``Prior Art'' Conventionally, there has been a technique in which a printed object is manually arranged with an appropriate distance of approximately 2 to 5 mm from an ink ribbon, and type is pressed onto the printed object via the ink ribbon.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' The above-mentioned conventional technology makes it possible to obtain an appropriate distance between the top surface of the object to be printed and the ink ribbon when the surface to be printed is lower than the top surface of the object to be printed, such as the top bottom surface of a paper tip. but,
Since the distance between the printing surface and the ink ribbon increases by the amount of the upper base, it is necessary to increase the amount of drop of the type. However, when the ink ribbon is pushed down and crimped from the top surface of the printing object to the printing surface by the type, the ribbon slides in conjunction with the descent of the printing type, and the sliding ribbon is crimped to the printing surface. Therefore, there was a problem that clear printing could not be performed and problems such as the ribbon breaking occurred.

"Function" According to the present invention, for example, in a method in which an ink ribbon is interposed on the bottom surface of a paper tip to press type, the upper bottom of the paper tip is recessed from the circumferential bottom surface of the paper tip. Regardless of the shape, when the paper tip is conveyed to the printing position by the conveying element, the ink ribbon of the printing machine is moved to a certain distance that is an appropriate distance from the lower printing surface of the paper tip using the second lifting cylinder. After they are brought close to each other, the printing surface of the printing machine is applied to the ink ribbon by the first lifting cylinder to press it against the printing surface of the paper tip, thereby easily printing. without interfering with the ink ribbon during conveyance.
In addition, when printing by lowering the type, there is no problem such as the ink ribbon being broken by the type, and printing work can always be performed under appropriate conditions. Therefore, such standards Not only is it possible to easily automate the printing of various characters on a printing surface that is one step lower than a flat surface using extremely simple means, but it also improves the durability of ink ribbons, etc. This is something that can be used to develop skills. Particularly in this case, when the ink ribbon moves downward toward the printing surface using the second lift cylinder, the distance between the ink ribbon and the type is maintained constant, and the type is lowered by the first lift cylinder only during printing. Since printing is performed, the relative position between the ribbon and type is maintained well at all times, and even if the dimensions of the reference flat surface and the printing surface are changed, this adjustment can be easily made by simply changing the stroke of the second lifting cylinder. In addition, during printing, the type is always applied to the ribbon under certain conditions, ensuring reliable and clear printing without damaging the ribbon. The printing machine can be made small and compact by having a capacity as small as the recess.

This embodiment is constructed as described above, and after attaching the manufacturing date type 4 to the tip of the piston rod 8 of the first air cylinder 5 via the holder 9, and setting the ink ribbon 3 as shown in FIG. , the rotating body 37 is intermittently rotated counterclockwise to convey the paper tips 1 below the printing section 28 of the printing machine 2 one after another. is detected by the photoelectric sensor 39 and the rotating body 37 is stopped, and the second air cylinder 30 is extended after a certain period of time from the time of stopping, and the first air cylinder 5 is further extended after a certain period of time from the time of the cylinder 30 being extended. Stretch. As a result, the guide pin 27 of the printing section 28 moves into the upper base 1a of the paper tip 1, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1, and the distance between the ink ribbon 3 and the outer surface of the upper base 1a becomes approximately 2 to 3 mm. As the entire printing machine 2 descends to the printing position, just before the printing machine 2 reaches the bottom dead center, the printing type 4 in the middle of its descent pushes down the ink ribbon 3 and presses it against the outer surface of the upper base 1a. The date is printed.

On the other hand, when the first air cylinder 5 is contracted after printing is completed, the second air cylinder 30 is contracted after a certain time delay from the time when the cylinder 5 is contracted, and the rotating body 37 is also contracted after a certain time delay from the time when the cylinder 30 is contracted. rotates. As a result, as shown by the solid line in FIG. Just before reaching the point, the next paper tip 1 is printed on the printing section 28.
The paper chips 1 are conveyed downward, and this is detected again by the sensor 39, and the printing operation is performed continuously, while the printed paper chips 1 are sequentially discharged.

"Effects of the Invention" As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention presses the printing type 4 via the ink ribbon 3 from above against the printing object 1 that is sequentially transported to the printing position by the transport element 37. The device is configured to perform printing using a first elevating cylinder 5 in which a printing type 4 is provided at the tip of a piston rod 8, and ribbon reels 10 and 11 for supplying and tensioning an ink ribbon 3 between a printing object 1 and the type 4. is installed in the printing machine 2, and
A second elevating cylinder 30 is provided for elevating the printing machine 2 to a predetermined position, and the first elevating cylinder 5 raises and lowers the type 4, and the second elevating cylinder 30 raises and lowers the ink ribbon 3 and the type 4 to print. For example, the upper base 1a of the paper tip 1
If printing is performed by interposing the ink ribbon 3 on the bottom surface and pressing the type 4, the ink ribbon 3 of the printing machine 2 may
It is possible to always perform printing work under appropriate conditions without interference with the printing type 4 and without problems such as the ink ribbon 3 being broken by the type 4 when printing by lowering the type 4. What you can do,
Therefore, even in printing work using such an ink ribbon 3 on a printing surface that is one step lower than a reference flat surface, it is possible to easily automate the printing work using an economical means with an extremely simple structure. In addition, this high performance can be achieved by improving the durability of the ink ribbon 3 and the like. Particularly in this case, when the second elevating cylinder 30 moves the ink ribbon 3 downward toward the printing surface, the distance between the ink ribbon 3 and the type 4 is maintained constant, and the first elevating cylinder 5 is used only during printing. Since printing is performed by lowering the type 4, the relative position between the ribbon 3 and the type 4 is always maintained well, and even when the dimensions of the reference flat surface and the printing surface are changed, the second elevating cylinder 30 This adjustment can be easily made by simply changing the stroke of , and when printing, the type 4 is always applied to the ribbon 3 under constant conditions, so that reliable and clear printing can be performed without damaging the ribbon 3. By making the stroke of the first lifting cylinder 5 as small as, for example, the recess of the bottom surface of the paper tip 1, the printing machine 2 can be made small and compact, which brings about remarkable effects.
