体にシール材31を張設する。換言すれば豆腐収
蔵部3の開口部3cにシール材31が張られたこ
とになる(ヘ図参照)。

した後、前記垂れ収蔵部の開口部のみにシール材
を固着し、同シール材の固着されていない部分を
立ち上らせて豆腐収蔵部に豆乳を充填し、続いて
シール材の立ち上り部分にテーパ壁面を当てて立
ち上り部分を徐々に倒し、豆腐収蔵部の開口部に
シール材を固着することとしている。

ル材の固着されていない部分を立ち上らせて豆腐
収蔵部に豆乳を充填し、続いてシール材の立ち上
り部分にテーパ壁面を当てて立ち上り部分を徐々
に倒し、豆腐収蔵部の開口部にシール材を固着す
ることを特徴とする豆腐のパツク製品製造方法。
