に適宜結束されて整理されている。 けれども、この構造では次のような課題があつ
た。 (a) ユニツト枠の表側面の電気機器と裏側の接触
子や母線との対面側との遮蔽が不充分で、故障
時に発生するアークによつて接続電線や各機器
が損傷を受けやすい。 なお、実開昭61−144703号公報には、本体フ
レームにハツト形断面のシヤーシが取り付けて
あり、シヤーシと本体フレームの間に上下方向
に貫通する空間が形成されている電気機器制御
盤が開示してある。 この構造を閉鎖配電盤のユニツト枠に適用し
た場合は、やはり電気機器と裏側の接触子や母
線との遮蔽が不充分であるために故障時に発生
するアークが上下方向に貫通する空間から漏れ
出して広がり、接続電線や各機器は損傷を受け
やすい。このため閉鎖配電盤のユニツト枠に適
用するには問題がある。 (b) 製造時において、電気機器間の結線及び配線
は、構造上一人の作業者が全部を通して作業現
場で寸法を合せながら行なうことになるために
作業効率が良くない。 (c) 配線の方法や結束の仕方が作業者によつて若
干違うので、製品に外観上のバラツキが生じや
すい。 (d) ユニツト枠は、閉鎖配電盤の仕様の変更によ
り電気機器の種類や配置が変つてそれらの取り
付けのための取付孔の位置や数が違つてきた場
合、その都度まちまちに加工製作する必要があ
り、在庫管理がしにくい。
