(Background of the Invention) Conventionally, there are various types of boots with excellent heat retention. For example, a lining material having pile-like fabric has excellent heat retention. In addition, boots made of heat-insulating synthetic resin foam also have excellent heat retention properties. However, the lining material has a boa (fuzz-like nap).
If so, these flocs will get caught up in the flow of resin during injection molding and run over the surface of the boot, exposing linear scratches and significantly degrading the appearance quality. Boots made of heat-insulating, flexible synthetic resin foam are effective for rubber products that do not involve high pressure during molding, but when thermoplastic synthetic resin is injected and integrated with a backing material, Conventionally, the base fabric for the lining material was finished with a moderate knitting density, but in this lining material, the thermoplastic synthetic resin penetrated into the heat-insulating and flexible synthetic resin foam. In addition to being compressed by being pressed against the last part of the mold, when the boots are removed from the mold,
Because the foam remains compressed and does not recover, its insulation properties are half-depleted. There was a technical background to solving this problem.

(Prior art and its problems) Special public notice published on January 14, 1986.
No. 1121 discloses a method for manufacturing cold-resistant injection molded boots. The method for manufacturing cold-proof injection molded boots does not impede workability and can use a heat-retaining lining material with a bore as the lining material. However, the above-mentioned cold-proof injection molded boots In the manufacturing method, the injected thermoplastic synthetic resin compound is directly adhered to the foam sheet, so the thermoplastic synthetic resin invades the heat-insulating and flexible synthetic resin foam sheet, and the intruded state is The foam is compressed in the mold because it is molded as is. For this reason,
Even after being removed from the mold, it remains compressed, resulting in a thinner thickness and fewer air layers, resulting in half the heat retention.

(Purpose of the invention) Regarding the conventional technology and its problems described above, the conventional method for manufacturing injection molded boots is said to be an invention of cold-proof injection molded boots with heat retention, but in reality, it is Since it is now possible to use knitted fabric lining material with a boa as cold weather boots, the heat retention is somewhat improved.
Furthermore, although heat retention was improved by using a heat insulating synthetic resin foam, as a result, the heat retention was halved due to defects in molding. In view of this, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cold-proof injection molded boot that overcomes all the drawbacks of the conventional boots and also solves the problem of halving the heat retention.

(Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 6. 1 shown in FIG. This is a backing fabric material in which a heat-insulating, flexible synthetic resin foam 3 is interposed between a knitted fabric (outer fabric) 6 and a laminated material is laminated together and cut into a foot shape. Knitted fabric (lining) 8 that does not allow injected thermoplastic synthetic resin to penetrate includes vertical knitted fabric, horizontal knitted fabric,
In particular, it is a knitted fabric with a fineness of 20 to 50 denier, which is denser than normal vertical knitted fabric, and has heat insulating and flexible synthetic resin foam 3, which has heat insulating properties and flexibility. Synthetic resin foam (foam)
Any material may be used, such as polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, etc. This insulating synthetic resin foam 3 should have a thickness of about 0.5 to 7 mm from the viewpoint of ease of hanging onto the last 5 and fitting condition. preferable. Also,
The knitted fabric 6 in contact with the last may be made of ordinary weft knitted fabric, vertical knitted fabric, pile-like fabric, etc., as long as it has ductility and strength that allow it to be easily hung on and removed from the last.

The purpose of pasting together the knitted fabric 8 that does not allow the injected thermoplastic synthetic resin to penetrate, the heat insulating, plastic synthetic resin foam 3, and the normal knitted fabric 6 is to facilitate the work of sewing and adhering to the last. A conventional method using an adhesive may be used, or a so-called flame lamination method in which the surfaces of the foams are bonded together by heating and melting may be used. Since the synthetic resin foam 3 of the bonded backing material 1 has appropriate elasticity, it can be easily attached to the last 5 without inhibiting the elongation of the knitted fabrics 6 and 8.

Moreover, what is shown in FIG. 5 is the result of injecting the thermoplastic synthetic resin 7 cut along the line A-A in FIG. , is an enlarged sectional view showing a fused state of a thermoplastic synthetic resin cut along A-A, a heat insulating and flexible synthetic resin foam, and a knitted fabric 6 that does not allow penetration of the injected thermoplastic resin, and shows the state of the invention of the present application. This indicates that only a small portion of the foam penetrates, so when the synthetic resin foam is compressed and molded, it is removed from the last and put into use, the foam will restore its shape and the thickness will be approximately the same as before when molded, so it will retain heat. This means that the insulation effect is good.

Since the knitted fabric does not allow thermoplastic synthetic resin to penetrate, the heat-insulating and flexible synthetic resin foam is not compressed and returns to almost the same thickness after molding, resulting in extremely good heat retention and heat-insulating properties. [Scope of Claims] 1. A method for producing injection molded boots integrally with the lining material by attaching the lining material sewn into a foot shape to the last of an injection mold and injecting a thermoplastic synthetic resin, There is insulation between the densely knitted fabric that does not allow the injected thermoplastic synthetic resin to penetrate, and the regular knitted fabric.
A lining material is applied to the last through a flexible resin foam so that the knitted fabric with a high knitting density that does not allow the injected thermoplastic synthetic resin to penetrate is on the outside (as a lining). A method for manufacturing cold-proof injection molded boots, comprising injection molding the boots. 2. In injection molded boots in which thermoplastic synthetic resin is injected and integrated with the lining material, insulation and plasticity are created between the knitted fabric with a high knitting density that does not allow the injected thermoplastic synthetic resin to penetrate and the normal knitted fabric. The knitted fabric with a high knitting density that prevents the injected thermoplastic synthetic resin from penetrating the lining material, which is laminated with a synthetic resin foam interposed between them, is located on the side facing the thermoplastic synthetic resin (to form the lining). ) Cold-resistant injection molded boots.
