Description
本発明は、ベランダ手摺に関し、特に、中央部
に張出部を有するベランダに使用するベランダ手
摺を構成する支柱と上弦材との固定構造に関する
ものである。

しかし、近時、ベランダの有効面積を増加させ
るため、あるいは意匠上の理由から、中央部に張
出部を形成したベランダが多用されるに至り、張
出部において屈曲して連結される手摺に対する需
要が高まつている。
従来このように直角以外の角度で上下弦材を連
結した手摺を形成するにはその施工現場に応じた
支柱、あるいは上下弦材を製造し、それを組立て
ることが行われているが、製造コストの上昇を招
き、かつ施工能率も悪いという問題を有するもの
であつた。
本考案は、このような問題点を解消すべくなさ
れたものであつて、安価に製造することのできる
ベランダ手摺の固定構造を提供することを目的と
する。

ぎ部22と張出部21およびベランダ基部20と
の衝合部位に立設される中空状の屈曲部支柱を示
すものである。
直線部連結支柱1は、第2図に示すように、断
面矩形状の外筒10内に矩形状の補強筒11を途
中まで挿入することにより所要の強度をもたせた
もので、第2図bに示すように、補強筒11の下
端を突出してアンカー23に接合することによ
り、ベランダ2の床面上に立設される。一方、屈
曲部支柱3は、第3図に示すように、ベランダ2
の張出部21と継ぎ部22とのなす角、135°に対
する補角、45°をなして交叉する二側壁32,3
2を有する外筒30内に断面矩形状の補強筒(図
示せず)をその途中まで挿通させたもので、上述
した直線部連結支柱1と同様の方法でベランダ2
の床面上に立設される。
なお、第3図において、33は内部に挿通され
る補強筒を収納するために外筒30内壁から突設
される突条を示すものである。
これら支柱1,3の上端に固定される固定ピー
ス5は、第3図および第4図に示すように、断面
略L字状の長尺材を所定長さに切断したピース状
部材で、略垂直状の固定片51に支柱1,3の上
端に穿設されたビス挿通孔15,35に対応する
ねじ孔53を形成するとともに、その上面を平板
状の支持面52aとする支持片52に手摺子ユニ
ツト4のビス挿通孔45に対応するねじ孔54を
形成して構成され、固定片51は支柱3の上端側
に挿込まれてその内側壁に当接させた状態でビス
55により固定される。
手摺子ユニツト4は、第1図ないし第3図に示
すように、上下弦材41,42の間に複数の手摺
子43,43…を装着して形成され、上下弦材4
1,42は、適宜長さに形成された長尺材を支柱
1,3の立設ピツチに合致させて切断することに
より得られ、上弦材41の端部を固定ピース5の
支持片52の支持面52aに載置させた状態でビ
ス56により固定するとともに、下弦材42を支
柱1,3の側壁12,32に固定したブラケツト
46に固定することにより装着される。
笠木6は、第3図および第4図に示すように、
断面略倒U字状に形成された手掛部60の自由端
部に係止用水平片61を長手通しに形成したもの
で、係止用水平片61を上弦材41の上面に形成
された係止突条44の係止爪47に係止させた
後、ビス62を用いて該上弦材41に連結するこ
とができるようにされている。この笠木6は、予
め押出成形等により成形された長尺材を支柱1,
2の立設ピツチに合わせて切断することにより使
用に供されるもので、その端部は、直角に、ある
いは45°に切断され、必要に応じ、笠木6同士の
衝合連結部位にはブラケツトカバーが装着されて
いる。

に形成された張出部21の中央部に直線部連結支

ー部に四本の屈曲部支柱3を立設した後、各支柱
