[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention is useful for forming internal and external horizontal walls of buildings and structures with excellent waterproofness and design, and even terraced roofs. This page relates to sideboards (hereinafter simply referred to as boards). [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, the board had the disadvantage that it was weak in tensile force because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part was long, and that only an exterior without joints could be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part.
It had the disadvantage that warping, twisting, etc. appeared significantly on the cosmetic surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. It lacks fireproofing and soundproofing properties, cannot prevent the decorative surface from deforming, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. [Object of the Invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a step-like decorative surface section to form a board with a wide width, and a recessed portion at the tip of the stepped piece of the stepped section of the decorative surface section to form a joint. It is difficult to distinguish it from the joint because it closely resembles the appearance of the joint, and a groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge of the male connector provided at one end of the decorative surface to prevent rain at the connector. In addition, the tip of the insertion edge is folded back inward and extended to form a core material holding piece, which strengthens the integration of the surface material and the core material. To propose a board that prevents leakage of the core material near the mold connection part, and also allows safe construction without damaging the wall during work by performing board construction from the girder to the foundation. It is something. [Structure of the Invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, the first
The figure is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, for example, one type of surface-treated steel plate, zinc/nickel alloy plated steel plate, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel plate, aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc. Metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) or synthetic resin plates are rolled, pressed,
Alternatively, it is formed into a sandwich-like shape from a surface material 1 formed by one type of extrusion molding, a core 18 filled in the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 19 covering the back surface of the core material 18. be. To explain further, the surface material 1 is as shown in FIG.
It is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 6 , and a female type connecting part 11. That is, the decorative surface portion 2 includes a step portion 3 formed with at least one section as shown in the figure parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface material 1 at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated plate;
It is composed of a plurality of inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b separated by a stepped portion 3. To explain further, the stepped part 3 has one end of the decorative piece 2a bent at an angle θ 1 , a stepped piece 4 forming an angle θ 2 with the decorative piece 2b, and a lower end of the stepped piece 4 bent inward. It is formed by folding back outward and forming a recess 5 having a depth of, for example, about 1 to 10 mm. Note that the size and shape of the recess 5 are based on the surface material 1.
It is determined by the size of the gap that occurs when folding or is formed arbitrarily, and the step piece 4 and the decorative piece 2b
By clearly demarcating the spaces and making the appearance of the joints closely resemble the appearance of the joints when board A was installed, it looks as if a wall is formed from the individual boards of decorative pieces 2a and 2b, which improves aesthetics. It is intended to improve Furthermore, the stepped portion 3 improves the mechanical strength of the board A and helps prevent warping, twisting, and flopping even if the board A is formed wide. In addition, the male connecting portion 6 includes an insertion edge 7 provided by protruding the edge of the decorative piece 2a outward, and a core material holding piece 1 which is formed by bending the tip of the insertion edge inward and extending it as it is.
0, a groove 8 recessed above the insertion edge 7 parallel to the longitudinal direction, and a piece (pipe-shaped in the figure) 9 provided at the tip of the insertion edge 7.
To explain further, the insertion edge 7 has an engagement groove 1 which will be described later.
5, a gap is formed in the connecting structure of the board A by the groove 8 on the upper side of the insertion edge 7, preventing capillary phenomenon, and the bank piece 9 returns rain, making it waterproof. It is possible to create a connection portion with a high degree of quality. In addition, the core material holding piece 10 strengthens the integration of the surface material 1 and the core material 18, and when using the core material 18 that discharges raw materials, reacts, foams, and hardens, the core material clamping piece 10 This prevents the core material 18 from leaking. The female connecting part 11 includes a step piece 12 bent inward at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 1 described above at the lower end of the decorative piece 2b, and an upper edge formed by bending the tip edge of the step piece 12 inward. 13, upper edge 13
The tip is bent outward to form the lower edge 14, and the upper edge 13
and a lower edge 14, an engagement groove 15 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, an extension portion 16 extending outward from the lower edge 14, and a distal end of the extension portion 16 having a seam shape. It is composed of a bent tongue piece 17. To explain further, the engagement groove 15 engages the insertion edge 7, and the extension part 16 is a part that fixes the board A to the wall base with a fixing tool such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly enter. Furthermore, the tongue piece 17 serves to prevent the end of the extension 16 from waving and also to prevent injuries caused by the end of the extension 16 during work. Further, the tongue piece 17 can be formed in a lower rib shape or, although not shown, can be formed in an upper rib shape to hold one end of the back material 19.
The core material 18 is filled on the back side of the surface material 1 and mainly provides heat insulation properties to the board A, and is also made of materials having functions such as adhesives, noncombustible materials, cushioning materials, and soundproofing materials. It consists of one type. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1 , and the back material 19. To explain further,
As the core material 18, synthetic resin foam is mainly used, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardant materials and flame retardant aids (borax, borax, etc.).
It consists of one or more of the following: sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, etc. To explain further, the core material 18 is filled in at least a gutter-shaped portion of the surface material 1 surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 , the male connecting portion 6 , and the female connecting portion 11 , and is not shown. If necessary, it is also possible to dispose it so as to bulge out below the surface material 1 . Further, a recess 18a is provided in the vicinity of the male linking portion 6 of the core member 18. This recessed portion 18a is provided to prevent looseness and level differences in the connecting portion when the boards A are connected, and to prevent the aesthetic appearance of the wall from being impaired. Reference numeral 19 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 18 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which prevents the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and also prevents the mechanical strength of the board A itself. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a laminate of one or more of them, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. It consists of etc. In addition, as shown in the figure, both ends of the back material 19 are connected to the core material holding piece 10 and the core material 1 at one end.
8, and the other end is placed on the back side of the extension part 16, or, although not shown, the core material holding piece 10
It is also possible to arrange it on the back surface of the engagement groove 15 or to arrange it between the upper edge 13 of the engagement groove 15 and the core material 18. Here, the dimensions and angles of each part of board A will be explained as follows. That is, the first
2, and 3, the heights of the stepped pieces 4 and 12 are h 1 and h 2 , and the height from the apexes 4a and 12a of the stepped pieces 4 and 12 to the back surface of the core material 18. of
h 3 , h 4 , decorative piece 2a from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the groove 8
The distance to the side end is l 1 , the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 15 to the lower end of the stepped piece 12 is l 2 , the range of the recess 18a is l 3 , and the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 15 to the extension part 16 is l 2 . The distance to the edge is l4 , the angle between the step piece 4 and the decorative piece 2a is θ1 , the angle between the step piece 4 and the decorative piece 2b is θ2 , and the angle between the step piece 12 and the decorative piece 2b is θ3. , If the angle between the stepped piece 12 and the decorative piece 2a of the lower board A is θ 4 when the boards A are connected, h 1 ≒ h 2 , h 3 ≒ h 4 ,
The relationships are θ 1 ≒ θ 3 , θ 2 ≒ θ 4 , l 1 ≦l 2 , and l 3 ≒l 4 . This is so that when Board A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Figure 3, the step of the decorative surface part 2 and the step of the side joint part will have almost the same appearance. This is to create a unified horizontal line and improve aesthetics. [Example of Construction] Now, it is assumed that the board A shown in FIG. 1 is stretched to form a wall as shown in FIG. 3. In addition, boards A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 19, and the core material 18 is composed of the surface material 1 and the back material 19.
During this process, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam are discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
The extension part 16 of A1 is fixed via the nail β. Next, insert the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting portion 6 of the n-1th board A 2 into the engagement groove 15 of the female connecting portion 11 of the board A 1 .
It is inserted into the hole to form a horizontal joint as shown in Fig. 3. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, it is sufficient to carry out the process from the above-mentioned process girder toward the base. In this type of construction, the scaffolding when forming the wall can be gradually lowered, and since the scaffolding does not come into contact with the wall that has already been formed, there is no risk of damage to the wall due to scratches, dents, etc. It is possible to form a wall that is highly aesthetically pleasing without having to do any work, and the work is relatively simple, as the scaffolding does not obstruct the overhead view, and the work at a height is required to start putting up the boards. Therefore, safety is improved. Moreover, since the boards A are installed from the upper tier to the lower tier, it is also possible to use the frame, which is the base of the wall, as part of the scaffolding if necessary. In addition, it is necessary to use caulking material and accessories at the exit and entrance corners (not shown). [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 a to 7 a to 7 k. That is, FIGS. 4 a to 4 i show examples of the stepped portion 3, and FIGS. 4 a and 4 b show a step reinforcing layer between the stepped piece 4 and the recessed portion 5, or between the decorative piece 2a and the stepped piece 4. Figure j shows board A with caulking or packing material 21 planted in at least one of the hatched positions to further improve waterproofness, and figure k shows decorative surface part 2.
An end wall 22 is provided on both ends or one end in the short direction of the
This is board A, which was formed with . Although not shown, a board A in which the back material 19 is not attached to the back surface of the core material 18 can also be formed if necessary. Of course, board A is a combination of Figures 4 to 7.
It is also possible to do this. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Because at least one level difference is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and
It is possible to prevent flattening and prevent the decorative surface from becoming mountain-like. Since the groove is formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, capillary phenomenon is prevented, and the reinforcing ribs function as a rain cover inside the connecting part, so the waterproofness of the connecting part is greatly improved. A recess is formed at the bottom end of the step piece, and the shape of the step and the joint are very similar, creating a unified horizontal line on the wall, giving the wall a three-dimensional feel, and improving aesthetics. can be improved. Because the board has a sanderch structure, it has soundproofing, thermal insulation, and vibration-proofing properties.
Fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength are significantly improved. Since the boards were installed from the girders to the foundation, the walls would not be damaged by the scaffolding. Safety is improved because the installation process at height is a simple process, starting with the installation of boards.
When a material that is discharged in liquid form, reacts, foams, and hardens is used as the core material, the core material clamping piece can prevent leakage of the material near the male connection. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
