In recent years, as a method for removing stones from the body without performing open surgery, a technique has been developed in which the stones are crushed inside the body using explosives and the reduced mass is removed using a body cavity tube. However, even if the amount of explosives used is small, it is predicted that the gas generated during the explosion will cause damage to organs.
Particularly in narrow areas such as the ureter, dangerous consequences may occur.

In order to prevent this phenomenon, the inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies and found that the hole drilled in the stone to be crushed should be filled with a substance that reacts with water, hydrates and expands, and generates expansion pressure. We found that it is possible to crush stones by the expansion pressure that develops as the hydration reaction progresses.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such a stone-crushing agent, the reaction rate and the swelling pressure developed vary depending on the amount of water used. In addition, if the stone crushing agent is left in the air for a long period of time, it will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide from the air.
Because it has a tendency to deteriorate in performance due to weathering, strict storage is required.

The present invention was made in order to solve these problems, and the stone-crushing agent does not deteriorate by storing it while blocking outside air, and the ratio of water to stone-crushing agent (water ratio) when used is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stone crushing agent filling device in which the reaction time is always constant and the reaction time does not change.

[Function] The stone-crushing tool according to the present invention includes a stone-crushing agent-filling container consisting of a tube 1 whose one end is sealed and a bag-like container 2, as shown in a cross-sectional view in FIG. It is made by filling it with. The tube is made of glass, resin such as Teflon, metal, etc., and one end is sealed, and the other end is sealed and joined to the bag-like container. The bag-like container is made of an elastic or flexible material that does not permeate gas or liquid, such as synthetic rubber or resin, and may be integral with the tube or may be joined to the tube. This bag-like container is filled with a certain amount of stone-crushing agent, and the volume of the void area (the part of the bag-like container excluding the stone-crushing agent) is equal to the theoretical amount of water required for the hydration reaction of the stone-crushing agent. The volume should be the same or slightly larger. Next, the void area is evacuated and stored. Instead of vacuum, nitrogen, argon, helium gas, etc. may be filled. Further, silica gel, quicklime, etc. may be mixed into the stone crushing agent to impart dehumidifying properties.

When in use, air is introduced by cutting the tip of the sealed tube, and the container is used as a dropper to suck up a certain amount of water into the gap in the bag-like container. Then, while holding the cut tip, the air in the bag is sucked out. The stone crushing agent and water are mixed by crushing them several times with fingertips to form a slurry. Next, a stone-crushing agent is filled into the hole of the stone from this crushing tool through a body cavity tube installed in advance to crush the stone.

Put 10 g of a commercially available static crushing agent (“Blystar” (trade name, manufactured by Onoda Cement Co., Ltd.)) into a stone crushing agent filling device with a tube and bag-like container having a capacity of 7 c.c. as shown in Figure 1, was evacuated. This device was stored in a chamber at 80℃ and 100% humidity for 6 months, then taken out, the tip was cut off, 3 c.c. of water (the volume of the gap in the bag-like container) was sucked out, and then the cut portion was removed. was pressed with one finger and crushed while pinching the bag-shaped container portion several times with other fingers. Next, a hole of 3.2 mm in diameter was pre-drilled in a 40 mm diameter plaster ball that was left in water at 35°C.
When the tip of the above-mentioned instrument was inserted into three holes with a length of 35 mm and a stone-crushing agent was injected, the stone was divided into four parts in one hour.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the stone crushing tool of the present invention, it is possible to easily operate the stone crushing agent without measuring water and stone crushing agent during use, and to cut off outside air and use a vacuum or an inert gas such as nitrogen gas. By storing it in a gas atmosphere, the stone crushing agent does not deteriorate and has high storage stability.
