Next, the operation will be explained. The deviation detection means 9 calculates a temperature deviation from the mixed water temperature value set by the user and the mixed water temperature detected by the mixed water temperature detection means 6. The energizing amount setting means 10 controls the driving means 5 based on the temperature deviation signal.
Set and output the bias amount. The mixing valve 4 adjusts the hot water temperature and dispenses mixed hot water at a set hot water temperature.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the above configuration has the following problems.
When the mixed hot water is not used for a long time (for example, late at night), the temperature of the hot water in the pipe 2 decreases to about the water temperature. When the user sets the set temperature to about 40°C and starts dispensing hot water, the mixed hot water temperature does not rise due to the low temperature water in the pipe 2, so the hot water side opens and the water side closes. When the low-temperature water in the pipe finishes being discharged, high-temperature water is suddenly pushed out from the heat source means 1. Since the mixing valve 4 is not in an appropriate valve position, the user suddenly has to use boiling water, which can result in burns or even life-threatening situations.

Effect If the mixed hot water is not used for a long time, the temperature of the hot water supplied in the pipes will drop. When detected by the supplied hot water temperature drop detection means, the mixing valve is stopped and the user is notified by the notification means that the hot water temperature in the pipe is low. As a result, the user does not have to use hot water suddenly, and it is possible to notify why the mixed water temperature is low at the beginning of hot water dispensing, thereby preventing troubles such as the user suddenly increasing the mixed water temperature setting value.

1 and 2 that are equivalent to those in FIGS. 3 and 4 are given the same numbers. In FIG. 1, numeral 11 is a flow rate detection means for detecting the amount of mixed hot water. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 12 denotes supply water temperature drop detection means, which is composed of mixed hot water temperature detection means 6, flow rate detection means 11, and calculation means 13. 14 is a reporting means, such as an alarm such as a buzzer, an LED lamp, or a 7-segment numerical code display.

When the supplied hot water temperature drop detection means 12 detects that the supplied hot water temperature of the pipe 2 is low, a control signal for stopping the hot water temperature adjustment function of the mixing valve 4 is output to the energizing amount setting means 10, and the driving means 5 is stopped. . The supply hot water temperature drop detection means 12 in FIG. 2 is an embodiment that calculates the thermal energy of the mixed hot water from the mixed hot water temperature and the mixed hot water output amount, and determines whether the energy exceeds the energy that allows the hot water temperature to be adjusted by the mixing valve 4. .

At the same time, when the temperature of the supplied hot water in the pipe 2 is low, the notification means 14 notifies the user that the supplied hot water temperature is low. This prevents the user from setting the mixed hot water temperature to a high temperature setting without knowing that the supplied hot water temperature has decreased, and also prevents the user from using high temperature hot water suddenly.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the hot water mixing control device of the present invention, when the supplied hot water temperature drop detection means detects that the supplied hot water temperature is low when the mixed hot water is re-discharged after not being used for a long time, the hot water mixture is mixed. By stopping the valve and notifying the user using the alarm means, it is easy to use and highly safe, without using hot water suddenly or without changing the setting to a high temperature without the user knowing the mixed water temperature. It's getting an effect.
