印部とを連絡する第4連絡体と、前記電源部の正
極が接続されるとともに前記第1入力印部に対向
して前記入力側体の切換部側面に取着された第1
入力端子部と、前記電源部の負極が接続されると
ともに前記第5入力印部に対向して前記入力側体
の切換部側面に取着された第2入力端子部と、前
記静電保持装置の一の電極に接続されるとともに
前記第1出力印部に対向して前記出力側体の切換
部側面に取着された第1出力端子部と、前記静電
保持装置の他の電極に接続されるとともに前記第
5出力印部に対向して前記出力側体の切換部側面
に取着された第2出力端子部とにより切換スイツ
チを構成し、この切換スイツチを静電保持装置と
電源部間に介設したことにより、一の切換スイツ
チによつて静電保持装置に一旦非導通状態を経て
電源の極性を変換し導通状態とするので、被吸着
物を安定して吸着保持させるとともに、被吸着物
を容易に剥脱させることができ、また、構造的に
