DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a post-treatment surface treatment method for preventing adhesion that occurs when elastic bodies are stacked, and more specifically to a surface treatment liquid for the same.

Conventionally, molded products made of elastic materials such as bearing seals or oil seals have caused various problems in work because when stacked or packaged, they stick to each other and cause blocking.

For this reason, post-treatment to prevent adhesion is required, and countermeasures have been taken by applying a surface treatment liquid or chemically changing the surface with chemicals.

However, in the former method of applying a surface treatment liquid, the surface treatment liquid obtained by dissolving silicone oil and a surfactant in an organic solvent, or the emulsion-type silicone oil-based surface treatment liquid, is more aesthetically pleasing than an anti-blocking agent. Even though it is effective as a treatment agent, it not only cannot sufficiently suppress the adhesive force, but also has the disadvantage that the surface of the elastic body becomes wet due to liquid components such as silicone oil, causing poor appearance. .

In addition, the latter chemical treatment chemical treats the surface chemically, such as by halogenating the diene rubber, to lower the friction coefficient and prevent blocking, which hardens only the surface. In order to obtain appropriate surface roughness and surface hardening, there remain very difficult problems in adjusting the chemical blending ratio and processing time, and it is also expensive, and there are many problems such as residual halogens that can lead to rust in metal composite products. It had drawbacks.

As a result of intensive efforts to solve these problems, the inventor of the present invention found that when a fatty acid metal salt, a fatty acid amide, and a dimethylsiloxane oil (10 to 1000 cs) were used in combination, the effect on vulcanized rubber was unparalleled. The inventors have discovered that this material can provide excellent blocking resistance and slipperiness, leading to the present invention.

The present invention contains 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of fatty acid metals (zinc stearate, calcium stearate, etc.)
0.1 to 10 parts by weight of fatty acid amide (ethylene bis stearamide, methylene bis stearamide, stearamide, etc.), 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of dimethylsiloxane silicone oil (10 to 1000 cs), and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of solid paraffin. It is a surface treatment liquid obtained by dissolving, dispersing, or emulsifying it in a solvent.

In general, paraffin itself is difficult to stick to, and in fact, there are various anti-blocking agents on the market that have paraffin as the main ingredient, but these become sticky when the temperature rises in the summer, and in this case, they do not have sufficient blocking resistance. I can't offer sex.

However, by applying or dipping vulcanized rubber in a treatment solution obtained by adding 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of fatty acid zinc to this system, heating it to 100 to 150°C, and cooling it, a film formed by paraffin melting point Even if it exceeds 100%, it does not exhibit the same behavior as paraffin alone. In other words, a film formed of paraffin alone will flow instantaneously as it approaches its melting point, and cannot maintain its original shape. However, the film formed by the treatment solution containing fatty acid zinc retains its original film form at temperatures above the melting point of paraffin, and the paraffin does not show any flow. This is a factor that shows excellent blocking resistance.
Further, by adding fatty acid amide, this cost can be further increased, and by adding dimethylsiloxane silicone oil (10 to 1000 cs), the slipperiness of the coating surface can be improved.

As described above, the present invention is a surface treatment liquid that forms a non-adhesive film even at high temperatures at the interface when vulcanized rubber is stacked, thereby imparting blocking resistance and slipping properties.

As described above, the surface treatment liquid according to the present invention eliminates the stickiness characteristic of rubber elastic bodies by simply applying it to the rubber surface, reliably prevents blocking, improves the sliding properties, and improves the appearance. This provides an ideal surface treatment solution that also contributes to improvements in surface treatment.
