従来の問題点
本発明は電熱またはガスにより放射される遠赤
外線により、調理物が加熱されることを特徴とす
る加熱調整器で、従来、電熱オーブンやガスオー
ブンなどで金網やなべを用いて魚、肉、野菜、餅
などを加熱調理していたが、直接調理物に電気ヒ
ーターやガスの炎を当てて加熱するため調理物表
面の焦げ目が多く、また、調理物内部への熱浸透
に長時間を要し、調理物の水分を必要以上に蒸発
させ味覚や外観をそこなわせたり、エネルギー費

発明の目的
本発明は、上記従来の欠点を解消するもので、
ガスまたは電熱によつて加熱された輻射体から効
率よく発生する遠赤外線輻射熱によつて調理物の
内部に急速に熱が浸透し、風味のよい調理物が得
られ、焼いも、焼餅などは表面に大きな焦げ目を
つけることなく加熱でき、従来のゆで卵なども熱
湯を使わず加工できる特徴を有し、経済的で取扱

上記目的を達するために、本発明の加熱調理器
は、セラミツク粒を金属性網袋の内部に均一の厚
さに封入して作られた遠赤外線輻射体と、内面に
セラミツク又は金属酸化物などの遠赤外線放射材
を焼付けた金属性蓋体とを上下に組合せて構成し
てあり、遠赤外線輻射体の上に調理物を乗せ金属
性蓋体をかぶせて、遠赤外線輻射体の底部からガ
スまたは電熱で加熱するようになつており、セラ
ミツク粒を封入した金網を加熱することで、遠赤
外線の発生源となるセラミツの有効表面積を、使
用するセラミツクの量を同一とした場合最大限に
大きくとつて、加熱源により有効に加熱すること
ができるようにし、小さな熱源で効よく遠赤外線
を発生することができるようにすると共に、一般
に用いられるコンロ等に載せて下方から加熱する
だけで、調理物の上下からす早く遠赤外線で加熱
調理することが可能となるよう構成したものであ
