Some of these conventional coffee filters have a coffee storage part with the above-mentioned filter attached to the bottom of the filter body, and others have a coffee storage part formed separately from the filter body. There is a cartridge type that has this storage section removably attached to the bottom of the filter, but in both types, basically, the hot water poured into the filter body is passed through the coffee powder sealed in the storage section. They are the same in that they extract coffee liquid.

By the way, this filter has a filter transmittance of
Although the concentration of the extracted coffee liquid is made to be constant depending on the opening area, the amount of coffee powder enclosed, etc., in reality there is some variation, making it difficult to obtain a uniform concentration. On the other hand, although these conventional filters attempt to homogenize the coffee liquid within a certain concentration range by specifying the filter used and making the opening area constant, It had become impossible to further change the shading.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, several proposals have been made regarding coffee filters that drip coffee liquid directly into a container such as a coffee cup by pouring hot water into the filter. being done. However, with all conventional filters, the extraction concentration varies, resulting in slight differences in taste each time, while filters equipped with a concentration adjustment means such as a valve at the dripping port do not allow accurate extraction according to the operation. It was not possible to obtain a concentration change, and the operation adjustment had to be made based on the premise of rough adjustment.

Conventionally, in order to make the concentration of extracted coffee liquid uniform, one thing is to make the amount of coffee powder sealed constant, the filters used are uniform, and the third thing is to make the opening area of the dripping port constant, etc. By adjusting the permeation rate of hot water and keeping it constant to make the concentration uniform, it is possible to adjust the amount of coffee powder enclosed,
Although it is possible and easy to adjust the opening area, adjusting the amount of transmission through the filter is not always easy and is unstable.

The density adjustment by this filter is by coarseness,
This is done by selecting the material such as thickness, but in this type of filter, water drains from the bottom of the filter after passing through the filter, and it is not uniform due to the speed of falling, and experimental results show that filters made of the same material It was found that there were differences in the extraction speed and concentration even when using the following methods.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Focusing on the above-mentioned points, the present invention provides a bottom plate under the filter that is stretched below the coffee storage section, and allows the extracted coffee liquid to flow between the bottom plate and the filter. A reservoir chamber is provided, and on the other hand, a transmission hole of a predetermined diameter is opened in the bottom plate, and the hot water, that is, the coffee liquid, which is poured into the filter body, passes through the coffee powder in the storage section, and extracts the coffee components, is temporarily stored in this reservoir chamber. By filling the base plate with water and gradually dropping it through the permeation holes provided in the bottom plate, extracted coffee liquid can be obtained at a constant rate.

That is, in the present invention, when the extracted coffee liquid passes through a conventional filter and drips, water droplets are formed on the lower surface of the filter due to surface tension, and when these droplets grow to a predetermined size, they fall down repeatedly. This was done in view of the non-uniform filtration rate caused by the uneven growth of water droplets in the filtration action, and the coffee liquid that has passed through the filter is temporarily stored in a reservoir, thereby eliminating the formation of water droplets in the coffee liquid. The purpose is to promote smooth permeation at a constant rate, and to determine the actual contact time between hot water and coffee powder by the permeation holes formed in the bottom plate, making it possible to always extract at a stable concentration.

Furthermore, in view of the constant flow rate from the above-mentioned permeation holes, the present invention provides a plurality of permeation holes in the bottom plate, and these permeation holes are used with peelable or removable seals or plugs. It is an object of the present invention to provide a coffee filter in which the concentration can be freely selected by selectively opening the seal or stopper and selecting the opening area of the permeation holes.

[Function] According to the present invention, the hot water poured into the filter body flows into the coffee powder through the filter above the storage part and comes into contact with it, extracting the coffee components, and leaves the coffee as it is. According to the flow, it falls through a lower filter, but in the present invention, it does not fall directly from this lower filter into a container, but is stored in a reservoir provided below,
After it is filled, it will be poured into the container through a permeable hole in the bottom plate on the lower side of the container. and,
During this time, the hot water is stored inside the reservoir by the reservoir, and at the same time, it accumulates in the storage section to maintain contact with the coffee powder and effectively work on extracting the ingredients.
Since the diameter of the permeation hole, that is, the opening area is kept constant, the flow rate is constant, and therefore the residence time is constant, so that the concentration can be made constant.

The poured hot water becomes coffee liquid in the above order, but it passes through the filter 10 and is stored in the reservoir 12, and as the flow is stagnant, the hot water that does not pass through the filter comes into contact with the coffee powder 11. This will ensure sufficient extraction of the components. The coffee liquid stored in the reservoir chamber 12 falls into the container at a speed determined by the opening area of the opened permeation hole 13c, regardless of the permeation speed of the filter 10.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above based on the embodiments, the filter of the present invention includes a reservoir having a required space between the filter below the coffee storage section and the bottom plate of the storage section,
In addition to this, the device is characterized by having a permeation hole at the bottom of the storage section.According to the present invention, the coffee liquid that has passed through the filter is temporarily stored in the reservoir and is not allowed to drip directly into the container. The system is designed so that it is not affected by the amount of permeation through the filter, and the extraction speed of the coffee liquid depends solely on the diameter of the permeation hole in the bottom plate, so a constant extraction speed can be obtained and a stable concentration can be set. Further, according to the present invention, the extraction speed can be set arbitrarily by changing the opening area of the above-mentioned permeation holes. Therefore, by opening a plurality of permeation holes and selectively opening them, the extraction speed can be set arbitrarily. It has the advantage of being able to change the concentration of extracted coffee liquid and accurately determining the concentration.

In addition, in the filter of the present invention, as the coffee liquid is temporarily stored in the reservoir chamber, the hot water passing through the storage portion reliably comes into contact with the coffee powder stored between the filters, and a condition is created in which the hot water temporarily stagnates. Therefore, it has the advantage of being able to penetrate evenly and extract coffee components efficiently.

Of course, in the present invention, the transmittance of the filter does not affect the extraction concentration, so there is more freedom in selecting the material compared to conventional coffee filters, and the quality is not affected by the tension of the filter. It is advantageous in terms of management.

On the other hand, the filter of the present invention is effective in preventing oxidation of coffee powder and has a long shelf life since the inside of the storage compartment can be completely sealed by closing the permeation hole with a seal or plug and covering the upper filter with a film. It has great advantages.
