軸部と、この軸部を介して前記スプレー部と連通
するよう設けた加熱用又は冷却用流体の供給部
と、前記軸部を介して設けた回転駆動部と、前記
加熱滅菌槽の上端開口部を開閉する蓋と、この蓋
の内方に懸架した被処理物の支持物と、この支持
部を有する蓋と前記加熱滅菌槽とを上下方向に相
対的に分離又は結合して被処理物を前記加熱滅菌
槽内に装填又は取出し可能とした駆動部と、から
成ることを特徴とする竪型回転スプレー式加熱滅
菌装置。 2 竪型もしくは竪置きで開口部を下向きとした
加熱滅菌槽と、この加熱滅菌槽内の周縁でほぼ全
長に亘つて延びた少なくとも2本のスプレー部
と、これらスプレー部の上方端をまとめて回転自
在に加熱滅菌槽壁で軸支した軸部と、この軸部を
介して前記スプレー部と連通するように設けた加
熱用又は冷却用流体の供給部と、前記軸部を介し
て設けた回転駆動部と、前記加熱滅菌槽の下向き
開口を開閉する上向きの蓋と、この蓋内方に設け
た被処理物の支持部と、前記被処理物の支持部を
有する蓋と前記加熱滅菌槽とを相対的に上下方向
に分離又は結合して被処理物を装填又は取出し可
能とした駆動部と、から成ることを特徴とする竪
型回転スプレー式加熱滅菌装置。 3 請求項1又は請求項2記載のスプレー部と連
通する軸部を介して回転制御機構を付設した竪型
回転スプレー式加熱滅菌装置。 4 加熱滅菌槽の底部に液溜部を設け、この液溜
部と軸部上の熱水又は冷却水の供給部との間に液
循環路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2
記載の竪型回転スプレー式加熱滅菌装置。 5 加熱滅菌槽と加熱用又は冷却用流体の供給部
との間に、ポンプと熱交換器とを備えた熱水又は
冷却水の循環路と、ブロワーを備えた蒸気循環路
とを並設し、切換弁を介して切換え可能に設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の竪型回転スプレ
ー式加熱滅菌装置。[Claims] 1. A heat sterilization tank that is vertically shaped or placed vertically with the opening facing downward, at least two spray parts extending almost the entire length around the periphery of the heat sterilization tank, and the upper ends of these spray parts collectively. a shaft portion rotatably supported on the wall of the heat sterilization tank; a heating or cooling fluid supply portion provided to communicate with the spray portion via the shaft portion; a rotation drive unit, an upwardly facing lid that opens and closes a downward opening of the heat sterilization tank, a support part for the object to be processed provided inside the lid, a lid having the support part for the object to be processed, and the heat sterilization tank. 1. A vertical rotary spray type heat sterilizer comprising: a drive section which is relatively vertically separated or coupled to enable loading or unloading of objects to be processed; 3. A vertical rotary spray heat sterilizer equipped with a rotation control mechanism via a shaft portion communicating with the spray portion according to claim 1 or 2. 4. Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a liquid reservoir is provided at the bottom of the heat sterilization tank, and a liquid circulation path is provided between this liquid reservoir and a hot water or cooling water supply section on the shaft.
The vertical rotary spray heat sterilizer described above. 5. A hot water or cooling water circulation path equipped with a pump and a heat exchanger and a steam circulation path equipped with a blower are installed in parallel between the heat sterilization tank and the heating or cooling fluid supply section. 2. The vertical rotary spray heat sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein the vertical rotary spray heat sterilizer is switchable via a switching valve.
