To explain with reference to Figures a to 2f, as shown in Figure 2a, a glass cup 30 with an open bottom, for example, a human arm 10 from which cells are to be collected, is used.
Place a surfactant, e.g. 0.1% TRITON
Inject 2 ml of X-100 (phosphoric acid buffer pH 7.2) from the upper opening of the glass cup 30 using the dropper 36. Next, as shown in Figure 2b, the skin surface is rubbed with a glass rod 28 for one minute to incorporate the skin cells into the solution. Next, as shown in FIG. 2c, 0.2 ml of the suspension of skin cells is transferred to a container 32 using a dropper 38. Next, as shown in FIG. 2d, the sample in the container 32 obtained in this way is placed using a dropper 40.
Then, one drop of a dye such as a 1:1 mixture of methylene blue and rhodamine (saturated aqueous solution) is added to stain the skin cells. Next, as shown in FIG. 2e, several drops of the solution containing the stained skin cells are transferred onto the preparation 20 using the dropper 42, and finally
As shown in the figure, a cover glass 24 is placed to cover the sample on the preparation 20 to prepare a skin cell sample for observation under a microscope.

As shown in FIG. 1a, a roll of adhesive tape (first adhesive tape) 14, which is preferably a one-sided adhesive paper tape, is built in, and the adhesive side of the adhesive tape 14 is exposed through an opening for bonding. For example, the adhesive tape 14 is brought into contact with the collection site of the arm 10 using the collection device 12 configured to feed the tape, and the skin cells are peeled off from the arm and the adhesive tape 14 is removed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1b, a preparation 20 with a transparent double-sided adhesive tape 22 pasted thereon is prepared, and the adhesive tape 14 of the sampling device 12 is brought into contact with the adhesive tape 22 to remove dead skin cells attached to the adhesive tape 14. Transcribe the cells. Through this transfer, only the inner surface corneocytes of the corneocytes that had been attached to the adhesive tape 14 in a layered manner are attached to the adhesive tape 22, thereby avoiding undesirable overlap during microscopic observation. The appropriate number and distribution of cells can be obtained.
