産業上の利用分野
本発明は、白粉、頬紅等の粉末化粧料等を化粧
目的部に塗布するための、化粧用刷毛の製造方法
に係るものであつて、合成繊維を用いながら、天
然毛を用いたものと同様の、風合いの有る刷毛を
得ようとするものである。
従来の技術
従来、合成繊維を用いた化粧用刷毛は、肌当た
りがゴワゴワするとともに肌に当たつたときに、
構成繊維の広がりが少なく、使用感の悪いものと
成つている。
発明が解決しようとする課題
従来の、合成繊維を用いた化粧用刷毛に、この
ような欠点が生じるのは、一端を結束した合成繊
維の他端を、カツター等により切断して製造する
ため、毛先が完全に揃つてしまうことが原因とな
つている。
馬毛等の天然毛が、肌への接触感を良好とする
のは、天然毛は長短入り乱れたものであり、結束
方向を揃えると、他端は長短が不揃いなものと成
る。そのため、肌への接触感が柔らかく、結束し
た毛の広がりが良好なものに成る。
従来より、合成繊維を用いた刷毛にあつては、
この不揃いの状態を生じさせるため、研摩用グラ
インダーによつて結束した毛先の研摩を行ない、
先端部が不揃いとなるよう、先端先付けを行なつ
ている。しかし、不揃いの程度が不十分で、良好
な使用感を得ることが出来ないものとなつてい
る。
本発明は上述のごとき問題点を解決しようとす
るものであつて、合成繊維を用い、一端を結束し
た合成繊維の他端をカツター等により、切断して
製造する。従来と略同一の製造手数によつて、極
めて容易に、先端部が不揃いで、使用感の良好な
刷毛を得ようとするものである。
問題点を解決するための手段
本発明は上述のごとき問題点を解決するため、
熱収縮率の異なる複数種の合成繊維の一端を結束
した後、他端を切り揃え、この合成繊維を加熱し
て熱収縮させ、熱収縮率の違いにより結束した合
成繊維の他端を、不揃いの状態とすることを特徴
として成るものである。
作 用
本発明は、上述のごとく構成したものであるか
ら、化粧用刷毛を製造するには、熱収縮率の異な
る複数種の合成繊維の一端を結束した後、他端を
切り揃える。
この合成繊維を加熱して熱収縮させれば、合成
繊維束を構成する各合成繊維の熱収縮率の違いに
より、結束した合成繊維の他端、即ち肌と接触す
る先端部が不揃いの状態となる。そのため、馬毛
等の天然毛と同様の接触感を得ることが出来るも
のとなる。
実施例
以下本発明の一実施例を説明すれば、熱収縮率
の異なる複数種の合成繊維１には、アクリルフイ
ラメントを用い、そのデニール、熱収縮率、混合
比率は、下記の通りである。
