[従来の技術] 従来、耳折り方法として特開昭58−134825号公
報の方法が知られているが、実際のコイル端面の
耳折りでは、紙送りロール紙送りロールだけで
は、紙シワが発生し美しい紙折りは不可能であ
り、紙先端の保持(固定)をしていないため、途
中で紙のゆるみ、コイルからの紙離れが問題点と
してあつた。

割され、各々が周速に従つて回転できる構造のブ
ラシ状ローラ7と同じ構造のゴムローラ8及び装
置全体をコイルに平行移動させるモータ付車1

と、第2図に示す紙内周折り込み装置9、紙先端

(1)紙装着と紙折りを同時に行うので作業工程が省
略でき、(2)紙折りをコイル外周、内周の速度差に
より発生する紙ひだを利用するため、機構、制御
がシンプルで安価な装置になる等の効果がある。
