As the number of automobiles increases, the number of scrap tires increases, and although a number of rational disposal methods have been studied, none of them can be said to be sufficient.

The disadvantage is that it deteriorates, and therefore requires frequent repair work.

目して本発明を完成するに至つたものである。 The inventor of the present invention noticed that if waste tires can be used to enclose, for example, gravel, etc., it can be used semi-permanently without being washed away by waves or water currents when used as a base for wave-breaking blocks or floating structures. This led to the completion of the present invention.

That is, the present invention is a waste tire structure in which waste tire pieces separated into a tread portion and a sidewall portion are arbitrarily connected to form a bag shape. The method and structure of joining the tread portion and the sidewall portion are not particularly limited, but an example is as follows.

様々に設定される。 First, a portion of the tread portion is cut, and the long plate-like pieces are connected in a grid pattern, and the sidewall portions are lined up and attached so as to close the gaps to form a sheet. Next, the sheet-like material can be rolled up into a cylindrical shape, connected to the sides, and closed with one opening to form a bag-like shape. If this bag-shaped bag is filled with gravel, it becomes a rubble bale, but its shape is not limited and can be set in various ways, such as a so-called bale-shaped one or a flat pine-shaped one.

The tread is the part of the tire that touches the ground, and is used by cutting a part of the annular part and rolling it out into a long plate. Since the steel belt is embedded in the tread portion, it has high tensile strength and can withstand use with grout stone, which will be described later.

The tread parts 20 are connected by inserting bolts 5 into bolt holes 21 provided at both ends of each tread part 20 and attaching them with nuts, but the connection can also be made with nails or the like. Treaded portions 20 of a predetermined length are combined in a grid pattern and connected by nails 6,
A frame body 2 is configured. Next, the refill material 3 is attached so as to fill the gaps in the lattice-shaped frame body 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the replenishing materials 3 are sequentially attached to the frame body 2 with nails 6, with portions of adjacent replenishing materials 3 overlapping each other. Note that the gap between the frame body 2 is set by the replenisher 3 to a size such that at least the grout filled inside the waste tire structure 1 does not easily squeeze out. When filling with earth and sand, the gap between the frame bodies 2 is further narrowed by the filler material 3.

When rolling the sheet-like material, it is rolled around a metal cylindrical frame (not shown) of a predetermined size so that the size of the waste tire structure 1 is uniform. Then, one of the two openings formed by forming the sheet-like material into a cylindrical shape is closed with the lid frame 4. Like the frame body 2, the lid frame body 4 is made by connecting an appropriate number of tread portions 20, and is spanned across the opposing ends of the frame body 2, as shown in FIG. In this way, it is made into a bag.
