成したものや、昭和61年実用新案登録願第203734
号の願書に添付した明細書及び図面に開示される
ように、羽根車を装置したうず巻室に呼水口を付
加した構成のもの等があるが、これらはいずれも
始動してから、所定量の湯の循環が行なわれるま
でに時間遅れがある。従つてポンプの始動と共に
湯沸器を動作させると空焚きの危険があり、これ
を防止するために、湯沸器の動作を制御するため
の流水検知手段4が必須である。従来は、かかる
流水検知手段4を独立した装置として系統内に設
置しているので、設置作業や設置スペース等の点

動手段10によつて回動させられて、待機位置に
保持されており、従つてスイツチング手段11,
11′は相対的に非動作位置に保持されるので流
