Conventionally, in this type of air purifier, contaminated air from outside, including dust and germs, entered the clean room through the gap between the opening/closing door and the main body wall to which it was attached, and when the opening/closing door was an automatic door. There was a risk that dust generated in the door drive section when the door was opened and closed would enter the clean room through the gap between the drive section case and the opening/closing door, reducing the cleanliness of the room.

This clean bench includes a clean room 1 having an opening 2 in the front, an air supply filter 3, a blower 4, an air supply duct 5, and an exhaust filter 6 for supplying clean air to the clean room 1. 1 and the outside world 50 is provided with a sliding door 7 having translucency. In order to prevent harmful substances and pathogens in the clean room 1 from escaping to the outside world during work, the air in the clean room 1 is pumped through the air intake port 8 provided on the workbench as shown by the arrow in Figure 1a. Part of the air is drawn into the space 9 below the workbench together with the outside air, part of the air sent out from the blower 4 is discharged to the outside through the exhaust filter 6, that is, to the outside world 50, and the remaining air is passed through the air supply filter 3 to the ceiling air outlet 10. The internal pressure of the clean room 1 is kept lower than that of the outside world 50 by recirculating the water from the water to the clean room 1 and closing the opening 2 with the opening/closing door 7. The opening/closing door 7 is movable in the vertical direction so that experimental equipment can be easily carried in and out of the clean room 1, and there is a space between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11 to prevent contact between the door and the main body during the opening/closing operation. To prevent this, a gap 12 is provided, and a gap 1
In order to prevent outside air from flowing into the clean room 1 through the opening 2, an opening/closing door 7 is installed in a part (upper side) around the opening 2.

However, with this structure, if the contact pressure of the packing 13 against the opening/closing door 7 is increased, the opening/closing door 7 will not operate smoothly due to frictional force, so it is impossible to eliminate the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the packing 13. And as mentioned above, the pressure in the clean room 1 is lower than that in the outside world 50, so this pressure difference causes a gap between the opening/closing door 7, the main body peripheral wall 11, and the packing 13, as shown by the arrow in FIG. Alternatively, outside air may flow into the clean room 1 through the gap between the mounting surface of the packing 13 and the main body peripheral wall 11, reducing the cleanliness of the room and causing inconveniences such as contamination of samples handled in the clean room 1 with bacteria in the outside air. There is.

FIG. 2 shows a conventional example of an open clean bench that releases the entire amount of clean air supplied to the clean room to the outside world. This clean bench includes a clean room 1 having an opening 2 in the front, an air supply filter 3, a blower 4, an air supply duct 5, and a prefilter 15 for supplying clean air to the clean room 1. A sliding door 7 with translucency between the outside world and the outside world.
is provided. In order to prevent outside air from flowing into the clean room 1 during work, outside air is taken in through the pre-filter 15 as shown by the arrow in FIG.
The air is supplied to the clean room 1 from the ceiling air outlet 10 through the air outlet, and the air that has passed through the clean room 1 is made to flow out from the opening 2 on the lower side of the opening/closing door 7 to the outside world. There is a gap 12 between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11.
Normally, the opening/closing door 7 is used to reduce the area of the air outlet of the clean room 1 as much as possible to make the internal pressure of the clean room 1 higher than the outside pressure. Therefore, it may be necessary to use the clean room 1 with the area of the air outlet greatly expanded. In this case, the internal pressure of the clean room 1 decreases to near atmospheric pressure, especially at the corner of the clean room 1 surrounded by the bent lower surface of the main body peripheral wall 11 around the air outlet 10 and the back surface of the opening/closing door 7. Part 1a
Under the suction effect of the blown airflow, the pressure becomes more negative than that of the outside world, and outside air may flow into this negative pressure portion from the gap 12, reducing the cleanliness of the room. As a countermeasure against this, conventionally, a packing 13 that makes sliding contact with the opening/closing door 7 was attached to the bent part of the main body peripheral wall 11 using a presser plate 14, but as in the example shown in FIG. Since it is not possible to eliminate the gaps between the opening and closing door 7 and the main body surrounding wall 11 and packing 13, or between the packing 13 and the main body surrounding wall 1, as shown by the arrows in FIG.
However, it was not possible to sufficiently prevent outside air from flowing into the negative pressure portion 1a of the clean room 1 through the gap between the mounting surface 1 and the cleaning chamber 1, and reducing the cleanliness of the room.

In such a conventional air shower device with an automatic door, dust generated from the drive belt 23 due to friction with the drive pulley 22a when the door is opened/closed passes through the gap 27 as shown by the arrow in FIG. 3a and enters the clean room. There was a risk that the particles would spread into the interior of the room and reduce the cleanliness of the room. According to actual measurements, the amount of local dust generated due to the friction between the pulley 22a and the belt 23 when the door is opened and closed is approximately 6000 particles with a size of 0.5 μm or more.
The number of particles larger than 0.3 μm can reach approximately 30,000, making them a source of contamination that cannot be ignored in clean rooms with frequent comings and goings. Moreover, in this case, since the opening/closing door 18 slides within the groove of the door drive unit case 20, the gap 27 cannot be filled with dustproof packing.

The difference between this embodiment and the conventional example shown in FIG. 1 is as follows.
A third space 29 facing the opening/closing door 7, which is a shutter, is created in a part (upper side) around the opening of the clean room 1, which is the second space, by the bent part 11a of the main body peripheral wall 11 and the packings 13a, 13b. This is because a pressure adjusting means is provided to maintain the space 29 at a pressure different from both the clean chamber 1 and the outside world 50 which is the first space. In this embodiment, the pressure regulating means corresponds to the blower 4 and the air passage 30 communicating with the suction port of the blower 4. Since the other basic configuration and functions are the same as those of the conventional example shown in FIG. 1, corresponding parts are simply shown with the same reference numerals and their explanation will be omitted.

To explain in more detail the part surrounded by the solid line C in FIG. 4a, as shown in FIG.
It is attached to two opposing sides of the bent portion 11a formed in a letter shape by presser plates 14a and 14b, respectively, and a third packing is attached between these packings 13a and 13b.
A space 29 is formed. The space 29 is adjacent to the gap 12 between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11 via the packing 13a, and is adjacent to the clean room 1 via the packing 13b. As shown in FIG. 5, a space 2 is formed along the upper side of the opening 2.
Both longitudinal ends of the air passage 9 communicate with air passages 30 on both left and right sides of the clean room 1, and the lower part of the air passage 30 connects to the space 9 below the workbench where the blower 4 is housed to clean the space 29. It constitutes a pressure adjustment means that maintains a pressure different from both the pressure in the chamber 1 and the outside world. That is, in this example, when the blower 4 is operated, the air in the space 29 is sucked by the blower 4 through the air passage 30 and the space 9 below the workbench, so the pressure in the space 29 is lower than that of both the clean room 1 and the outside world. Become. Therefore, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 4b, the flow of outside air flowing from the gap 12 between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11 into the space 29 through the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the packing 13a, and the flow of clean air. A flow of clean air flows from the room 1 into the space 29 through the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the packing 13b, and all the outside air that flows into the space 29 is extracted by the blower 4, so it flows through the gap 12 into the clean room. There is no fear of outside air flowing into clean room 1.
There is no fear that harmful substances or dangerous pathogens inside will leak out through the gap 12 to the outside world.

In this case, as long as the pressure difference between the space 29, the clean room 1, and the outside world can be maintained, the packing 13
Since there is no problem even if there is some gap between a, 13b and the door 7, the frictional force due to packing can be reduced, and the door 7 can be opened and closed with a small force.

In a clean bench having such a sliding door, it is the inflow of outside air from the gap 12 that greatly affects the indoor cleanliness.
Therefore, in order to prevent the indoor cleanliness level from decreasing due to the inflow of outside air, it is practically sufficient to provide the space 29 along the upper side of the opening 2, but if necessary, a guide It is also possible to provide a third space 29 communicating with the air passage 30 on both sides of the opening 2 where the opening 31 is provided to prevent outside air from flowing in through the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the guide 31.

The difference between this embodiment and the conventional example shown in FIG. 2 is as follows.
The upper and lower ends of the gap provided between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11 are closed with packings 13a and 13b to form a third space 29 facing the opening/closing door 7, and the space 29 is also used as the clean room 1. The reason is that a pressure adjusting means is provided to maintain the pressure at a pressure different from that of the outside world. Since the other basic configuration and functions are the same as those of the conventional example shown in FIG. 2, corresponding parts are simply shown with the same reference numerals and their explanation will be omitted.

To explain in more detail the part surrounded by the solid line D in FIG. 6a, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 6b, the gap provided between the opening/closing door 7 and the body peripheral wall 11 is An independent space 29 is formed adjacent to the outside world and adjacent to the clean room 1 via the lower packing 13b. The space 29 is connected to an air supply chamber 35 having a second air supply filter 33 and a second air supply blower 34 through a hole 32 in the peripheral wall of the main body.
The air supply duct 5 communicating with the suction port 4 constitutes a pressure adjusting means for maintaining the space 29 at a pressure different from both the clean room 1 and the outside world. That is, a part of the air sent out from the blower 4 is further pressurized by the blower 34 and sent as clean air by the filter 33 from the air supply chamber 35 to the space 29, so that the space 29 is separated from the clean room 1 and the outside world 50. The pressure will be higher than either. Therefore, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 6b, clean air flows from the space 29 toward the outside world 50 through the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the packing 13a, and through the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the packing 13b. A flow of clean air is generated from the space 29 toward the clean room 1,
Even under conditions of use where the pressure in the corner 1a of the clean room 1 is more negative than in the outside world 50, outside air will not flow into the corner 1a. In addition, in this example, since clean air is supplied from the space 29 to the corner 1a of the clean room 1, the cleanliness of the clean room 1 will not be reduced by stagnation of air containing dust in the corner 1a. .

In this case as well, as long as the pressure difference between the space 29, the clean room 1, and the outside world 50 can be maintained, there is no problem even if there is some gap between the packing 13a, 13b and the opening/closing door 7, so the friction caused by packing The force can be reduced and the door can be opened and closed with a small amount of force.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the overall structure of the air shower device. Only the circulating air blower 36 is normally operated, and the blower 36 blows the air inside the shower chamber 17 through the air intake port 37, circulating air ducts 38, 39.
The clean air passed through the filter 40 is discharged from the ceiling air outlet 41 into the shower chamber 17 to form a low-velocity circulating airflow a. When a person or article enters the shower room 17, the jet airflow blower 42 is activated, and a part of the air taken in from the air intake port 37 by the blower 42 is transferred to the jet airflow duct 4.
3, 44, the jet airflow passes through the jet airflow filter 45 and is blown out from the side air outlet 46 into the shower chamber 17 as a high-speed jet airflow to remove dust attached to the human body and articles. This air shower is connected to the clean room 16 by passing through the partition wall 16' of the clean room 16.

In this air shower device, a constant blower 36
The inside of the circulating airflow duct 38 is maintained at a lower pressure than the shower chamber 17 which is the first space, while the clean room 16 which is the second space connected thereto is always kept at a higher pressure than the shower chamber 17. As shown in FIG. 9, the internal space 28 of the door drive unit case 20 and the circulating air flow duct 38 are connected to each other through holes 47 provided in the door drive unit case 20 and the peripheral wall 19 of the air shower device main body. If the internal space 28 facing the opening/closing door 18 is communicated with the clean room 16 and the shower room 1 through the
