鋳粉等金属粉顔料は使用できない欠点がある。 Such conventional compositions are composed of pigments, water-soluble polymers, etc., and are dissolved in water and adjusted to a paste-like paint of a desired viscosity before use. However, since the coating film is not water resistant, it re-dissolves when exposed to water and stains the coating surface, making it unsuitable for use in posters and the like to be displayed outdoors. On the other hand, there are paste-like paints that use acrylic acid ester resin emulsion to make the paint film waterproof after drying, but there is pigment selectivity, and inorganic pigments such as viridian and aureolin, and metal powder pigments such as aluminum powder and brass powder are used. There are drawbacks that make it unusable.

This is because, in particular, when metal pigments are used, they have the disadvantage of causing rust.

It is in the form of a powder having a particle size of about 5 to 100 microns. This powder can be easily redispersed in water, and when the redispersion liquid dries, the coating film is water resistant and has the characteristic of not being redispersed in water.

Cellulose resins such as methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, and hydroxypropylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol,
Various water-soluble polymers can be used, such as vinyl-based synthetic resins such as polyvinylpyrrolidone, modified starches such as dextrin and enzyme dextrin, and natural polymers such as gum arabic. Among these, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, dextrin, enzyme dextrin, etc. can be preferably used.
These water-soluble polymers are 0.5 to 100 parts of the composition.
25 parts can be used, preferably 1 to 20 parts. If the amount of water-soluble polymer is too low, the paint will lose its viscosity when diluted with water, and if it is in excess, the water resistance of the paint film will be poor.

状絵具組成物を得る。 Next, a solution of a surfactant dissolved or dispersed by heating in alcohol is added and thoroughly mixed, and then a predetermined amount of a powdered resin emulsion and a water-soluble resin are added and mixed again. The resulting mixture is crushed in a crusher etc. for 50 min.
Grind it to about 150 mesh pieces and use it as powder paint. Alternatively, the powdered paint composition of the present invention is granulated using a granulator to obtain a granular paint.

The composition of the present invention can also be used as paint for posters displayed outdoors, since a coating film obtained by diluting the composition of the present invention with water exhibits strong water resistance after drying. Also, the coating film will not change color, solidify or rust as during storage.

The obtained composition was stored in a sealed container and left in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at a room temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 80% for one week. When the composition was checked, there was no phenomenon such as discoloration or solidification, indicating good storage stability. The resulting composition was diluted with water in a brush and applied to drawing paper. Next, the applied coating film was left indoors to air dry, and then immersed in water, but the coating showed good water resistance without being redispersed.
