The reason is that it does not increase the height of the floor too much, therefore it is convenient because it can be pasted not only on panel plywood but also on conventional thick floor panels, and the pasting work is easy. Recently, the thickness is 2 to 10 mm.
A fairly thin floor panel is preferred.

Thin floor panels are made by attaching ultra-thin veneer veneers to the surface of thin plywood, but they have the disadvantage that they tend to warp as described below when the veneer veneers are attached. These include normal warping where the center in the longitudinal direction is convex downward, reverse warping where the center in the width direction is convex downward, and width warping where the center in the width direction is convex downward. In order to join the floor panels together, the edges are tongue-and-groove, but if there is warpage as described above, the dimensions of the tongue-like machining will vary, and it will likely be difficult to install the subfloor.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and in order to obtain a thin floor panel by pasting an ultra-thin decorative material on a thin base plate, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of the base plate. The gist of this invention is a method for manufacturing a thin floor panel that is characterized by the ability to This will be explained in detail below based on the drawings showing the embodiments.

The method of the present invention is to obtain a thin floor panel by pasting an ultra-thin decorative material 2 on the surface of a thin base plate 1 as shown in FIG.
Adhesive 3 is applied to the back side of the holder. If this is done, the adhesive will be applied to the front and back surfaces of the base plate 1, so that warping will be less likely to occur.

Plywood with a thickness of about 2.0 to 10 mm is used as the base plate, and veneer veneer with a thickness of about 0.2 to 0.6 mm is used as the decorative material. Urea-based or SBR-based adhesives are usually used, but
Not limited to these. The thickness of the adhesive applied to the surface of the plywood was selected to be 12 to 15 g per square meter (918 cm 2 ), and the thickness of the adhesive applied to the back of the plywood was selected to be 10 to 13 g per square meter. 125
C, pressure 5-7 Kg/ cm2 , and time 75-105 seconds. After applying adhesive to both sides of the base plate, a decorative material is placed on the surface of the base plate and hot press molding is performed. It may be changed as appropriate within the thin range to be obtained.

In this way, the tensile force after the adhesive hardens is balanced between the front and back surfaces of the base plate, making it difficult for warpage to occur.

As shown in Figure 2, a veneer veneer 2 is placed above the base plate 1, which has adhesive applied to both the front and back sides, and a backing veneer 2 made of low-cost lauan material or the like and of approximately the same thickness is placed below. 4 are arranged so that the direction of the grain thereof intersects (crosses) the direction of the grain of the veneer veneer 2, and is heated and press-molded. In this way, warpage is less likely to occur, and the thickness of the base plate can be reduced, so that a low-cost base plate can be used.

In the method for manufacturing a thin floor panel according to the present invention, in order to obtain a thin floor panel as described above, adhesive is applied to the back surface of the base plate.
The resulting panel is less likely to warp, which improves the accuracy of panel tongue processing, and also improves the water resistance of the panel due to the adhesive layer on the back of the base plate.
