左の何れの商品が払出されたかを検知するスイツ
チを設けることにより左右のストツカーに異なる
銘柄の商品を積上げて所望の商品を自在に払出す
ようにしたものであり、この発明の搬送機を自動
販売機に取付けることより従来のストツカーと同
じスペースによつて2倍の種類の商品を払出すよ
うにできるものであるが、特に、この発明におい
ては1回の商品の払出し動作の際に支持カムが
180゜回転するものであるから、1回の払出し動作
毎に支持カムが90゜の正逆回転するものに比較し
て、回転方向の転換回数が半分となり、払出し動
作がスムーズに行われ、機械の摩耗やモータの発
熱も少ないなどの特有の効果がある。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 左右一対のストツカー内にそれぞれ一列に商
品を積み上げ、両ストツカーの間にモータにより
駆動される垂直の回転軸を設け、この軸には各ス
トツカーの下部に設けた回転自在の受台の下部に
出没する支持カムと、受台上の商品の上にある商
品の側部に出没する押え板を押動する押えカムを
固定し、支持カムが受台下部に進出して受台を支
持しているとき押えカムは引込み、支持カムが引
込んで受台が下方へ回動した払出し状態のとき、
押えカムが押え板を押圧して払出される商品より
上の商品の落下を阻止するように構成した商品搬
送機において、前記回転軸の駆動用モータを可逆
モータとするとともに、このモータが停止してい
る待機位置において、支持カムが左右のストツカ
ーの受板を同時に支持するように左右対称形で、
かつ、この支持カムが待機位置から右または左へ
90゜回転したとき反対側の上記受台の下部から引
込む形状とし、さらに、上記可逆モータの回転方
向を選択する手動操作の一対の銘柄選択スイツチ
と、上記支持カムが待機位置のとき待機位置検知
スイツチを働かせ、同支持カムが右または左へ
90゜回動したとき右または左の払出し検知スイツ
チを働かせ、さらに同方向に90゜回動したとき他
方の待機位置検知スイツチを働かせるモータ制御
カムを上記回転軸に設け、上記何れかの銘柄選択
スイツチが操作され、上記何れかの待機位置検知
スイツチが待機位置を検知している条件でモータ
により上記支持カムを選択された銘柄に対応する
方向に回転して、払出検知スイツチが支持カムの
90゜回転を検知したとき、駆動モータを一たん停
止させ、ついでモータを同方向に回転させて支持
カムを他方の待機位置まで回転させて、この他方
の待機位置検知スイツチが待機位置を検知した条
件でモータを停止させる制御回路を設けた商品搬
送機。

A motor control cam is installed on the rotating shaft, which activates the right or left payout detection switch when rotated 90 degrees, and activates the other standby position detection switch when rotated 90 degrees in the same direction, and selects one of the brands listed above. When the switch is operated and one of the standby position detection switches detects the standby position, the motor rotates the support cam in the direction corresponding to the selected brand, and the dispensing detection switch detects the support cam.
When a 90° rotation is detected, the drive motor is temporarily stopped, and then the motor is rotated in the same direction to rotate the support cam to the other standby position, and this other standby position detection switch detects the standby position. A product conveyor equipped with a control circuit that stops the motor under certain conditions.
