These dentures are generally made by filling a plaster mold made with an impression mold with a thermosetting resin, which is then placed in boiling water at 100°C to polymerize and harden for 1 to 2 hours to form the denture base. It is manufactured by making a denture base and then implanting an artificial tooth into this denture base.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, since the denture base of the denture manufactured in this way is polymerized and hardened by placing it in hot water at 100°C, the interior of the denture is damaged by the polymerization heat at that time. 120℃
It rises to a certain degree and hardens. Therefore, when the denture base is removed from the boiling water after hardening and the temperature is lowered to about room temperature, the denture base undergoes thermal contraction due to the temperature difference, and especially in the denture base of a complete denture, the denture base is affected by the palatal region (maxilla) or the denture base. Since the part that contacts the tongue (lingual jaw) is thinner than the part that contacts the jaw, the entire denture base will be curved due to the tension of the thick part that contacts the jaw. When you put it away, a phenomenon occurs.

Therefore, the part of the denture base that touches the palate (upper roof) or the tongue (lingual jaw) is the palate (maxilla) of the oral cavity.
Alternatively, the entire surface of the tongue (tongue jaw) cannot be brought into close contact with the tongue, resulting in a raised part, making it easy for air to enter this gap. Therefore, such denture bases often peel off or fall within the mouth of the wearer.

In addition, the work of removing the denture base, which has been cured by heating and polymerizing, from the plaster mold is extremely difficult because when the temperature of the cured resin cools down to room temperature, shrinkage occurs and the cured resin adheres even more tightly to the plaster mold. It will be a difficult task.

(1) A first step of covering the jaw model with a photocurable resin layer, a second step of covering and sealing the jaw model with a soft transparent film with good elasticity, and the above-mentioned first and second steps. A third step of suctioning and eliminating gas present at the interface between the jaw model and the photocurable resin layer and the interface between the photocurable resin layer and the elastic soft transparent film, and applying rotation to the third step. At the same time, by performing all the steps above, including the fourth step of irradiating light onto the photocurable resin from the outside of the elastic, soft light-transmitting film, the jaw model is formed using the light-transmitting film under atmospheric pressure. A method for producing a denture base, which comprises polymerizing and curing a photocurable resin on a jaw model while pressing and adhering a photocurable resin layer to a surface and taking a mold. and (2) a light irradiation device for curing the photocurable resin layer, a jaw model for covering the photocurable resin layer, and a flexible flexible material for further covering the photocurable resin layer. a light-transmitting film, a means for rotating the light-transmitting film and the jaw model together, and an interface between the jaw model and the photocurable resin layer and an interface between the photocurable resin layer and the light-transmitting film; 1. A denture base manufacturing device comprising means for suctioning and eliminating intervening gas.

However, in the above-mentioned proposed device, a wall was provided upright on the outer periphery of the turntable, so if the wall is high, shadows may appear on the photocurable dental restorative material layer surface when irradiated with light. This tends to cause curing to be partially incomplete, takes a long time, or limits the size of the jaw model.

In addition, since the plaster of the jaw model placed on the turntable is set in the articulator in a later process, its bottom surface is cut to make it smooth and has a high density. Suction and air permeability are not sufficient, and even if suction is performed to remove the gas existing in the gap between the translucent film and the turntable, the smooth bottom of the jaw model may block the suction port. There was a problem in that it was not easy to suction and degas from the entire area due to reasons such as storage.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in view of the above points, that is, activation energy ray generation that emits irradiation light toward the dental restorative member in the upper part of the housing. In a photo-curing device for dental restorative materials, which includes a turntable on which a lamp is disposed and a dental restorative material is placed on the lower part of the turntable, a porous layer or a porous layer is provided over the entire surface of the upper surface of the turntable. A ventilation layer such as a continuous multi-groove layer is provided, and a suction pipe communicating with the ventilation layer is provided below the ventilation layer passing through the center of the turntable, while above the turntable, a suction pipe is provided that is placed on the upper surface of the turntable. By providing a moisture-dry translucent film with good elasticity to cover and seal the dental restorative component set on the jaw model, the structure between the soft translucent film with good elasticity and the turntable is constructed. The dental restorative member is characterized in that the dental restorative member is brought into close contact with the jaw model by sucking and removing the gas existing in the gap by the suction pipe and pressing the transparent film into close contact with atmospheric pressure. This is a photocuring device for repair members.

In FIG. 1, a halogen lamp 1 is suspended from a top plate 3 of a housing 2 and has a curved reflector 4 therein, and a turntable 5 is installed directly below the lamp in the irradiation direction. The turntable 5 has a precise jaw model 6 made of plaster placed in the center of its upper surface.
The upper surface thereof is coated with an uncured paste-like photocurable dental restorative member layer 7. Furthermore, a soft translucent rubber sheet 8 is placed over the top of the turntable 5 until it covers the stepped portion 5b formed on the outer periphery of the turntable 5, and a hoop 9 is attached to the stepped portion 5b from above. The step part 5b of the turntable 5 is fitted and covered.

In addition, a suction pipe 12 is pivotally supported at the center of the bottom of the turntable 5, and a motor 1 with a reduction gear is connected to the suction pipe 12.
With the rotation axis 14 of 3, the turntable rotates at 6/min.
It can be rotated slowly at ~30 rotations. The rotational speed of the turntable 5 is set to prevent uneven light irradiation on the photocurable dental restorative material layer 7 and the formation of uncured portions, so the rotation speed of the turntable 5 is determined by the irradiation angle of the irradiating light source. There is no need to rotate too quickly as long as this does not occur.

The photocuring device according to the embodiment of the present invention uses a large number of lamps with a large amount of light, such as halogen lamps 1, as the light source, so in order to prevent the operator from feeling dazzled by the light leaking outside during light irradiation, the main body of the device is It is housed in the housing 2. However, when necessary for operation, such as when placing a jaw model on a turntable, by pulling the handle 15 toward you (leftward in the figure), the turntable 5 and suction pipe 1

Note that the jaw model 6 placed on the turntable 5
Since it is made of gypsum, it has poor air permeability during depressurization, so in order to improve the ability to suction and remove the air covered by the rubber sheet, the turntable 5 is made of gypsum over the entire upper surface as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. A ventilation layer 10 is formed of a multi-channel continuous groove (having a circular, radial or spiral square or V-shaped groove 5a) communicating with the reduced pressure suction port 11, a large number of hemispherical bulges, etc. It is preferable. It is usually sufficient for the depth of the groove and the height of the bulge to be about 1 to 5 mm. A fan 18 is attached to the rear side wall 2a of the casing 2 to prevent the internal temperature of the casing 2a from rising too much due to the heat generated by the irradiation of the large-capacity halogen lamp 1, and a fan 18 is installed to suck outside air. The hot air inside the housing 1 is sent out, and the halogen lamp 1 is cooled by the outside air.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail in the Examples and the like, when a dental restorative member is photocured using the photocuring device of the present invention, the continuous multi-groove layer and the continuous porous layer on the turntable can be cured. Therefore, the air on the turntable can be thoroughly sucked and exhausted in a short period of time, so the photocurable dental restorative material layer is pressed by the soft translucent rubber sheet and completely eliminates any voids on the jaw model surface. It is precisely pressed and adhered without forming, and is photocured as it is. Therefore, by using the device of the present invention, it is possible to make a very accurate impression of the jaw model surface using photocurable resin. In addition, unlike the case of general thermosetting molding, the manufactured denture bases do not require high temperatures for molding and hardening, and therefore do not shrink even after hardening, making it possible to precisely copy the shape of the jaw model. Even if the thickness of the manufactured denture base etc. is partially deflected, the manufactured denture base etc. will not be curved. Therefore, when the jaw model such as a denture base manufactured according to the present invention is attached to the upper or lower jaw in the oral cavity, it will fit accurately to the upper or lower jaw without creating a gap, and the denture base will not loosen during installation. It has the advantage that it does not cause an unpleasant situation if it falls or falls.

Furthermore, when the photocurable dental restorative material layer is irradiated with light, bubbles may be generated from within the photocurable dental restorative material layer, but with the photocurable device of the present invention, bubbles may be generated even during light irradiation. Since the air bubbles are maintained under reduced pressure, they can be quickly and forcibly removed by suction, preventing them from accumulating in the photocurable dental restorative material layer, and thus preventing the photocurable material from forming. The dental restorative component will not become cloudy or deformed.
