[Prior art and its problems] A bathtub equipped with an automatic hot water filling function that automatically stops the hot water filling operation when the hot water for filling the bathtub reaches a certain level is roughly shown in Figure 5. We have already proposed a bathtub with a similar configuration;
An on-off valve 4 and a water pressure gauge 34 are provided in this order from the upstream side.

In this device, when a hot water filling switch (not shown) is turned on, an on-off valve 4 is opened, and hot water filling water supplied from a water pump (not shown) provided in a hot water supply device 5 flows to the bathtub 2 side to perform hot water filling operation. progresses.

Compared to natural circulation type bathtubs, there is no need to precisely match the installation heights of bathtub 2 and bathtub A with each other, such as forced circulation bathtubs equipped with water pumps and high-temperature hot water bathtubs. In this case, the installation positions of the bathtub 2 and the bathtub A are shifted from each other in the height direction and become irregular for each appliance to be installed. That is, for each appliance installed, the water pressure gauge 34 disposed in the bathtub A and the bathtub 2 are shifted in the height direction, and the difference in height between the two is not constant.

Therefore, even if different installed bathtubs 2 are filled with hot water to the same water level, the output of the water pressure gauge 34 will be different for each bath due to the uneven height difference between the bathtub 2 and the water pressure gauge 34. is not constant. That is, even if the water in the bathtub 2 has reached the water filling completion level, the water pressure gauge 34 does not necessarily issue a filling completion signal.

In order to solve this problem, in the above bath kettle,
The water pressure corresponding to the water head difference between the opening that the hot water filling circuit 17 opens in the side wall of the bathtub 2 (hereinafter referred to as the spout 29) and the water surface when the hot water is completely filled is the height of the installed equipment and the bathtub 2. Focusing on the fact that the water pressure is always constant regardless of the magnitude of the difference, the water pressure corresponding to the water head difference is used to determine the completion state of hot water filling.

That is, in the initial stage of filling when hot water starts to be supplied from the hot water supply device 5, the filling water is supplied to the spout 29 of the hot water filling circuit 17 that is open to the side wall of the bathtub 2, and When the flow path between the spout 29 and the on-off valve 4 is filled with water, the on-off valve 4 is closed to seal the water in the flow path downstream of the on-off valve 4, and after this state is established. The water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 (hereinafter referred to as reference water pressure gauge P0) is stored in a control device provided within the appliance. Then, the reference water pressure gauge P0 will be detected by the water pressure gauge 34 when it is assumed that water filling water is supplied into the bathtub 2 and the water level in the bathtub rises to the spout 29 portion of the hot water filling circuit 17. It is equal to water pressure.

Then, when the on-off valve 4 is opened again to continue the filling operation, and the spout 29 is immersed in the filling water in the bathtub 2, the water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 increases as the filling operation continues. When the water surface of the hot water reaches the hot water filling completion level, the hot water filling circuit 17 is opened into the bathtub 2.

That is, in the above system, as shown in FIG. 5, since the water outlet 29 of the hot water filling circuit 17 that opens into the bathtub 2 is oriented in the horizontal direction, the on-off valve 4 is turned off in order to detect the reference water pressure P0. Close this and spout 29

If the horizontal piping section L continuing upstream of is short,
The water filling the horizontal piping portion L leaks into the bathtub 2 relatively quickly, and when the control device built into the appliance reads the water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 to read the reference water pressure P0, the horizontal piping portion L Water has begun to drain from the vertical piping section 51 connected to the water pressure gauge 34 on the upstream side.

Then, a vertical piping section 5 connected to the water pressure gauge 34 is provided.
The water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 after the water starts to drain to 1 is the water pressure at the water outlet 2 at the tip of the hot water filling circuit 17.
The water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 when the water is full up to 9, that is, does not match the appropriate reference water pressure P0. Therefore, the completion state of hot water filling determined using this incorrect reference water pressure P0 naturally also lacks accuracy. From this, even if it is determined that hot water filling is complete and the hot water filling operation is stopped, the actual water level in the bathtub 2 will deviate from the appropriate water level and hot water will not be filled accurately. be.

When the execution of the subroutine 93 is finished, the first waiting time T1 necessary for filling the flow path from the on-off valve 4 to the bathtub 2 with hot water is elapsed, and then the opening state is reached. Close the on-off valve 4. Therefore, in this state, the flow path from the on-off valve 4 to the opening 68 (functioning as the water spout 29 in this case) located at the downstream end thereof is filled with hot water. Then, after closing the on-off valve 4 so that the pressure of the circulation pump P is not applied to the water pressure gauge 34, the water pressure read from the water pressure gauge 34 is stored in a specific memory in the microcomputer that constitutes the control device. This is stored and used as the reference water pressure P0 (see drawing numbers 94 and 95). Note that this reference water pressure P0 is calculated by assuming that h is the height difference between the opening 68 that functions as the water outlet 29 of the hot water filling circuit 17 and the water pressure gauge 34, Pz is the atmospheric pressure, ρ is the density, and g is the acceleration of gravity. , the reference water pressure P0=Pz−ρgh.
In the above-mentioned state in which the flow path from the on-off valve 4 in the closed state to the water outlet 29 is filled with water, the portion up to the rising portion 49 formed by the L-shaped pipe 55 is filled with water. ing. Therefore, air having an extremely low specific gravity does not enter downward into the water accumulated in the vertically standing upright portion 49, and the water filling the hot water filling circuit 17 does not enter the bathtub 2. Leakage is completely prevented.

Next, the on-off valve 4 is opened again, and two flow paths are used: the hot water filling circuit 17 that connects the on-off valve 4 to the bathtub 2, and the auxiliary hot water filling circuit 19 that connects the bath heat exchanger 30 side to the bathtub 2. to proceed with the filling operation. Then, after waiting for the second waiting time T2 to elapse, the on-off valve 4 is closed and the pressure of the circulation pump P is not applied to the water pressure gauge 34, and in this state, the water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 is to judge. If the water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 does not exceed the preset water pressure at the time of completion of filling, that is, the water pressure corresponding to the water head difference between the spout 29 and the water level at the completion of filling is set to the reference water pressure described above. If the water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 is lower than the sum of P0 (has not reached the filling completion level), by opening the on-off valve 4 again, the water filling operation using the two channels can be performed. Let it proceed. On the other hand, when the water pressure detected by the water pressure gauge 34 reaches the above value and the water filling is completed, the circulation pump P is stopped and the water filling valve 11 is closed to stop the water filling operation (reference number in the drawing). 96-100).

When determining the value of flag F immediately after turning on the hot water filling switch (at step 91 in the drawing), the value of flag F is ``1'' and this is the second or subsequent time filling operation. If this is confirmed, the subroutine 93 such as opening the hot water filling valve 11 is executed without performing the above-mentioned operation to detect the reference water pressure P0. By using the reference water pressure P0 written in the memory of , the steps from 96 onwards in the drawings, that is, the steps from ``'' described above are executed.

In addition, when reheating the bath pot of the above embodiment, the switching valve 37 is switched from the hot water filling state to set the reheating circuit 3 to the established reheating state, and in this state, the circulation pump P is turned off. The combustion operation of the driving and reheating gas burner 39 may be performed.

Incidentally, in the case of the above embodiment, by checking the elapse of the waiting time T1, the system waits for water to fill up in the flow path connecting the on-off valve 4 inserted into the communication flow path 33 to the bathtub 2. , a water amount counter 10 that measures the amount of hot water supplied from the hot water supply circuit 15.
It may be determined whether the flow path is filled with water or not.

Further, in the above embodiment, the present invention was applied to a forced circulation type bathtub, but the present invention also has a method of pumping boiling water into the bathtub 2 to raise the temperature of the bathwater when the bathing water cools down. Needless to say, it can also be applied to a so-called high-temperature hot water bath. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the on-off valve 4 and the water pressure gauge 34 on the downstream side thereof are inserted into the hot water filling circuit 17 connected to the high-temperature hot water type bath, and the tip of the hot water filling circuit 17 is inserted. What is necessary is to make it protrude into the bathtub 2 and bend the protrusion upward.
