a decrease in thermal efficiency.

The bellows-shaped drainage hose has a circulation path for guiding air to the heat exchanger and a cooling air path for cooling the heat exchanger, and discharges condensed water generated in the heat exchanger to the outside of the main body. It is connected to the lowest part of the circulation path and arranged in a meandering manner within the cooling air path, with the other end leading outside the main body.

3 rotates, the air heated by the heater 14 enters the drum 11, and after exchanging heat with the clothes, the high temperature and humidity air reaches the heat exchange type blower 13, and is discharged from the air intake port 18 of the back plate 17. The air exchanges heat with the intake cooling air, passes through the circulation duct 15, reaches the heater 14 again, and is introduced into the drum 11, repeating the cycle.

風を多く当てるようにしている。 In the above configuration, the pressure at point B near the drain port 19 of the circulation duct 15 is higher than atmospheric pressure, and some of the circulating air tends to leak out through the drain hose 20, but the drain hose 20 does not allow the cooling air to be exhausted. 21, even inside the drain hose 20, the exhaust 21
It exchanges heat with the air and dehumidifies it. In order to increase heat exchange efficiency, the drain hose 20 is shaped like a bellows to increase the surface area as shown in FIG. In this way, a large amount of cooling air is applied to the drain hose 20.

Leakage can also be kept to a minimum, air entering the circulation path from outside the main body 11 can be reduced, a drop in temperature of the circulating air can be prevented, and the thermal efficiency of drying clothes can be improved.
