えられている。 To explain this simply, a plurality of hanging wheels 10 each having a space 11 between rollers 13 and 14 and a space 12 between rollers 15 and 16 are kept at appropriate intervals by a spacing wire 17. While holding it, one roller 13 is run on the shown tension line 20 (in the case of re-stretching work, an existing line is used, and if there is no such existing line for a new line, an auxiliary rope is stretched separately). During this deployment, a pull rope (not shown) is sequentially let out in a non-tensioned state onto the lower roller 16 in another space 12. When the hanging wheel 10 is deployed on the tension line 20 in this way,
The pull rope fed out onto the roller 16 is replaced with the illustrated electric wire 30. Thereafter, tension is applied to the electric wire 30, and the electric wire 30 is moved from the roller 16 to the roller 15 as shown by the dotted line in FIG.
At the same time, the tension on the tension wire 20 is loosened, and the tension wire 20 is moved from the roller 13 to the roller 14, and the tension wire 20 is pulled out on the roller 14 and collected. For the remaining gold wheel 10, use roller 1
5 is run on the stretched electric wire 30 and recovered, only the electric wire 30 remains and the overhead line is completed. In this way, the spaces 11 and 12 are used to apply or release tension, and the hanging wheel 10 itself cannot be turned upside down, so it is called a non-inversion type, and the tension is applied to the wire 30. Because it requires only extremely low tension, it has become the mainstream method for low-tension wire extension in today's power transmission overhead lines. The effectiveness of this method is particularly high in running large-sized electric wires where the running tension is high or running long-span lines such as across straits.

動きもあり、その傾向は高まりつつある。 On the other hand, when constructing an overhead power transmission line, there are plans to expand power generation facilities in the future, or the development of an industrial area is planned for the supply destination, but this has not yet been realized. In anticipation of this, the steel towers T 1 , T 2 , ...T o will be constructed with enough room to install the necessary circuits in the future, and for the time being, the necessary single circuits W 1 , W 2 , W 2 , etc. will be installed as shown in Figure 1. Sometimes it is decided that only W 3 will be installed and the other line will be added at a later date. Recently, there has been a movement to share a single track due to land shortages for track construction, and this trend is increasing.

ろが非常に大きい。 If the existing line exists in the vertical direction, it is possible to use the existing line to extend the additional line using the above-mentioned non-reversing hanging wheel construction method, but if it exists in the horizontal direction as shown in Figure 1. I can't do that. Therefore, on the extension line side, as with completely new lines, it is necessary to start with the erection of auxiliary ropes in order to deploy gold wheels, but the erection of these auxiliary ropes requires starting with basic work such as scaffolding. Depending on the terrain, there may be cases where this scaffolding is not possible. In such a case, if the overhead line work can be carried out using a line that has already been installed adjacently, there will be no need for scaffolding, and this will greatly contribute to time and economical labor savings.

Deploy the auxiliary rope onto the non-running side gold wheel as the gold wheel unfolds, and then transfer the auxiliary rope to the adjacent extension line side after the metal wheel is deployed.
In this state, while collecting the pair of metal wheels that are no longer needed, a non-reversible type lifting wheel is connected to the rear end, and the non-reversing type lifting wheel is deployed on the auxiliary rope that has been transferred. Similar to the example above, this construction method replaces the electric wires and connects them to the overhead line, making it possible to utilize the existing horizontal lines simply by tying together a commonly used one-wheel metal wheel with a connecting rope to form a pair of metal wheels.

(preferably) connecting rope 2
Connect it to make a pair of metal wheels, and connect this with the spacing maintaining rope 3.
While maintaining the appropriate distance by connecting the two cars with each other, the self-propelled machine 4 pulls them out onto the existing line W1 , and deploys multiple anti-metal cars. At this time, the miniature metal wheels 1, 1 on one side of the pair of gold wheels are made to run on the existing line W1 , and the auxiliary rope l1 is let out onto the non-running miniature metal wheels 1', 1'.

広義の意味における概念である。 FIG. 3 shows a state in which a plurality of steel wheels 1, 1' are thus deployed on the existing line W1 between the steel towers T1 and T2 . In this state, if necessary, replace the auxiliary rope l 1 with a stronger auxiliary rope (or wire).
When will I exchange it for l 2 ? This is because the auxiliary rope l1 that is let out during the deployment of the metal wheel is desirably thin and lightweight, making it easy to work with, and requires a certain amount of strength for the subsequent overhead wire work. Therefore, if you have already paid out a sufficiently strong auxiliary rope from the beginning, or if the wire in question is relatively small and does not require much strength, then the auxiliary rope should be extended from l 1 to l 2 . Redemption is not always necessary. In this way, the auxiliary rope as used in the present invention is a concept in a broad sense, including whether or not it can be exchanged.

It can be applied to installing a prevention net.

In addition, it can be applied to save labor even to the overhead wires of the middle line and underline, and there are going to be many cases where steel towers are enlarged due to land shortages and electric wires are sequentially added to these as the supply increases. As a timely proposal today, the present invention has great significance.

A method for an overhead power transmission line, which comprises running an overhead power transmission line and recovering the non-reversible hanging wheel. 2. A method of constructing a new line adjacent to an existing line, in which a plurality of pairs of metal wheels are prepared by connecting individual metal wheels into pairs with connecting ropes of the required length, and the required spacing is maintained using spacing maintaining ropes. While holding the gold wheel, one side of the pair of gold wheels is run and deployed on the adjacent existing line, while an auxiliary rope is let out on the non-running side of the pair of gold wheels, and after the metal wheel is deployed, the auxiliary rope is tensioned to extend the line to the adjacent new line. While retrieving the pair of metal wheels bridged between the existing line and the auxiliary rope, a non-reversible hanging wheel is connected to the rear end of the collection, and while the pulling rope is being let out, the non-inverting type A plurality of hanging wheels are deployed on the auxiliary rope, and after the non-reversible hanging wheel is deployed, the pulling lobe is replaced with a newly installed line and the newly installed line is tensioned, the auxiliary rope is also kept tensioned, and the auxiliary rope is In this step, the miniature metal wheel is made to run with the required spacing maintained by the spacing rope, and the distance maintaining rope is connected to the collecting rear end of the non-reversible type hanging wheel, and the hanging wheel is expanded while the miniature metal wheel is unfolded. The auxiliary rope with which the miniature metal car was deployed was then transferred to the overhead line post of the electric wire to be connected to the next line, and a non-reversible hanging metal car was connected to the rear end of the metal metal car and the line was transferred. A method for overhead power transmission lines in which a non-reversible hanging wheel is deployed again on an auxiliary rope. 3. Claim 1, which includes a step in which the auxiliary rope is replaced with a stronger one midway through the process.
Catenary line method described in section. 4. The overhead line method according to claim 2, which includes a step of replacing the first auxiliary rope with a stronger one midway through the process.
