Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 継手本体に形成された止水材用段差部に、上
面に突条が形成された止水材が一体形成された樋
と管継手において、前記止水材用段差部が継手本
体の端部側へ斜め上方に傾斜させて形成されると
共に、前記止水材の突条先端が同一水平面に位置
するように形成されたことを特徴とする樋と管継
手。 2 継手本体に、該継手本体の端部側へ斜め上方
に傾斜する止水材用段差部を形成するごとくオス
型とメス型とを所定の間隙を介して配置し、前記
オス型の止水材用間隙を閉鎖状態で、前記オス型
とメス型との所定の間隙に合成樹脂材を充填して
継手本体を形成し、次に、止水材上面に、先端が
同一水平面に位置する突条を形成するごとくオス
型とメス型との所定の間隙を保つたままでオス型
の止水材用間隙を開放させ、該止水材用間隙に軟
質材料を充填させることにより前記継手本体の止
水材用段差部に止水材を一体形成させたことを特
徴とする樋と管継手の成形方法。 3 止水材用間隙を閉鎖するスライドプレートが
スライド可能に設けられたオス型と、該オス型と
所定の間隙を介して配置されるメス型と、を備
え、前記オス型のスライドプレート当接面に、止
水材の上面に突条を形成するための条溝が設けら
れた樋と管継手の成形型において、前記スライド
プレートを引き抜き方向に斜め上方に設けると共
に、前記条溝を止水材上面の突条先端が同一水平
面に位置するように段階的な深さで形成させたこ
とを特徴とする樋と管継手の成形型。
