As a result of recent analysis of garbage in urban areas, a large number of woolly mites have been found, and along with this, house mites, which are the natural enemies of woolly mites, are also appearing.

The reason for this is that as high-rise houses appear due to overcrowding in urban areas, the degree of airtightness of each room increases, and the proper indoor dryness and humidity control that has been achieved by natural building materials since ancient times breaks down. Therefore, it cannot be denied that the increased humidity of the tatami floor is a contributing factor.

By the way, it is said that the bodies and carcasses of woolly mites may be the cause of respiratory diseases such as asthma and Kawasaki disease. House mites also suck blood directly from the human body, causing swelling and itching.

However, when harmful microorganisms such as those mentioned above begin to appear, the function of a vacuum cleaner to collect these harmful microorganisms along with dust is no longer sufficient to simply collect dust as in the past. , it greatly suppresses the reproduction of dust mites and other harmful microorganisms that are collected during vacuum cleaner operation, and even if there are dust mites that escape from the vacuum cleaner body, they will be killed in a short period of time. The need for measures to reduce the number of people living in Japan is becoming an urgent issue.

Furthermore, if you collect mites in a bag-shaped dust collection filter for a vacuum cleaner and leave them for a long time, they will be removed if the bait is in the garbage, the humidity is 40% or more, and the upper limit of the temperature is around 50 degrees. It has been confirmed through experiments that a large amount of mites breed in the dust filter if there is one.

An object of the present invention was to take into consideration how a disposable dust collection filter for a vacuum cleaner is used during use and after the filter is replaced and after the garbage is thrown away. Once collected in a dust collection filter, the reproduction of harmful microorganisms such as house mites and woolly mites is greatly suppressed, and even if there are mites that escape from the dust collection filter, this can be prevented in a short period of time. In addition to killing the filter in time, it also maintains its germicidal effect even after the filter is removed from the vacuum cleaner and thrown away.
The dust collection filter for vacuum cleaners, which is excellent in terms of environmental hygiene, prevents dust mites and fungi from propagating in the garbage, while the vacuum cleaner itself can constantly restore the sterilization effect by replacing the disposable filter. Our goal is to provide the following.

Therefore, in the present invention, the paper bag 10a constituting a part of the dust collection filter 10 contains an insect repellent and mite insecticide of 1.23 g/m 2 or more, and the paper bag 10a contains an insect repellent and mite insecticide. By including the above-mentioned mites in the paper bag 10a, the frequency of contact between the insect repellent and the mite insecticide increases, so that the reproduction of mites in the paper bag 10a can be significantly suppressed. By applying insect repellent and mite insecticide at a rate of 1.23 g/m 2 or more, a good mite killing rate can be obtained as shown below.

and 0.5g of the test mites in a paper bag, mix well, and place the bag in a thermostat at a humidity of 80 to 100% (this paper bag was treated with insect repellent and mite insecticide commonly available in Japan). After 10 days, the paper bag was taken out, 0.1g of test mites were taken from the paper bag, and the number of living mites was counted under a microscope. The experiment was carried out three times each. The average results are shown in Figures 11 and 12. According to experiments, as shown in Figure 11, a particularly good mite killing rate can be obtained when the content of insect repellent and mite insecticide in the paper bag is 1.23 g/m2 or more. confirmed. In addition, the first
As shown in Figure 1, when the content of insect repellent and mite insecticide in a paper bag is 1.23g/ m2 , the mite killing rate is almost the same as when more insect repellent and mite insecticide are added. If the content of insect repellent and acaricide in paper bags is kept to 1.23g/ m2 , the amount of insect repellent and acaricide used can be saved while maximizing the mite killing rate, which is economical. It is true.

On the other hand, in the present invention, in actual commercialization, it has been determined that the effective duration of the mite insecticide is sufficient for 6 months with an insecticidal rate of 80% or more, as shown in FIG. 12. The reason for this is that the standard replacement period for disposable paper bags is two months, so the safety factor was tripled to six months. This six-month period is extremely effective, as it coincides with the high temperature, high humidity season in Japan, which is the breeding environment for ticks, from April to October.

As mentioned above, the reason why the lower limit of the insecticidal rate was set at 80% is that if the insecticidal rate was maintained at 80%, the increase in pests could be kept to a slight increase.

By the way, if the paper bag support member 10b that constitutes a part of the filter 10 is also impregnated with an insect repellent and mite insecticide, the mites collected in the paper bag 10a will try to escape from the dust suction port 23 by using the paper bag support member. 10b, the insect repellent and mite insecticide that has penetrated into the paper bag support member 10b will enter the body through the pores of the mite body and harmful microorganisms, and even if the mites crawl out from the paper bag 1.
Even if you escape outside of 0a, you will die within a short time, so you can rest assured that it will not harm the human body.

Although it is not a dust collection filter for a vacuum cleaner itself, it is published in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1973 entitled ``Method of sterilizing exhaust gas.''
Japanese Patent Publication No. 128677 discloses a technique for applying a disinfectant around the air passages within the vacuum cleaner body.

However, the problem that the technology described in the publication is trying to solve is the removal of germs from the air flow discharged from the vacuum cleaner body.

However, according to the technology described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 50-128677, the disinfectant applied around the air passages in the vacuum cleaner body can be used to remove dirt, especially hard dirt, that is sucked into the vacuum cleaner body at high speed. It is highly likely that the product will come into contact with the product and peel off, and if this is repeated over a long period of time, the effectiveness of the disinfectant, i.e., the disinfectant applied around the air passages within the vacuum cleaner body, in removing germs from the exhaust stream will be impaired. It is undeniable that it will happen.

On the other hand, if the disinfectant applied around the air passage inside the vacuum cleaner's main body peels off, or if the disinfectant is reapplied around the air passage on a regular basis, It is difficult for general users to apply disinfectant to narrow spaces such as air passages, and on the other hand, it is troublesome to outsource this work to a contractor each time.
This is troublesome and cannot be said to be a realistic method.

In other words, even when using the vacuum cleaner described in JP-A-50-128677, if the dust collection section becomes full of dirt, the dirt must be removed from the vacuum cleaner body and thrown away. However, since there is no barrier around garbage that has been discarded as described above (for example, the wall of a paper bag), pests such as mites that have survived in the garbage can easily crawl out to the surrounding area. be. In other words, in the conventional technology shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 50-128677, the garbage that has filled up inside the vacuum cleaner body is removed from the vacuum cleaner body and is disposed of before being used for environmental hygiene, which is a pest control measure. There is still room for improvement in this respect, as the issue of protection is not yet recognized.

On the other hand, according to the present invention, house dust mites that are once collected on a bag-shaped dust collection filter by operating a vacuum cleaner,
It can greatly suppress the reproduction of harmful microorganisms such as woolly mites within the dust collection filter, and even if the mites escape from the dust collection filter, they can be killed in a short period of time. Re-contamination of the living environment with microorganisms can be prevented.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention is as described above, and the present invention was made in consideration of how to use a disposable dust collection filter for a vacuum cleaner, and after replacing the filter and disposing of garbage. According to the present invention, the reproduction of harmful microorganisms such as house mites and woolly mites once collected in the bag-shaped dust collection filter by vacuum cleaner operation is significantly suppressed, Furthermore, even if there are mites that escape from the dust collection filter, in addition to killing them in a short time, the sterilizing effect continues even after the filter is removed from the vacuum cleaner and thrown away. While preventing the growth of dust mites and fungi, the vacuum cleaner itself can always have its sterilizing effect restored by replacing the disposable filter. It is possible to provide a dust collection filter for a vacuum cleaner that prevents recontamination with mites and fungi in the living environment and is excellent in terms of environmental hygiene.
