で接着したものがある。しかるにこのものでは、
耐火性に乏しく、火災等の発生により接着部が剥
離してしまうという欠点がある。
そこで、実開昭56−121877号公報に示される如
く略L字状の中骨を表裏の面板にそれぞれ固着
し、各中骨に切起しをそれぞれ形成したものと
し、一方の中骨を他方の中骨に押し込み係合する
ことによつて中骨を固定するようにしたものを提
唱し、それなりの効果を得ているが、このものは
面板を面と直交する方向に押し込むことによつて
組付けるため、面板の大きさに合わせた大型のプ
レス装置が必要であり、この結果、設備がどうし
ても大きなものとなつてしまい、かつその作業が
大変であるという欠点があり問題になつている。

向する一対の面板間に中骨を介装してなる金属製
フラツシユドアにおいて、前記中骨を表裏分割型
にし、これら中骨を、互いに対向する面部が突合
うよう各面板内面にそれぞれ固定して中骨同志の
突合せ面を形成すると共に、一方の面板の左右両
端縁部を略コ字形に折曲して、ドア見込面と、他
方の面板の左右両端縁部に折返し形成せしめた突
合せ面に突合う突合せ面とをそれぞれ形成し、こ
れら中骨同志および面板同志の突合せ面に、面板
同志を上下方向にずらすことで相互に嵌合係止す
る係合爪と係合孔とをそれぞれ設けて上下両端縁
部が開口した箱体を構成する一方、該開口した上
下端縁部にはそれぞれ框材を介装して塞いだこと
を特徴とするものである。
そして本発明は、この構成によつて、耐火性に
強いドアとすることができると共に作業性の向上
を図ることができるようにしたものである。

次に、本発明の構成を図面に示された一実施例
に基づいて説明する。図面において、1,2は金
属製フラツシユドアの表裏面板であつて、表面板
1は、所定寸法の長方形金属平板に切断したもの
の左右両縁部の必要な切欠きを形成し、次いで該
左右両縁部を直角状に折曲した後、錠前部の切欠
き4を形成し、この錠前部用切欠き4がエツジ面
(本発明の見込面に相当する)1aとなるようさ
らに直角状に折曲し、この様にして、表面板1に
は、必要な切欠き4(他に必要ならさらに切欠い
ておく)と、エツジ面1aと、後述する裏面板2
との突合せ面1bとが形成される構成となつてい
る。そしてこの表面板1には、さらに蝶番ライナ
ー5、フロンライナー6、錠前ライナー7等の必
要な各種部材がスポツト溶接、アーク溶接等の適
宜固定手段によつて固定されることになるが、さ
らにこの工程中に、断面ハツト型の中骨8がスポ
ツト溶接によつて固定されることになる。この中
骨8には、合せ面となる溝底部に切起しによる係
合爪8aと打抜きによる係合孔8bとが所定間隔
を在して交互に形成される構成となつているが、
さらに表面板1の突合せ面1bには、前述した第
一の切欠き工程において、これと同じ係合孔9が
形成されるようになつている。
一方、表面板2についてであるが、これも同
様、所定寸法の長方形金属板に切断したものに、
同様、切欠き及び曲げ加工を行い、スポツト溶接
で前述の中骨10を固定する。この中骨10の合
せ面となる溝底部には、前記表面板1側の中骨8
とは逆の関係で係合爪10a、係合孔10bが形
成されており、さらに裏面板2の左右の長辺に曲
げ形成された突合せ面2aには、表面板1の突合
せ面1bに形成した係合孔9に対応する係合爪1
1が形成されている。
この様にして中骨8,10が固定された表裏面
板1,2は、必要ならば中骨8,10の溝底外面
に接着剤を塗布した後、両面板1,2の突合せ面
1b,2a同志を対向接当するように突き合わす
ことになるが、この状態において、裏面板2は表
面板1に対して上下方向にずれた位置にセツトす
る。そして、第5図の如く表面板1(下側にあ
る)の突出する一端をストツパ12で押え、裏面
板2(上側にある)の突出する他端を押圧具12
aによつて両面板1,2の上下縁が一致するまで
押圧すれば、各係合爪8a,10a,11が、対
応する係合孔10b,8b,9にフツク状に嵌合
係止し、これによつて、裏表面板1,2は箱状に
組立てられることになる。そして前述の塗布され
た接着剤を高音にすることで溶融せしめて接着さ
せ、さらに必要ならば中骨8,10の溝底部同志
をアーク溶接(端部しか行わない)をする。そし
て次に、開口する上下両縁部に框材13,13a
を介装し、スポツト溶接によつて一体的に固定
し、最後に蝶番やフロント部等のビス孔加工をし
た後、蝶番等の各種必要な部材を取付けて金属製
フラツシユドアが成形されるようになつている。
叙述の如く構成された本発明の実施例におい
て、面板1,2にそれぞれ固定した骨材8,10
を突き合わせ固定するようにしたものでありなが
ら、両骨材8,10は、従来の如く接着剤のみに
よつてではなく、係合爪8a,10aと係合孔8
b,10bとのフツク状の嵌合係止によつて一体
的に突き合わせ固定されることとなり、従つて、
火災等による熱発生で骨材8,10が剥離してし
まうようなことは全くなく極めて防火性能が向上
したものにすることができる。
この様に、本発明の金属製フラツシユドアは、
中骨8,10同志を、係合爪8a,10aと係合
孔10b,8bによるフツク状の嵌合係止、そし
て表裏面板1,2の突突合せ面1b,2a同志を
係合爪11と係合孔9によるフツク状の嵌合係止
によつて剥離することがないよう固定できるよう
にしたものであるが、この係合爪8a,10a,
11と係合孔10b,8b,9との嵌合係止は、
従来のものの如く面板と直交する方向の押し込み
で行なうのではなく、面板に沿う方向の押し込み
によつて成されるものであり、従つてその押し込
み具(プレス具)は、両面板1,2の上下エツジ
部に対応する大きさのストツパ12と押圧具12
aとからなる小型なものでよいことになり、設備
に従来の如く面板の表面積に対応した大きさの大
型プレス具が必要となることはない。さらにこの
様に組込むことで、中骨8,10同志および面板
1,2同志が、火災等に強い耐火性に富んだ嵌合
係止状態で同時にしかも強固に固着されることに
なり、作業性の大幅な向上が図れることになる。
しかもこのものでは、表面板1の左右両側縁部
は、略コ字形に折曲されてエツジ面1aと突合せ
面1bとに形成されていてドア見込面が既に形成
されたものとなつており、この結果、表裏面板
1,2を嵌合係止して上下両端縁部が開口した箱
体に組立てて、上下の開口を框材で塞げば簡単に
ドアとすることができ、従来のもののようにドア
見込面部に後付け的に見込板材等の別途部材を組
込む必要が全くなくなつて、組立て工程を大幅に
簡略化することができるうえ、部品点数も少なく
できて、合理化に大いに寄与できることになる。
尚、本実施例では、中骨8,10同志のみなら
ず、両面板1,2間の固定も同様に行つているの
で、尚一層作業性の向上が図れることになる。ま
た、ドアの製造工程自体も著しく効果化された整
然としてものとなり、従つてこの点においても、
ドアを大量安価にしかも安定した高品質のものを
製造できることになる。
