The cleaning liquid 5 is sent to the rotary arm nozzles 10 and 11 through the recessed food waste filter 8 that covers the bottom recess 7 of the dishwashing tank and the water intake port 9, and is sprayed onto the dishes 2, thereby washing the dishes 2. The cleaning liquid or rinsing liquid after cleaning is discharged to the outside of the main body 14 through the drain port 12 by the drain pump 13. In this draining process, in the conventional dishwasher, as shown in FIG. 5, the drain pump 13 operates when the washing pump 6 finishes operating (washing or rinsing) to drain the washing liquid or rinsing liquid. 発生の原因にもなる。Problems to be Solved by the Invention When such a method is carried out, while the washing pump 6 is operating, leftover food and dirt that have fallen from dishes etc. are drawn in by the suction force of the washing pump 6, and are filtered through the recessed food waste filter 8.
However, as soon as the washing pump 6 finishes operating, the leftover food and dirt, which has a specific gravity lighter than that of water, floats up and spreads over the entire bottom of the dishwashing tank 1 where the washing liquid 5 is collected. Put it away. When the drainage process starts in this state and the drainage pump 13 is operated,
As the water level gradually decreases, leftovers, etc., should be placed in the dishwashing tank 1.
It remains attached to the bottom surface. No matter how many times you repeat the rinsing process, this kind of situation cannot be fundamentally resolved, and even after all the processes of the dishwasher are completed, some leftover food remains scattered on the bottom of the dishwashing tank 1. Therefore, it is not enough just to take out the leftover filter 8 and clean it, but the post-processing is troublesome and may cause the generation of bad odors.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 15 denotes a dishwashing tank in which dishwashing baskets 17 and 18 containing dishes 16 are accommodated, and a washing liquid 19 is stored at the bottom thereof. Reference numeral 20 denotes a washing pump, which pressure-feeds the washing liquid 5 to rotary arm nozzles 24 and 25 through a concave leftover filter 22 that covers the bottom recess 21 of the dishwashing tank 15 and a water intake port 23, and sprays it onto the dishes 16 for cleaning. This is for rinsing. After cleaning and rinsing, the liquid passes through the drain port 26 and is pumped to the main body 28 by the drain pump 27.
It is discharged to the outside. Further, 29 is a water level sensor that detects the water level.

As shown in FIG. 2, the operation in the draining process under the control of the control unit (not shown) of the dishwasher of the present invention is that the draining process begins, the water level gradually decreases, and the water level reaches the same level as the leftover filter. The point when the decreases (point A)
The cleaning pump is operated continuously (solid line) or intermittently (dashed line). The means for detecting the water level at this time may be a water level sensor (pressure detection) as shown in Figure 1, or simply operating the cleaning pump with a delay of time (T) from the start of drainage. . When the cleaning pump 20 is operated in the drainage stroke in this manner, the cleaning liquid and rinsing liquid are gradually discharged from the drain port 26 by the drain pump 27 on the one hand, and the cleaning liquid and the rinsing liquid are gradually discharged from the water intake port by the cleaning pump 20 on the other hand, as shown in FIG. 23 to cleaning pump 2
0, rotating arm nozzle 17, 18, tableware washing tank 1
The cleaning liquid 19 or the rinsing liquid circulates within the container 5, the concave leftover filter 22, and the concave portion 21 at the bottom of the dishwashing tank. At this time, the water level of the cleaning liquid 19 accumulated at the bottom of the dishwashing tank 15 is gradually lowered by drainage, and the floating leftovers etc. a adhere to the bottom of the tank, but since the cleaning pump 20 is operating, The water flow and suction power wash off the leftover food a that has adhered to it, and the washed away food remains smoothly because the bottom of the dishwashing tank is slanted toward the recess so that the cleaning liquid can flow in. It flows into the concave portion, and finally all of it flows into the concave portion of the waste filter 22. Therefore, after all the cycles of the dishwasher are completed, the removable recessed food waste filter 22 is simply taken out and cleaned, making post-processing extremely easy and sanitary. Further, the effect of running the cleaning pump intermittently is that if it is operated continuously, the large suction force of the cleaning pump will affect the drainage capacity of the drainage pump, which will lengthen the drainage time. To solve this problem, the cleaning pump is operated intermittently. Furthermore, by water level detection, the reason why the washing pump 20 is operated when the water level is at the position of the leftover food filter 22 is because when the water level is above the leftover food filter 22, no matter how much you try to wash away the leftover food with the washing pump 20, the water will not flow. It is in a floating state. Therefore, even if the washing pump 20 is operated at this point, the effect of collecting the leftover food will be small, resulting in a loss of operation.
If the washing pump 20 is operated when the water level is below the leftover filter, the washed away leftovers will surely collect in the recess of the leftover filter 22.

の向上をはかることができる。Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the dishwasher of the present invention operates the drain pump and the washing pump in parallel when the water level of the wastewater drops to a predetermined water level, especially in the draining process, thereby eliminating unnecessary pumping of the washing pump. To improve post-processing of leftovers and hygiene by preventing the operation of washing pumps and efficiently collecting leftovers that have floated and expanded in one place due to the water flow effect in the dishwashing tank caused by the operation of the washing pump. I can do it.
