貼着することによつて薄物フロアーパネルを得る
にあたり、前記化粧材を貼着するために台板表面
に塗布厚12〜15g/918cm2で接着剤を塗布すると
ともに、台板裏面にも塗布厚10〜13g/918cm2で
接着剤を塗布しておくようにし、かつ、前記化粧
材を貼着するためのプレス条件を温度115〜125
℃、圧力5〜7Kg/cm2、時間75〜105秒に設定す
るようにすることを特徴とする薄物フロアーパネ
