As described in Publication No. 51-141560, even when using the electronic scale, calculation operations are required to determine the required number of all small parts required for the required number of product assemblies. This was necessary each time, and it was difficult to carry out the work efficiently and accurately.

とを特徴とするものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, and the method of picking small articles from a movable shelf of the present invention uses a computer and a computer. , a method that uses an electronic scale installed near the article retrieval work position on a movable shelf, and the computer has the following information: the storage position of parts for each product type on the movable shelf, the necessary parts for each type of assembled product, The required number of each part and the unit weight of each part are memorized, and the computer calculates the types of all the parts required and the number of assembled products for each part based on the type of assembled product and the number of assembled products input at the time of shipping. calculating the required total number of parts from the stored information; searching the storage position of each part; and automatically operating the movable shelf based on the search results to call the necessary parts to the article retrieval work position; displaying the total number of parts obtained through the arithmetic processing; and searching for the unit weight of the called part from the stored information and inputting it into the electronic scale; , Measure the total weight of the parts placed by the worker, divide this total weight by the unit weight, and display the number of parts, and perform the operation to complete the work of taking out the necessary parts,
The present invention is characterized in that the following parts perform the same actions as described above.

ことが出来る。(Operation of the invention) According to the above small parts picking method, the worker who actually performs the order picking work calculates in advance the total number of each type of small parts required for the requested number of product assemblies and inputs the total number. Even if you do not have to do so, you can take out the specified parts from the storage section of the movable shelf that is automatically called to the work position, and check the total amount displayed on the display part of the electronic scale or a separately installed display means. The electronic scale may be used to count the number of pieces or the total weight. Once the required number of parts have been picked for one part, the next required part will be called out in the same way just by performing the work completion operation, so the counting work using the electronic scale will be performed on the part in the same way, and the following steps will be carried out. By repeating similar operations, all the parts necessary to assemble a predetermined number of predetermined products can be collected.

The storage section 6 with the storage section number corresponding to the first product number in the warehousing work data is called to the opening 5 for warehousing/unloading work, and the indicator light 7 located directly above the storage section 6 to be warehousing is turned on. It is turned on in response to a command from the computer 14. At the same time, the product number and unit weight are sent from the computer 14 to the electronic scale 10 and displayed on the display section 13. In such a state, if an article with the relevant product number is placed on the tray 11 of the electronic scale 10, the electronic scale 10 calculates the number of the article based on the unit weight input from the total weight of the articles on the tray 11. and is displayed on the display section 13. At the same time, the number information is input to the computer 14 and stored as inventory information consisting of storage unit number, product number, and number. Thereafter, the article on the tray 11 of the electronic scale 10 may be stored in a predetermined storage section 6 indicated by the lit indicator light 7.

First, the product number (type) and the number of assembled pieces (lot number) are sequentially input into the computer 14 using the keyboard 15 according to the shipping slip. The computer 14 calculates, for each product number, the part number of the necessary part and its storage part number, the total number of parts required for each part number (required number of parts per product x number of assembled parts) from the parts configuration data. ), and the unit weight of each part number for each part number. At the same time, the inventory amount for each part number is subtracted and corrected as necessary. At this time, the display section 16 can display the setting data or information obtained through the search and calculation in addition to the setting data. Furthermore, when performing the unloading work in order of storage unit numbers, the setting data can be rearranged in the order of storage unit numbers on the computer 14.
