この発明は、オーバーロツクミシンにおいて加
工布の端部に連なつて針板爪上に形成される空の
糸環をその針板爪から抜き出すための空環抜き出

連なる空環を次の縫製において縫目中に縫い込む
作業(バツクタツク)が必要となる。この作業は
通常以下のようにして行われる。まず、加工布の
端部に連なつて針板爪上に形成された空環を針板
爪から抜き出し、その空環を針落孔に通すととも
に、加工布を手前に回して空環を引き伸ばしつつ
針落点より手前に設けられた空環保持器に保持
し、その引き伸ばされた空環を切断する。この
時、針及びルーパーから連なつた空環は前記針落
孔と空環保持器との間で引き伸ばされた状態に保
持されている。この空環の上に加工布を載置して
縫製を開始することにより、空環残糸を次の加工
布の縫製に際して縫目内に縫い込むようにしてい

発明の構成

向かつて開放する針落孔と、その針落孔に隣接す
る針板爪とを備え、縫製に伴い針板爪上に糸環が
形成されるようにしたオーバーロツクミシンにお
いて、針板爪の近傍に、その延びる方向に沿つて
移動可能で、かつ布送り方向への移動により針板
爪上の空の糸環を抜き出すようにした抜き出し体

同方向へ開放された第一、第二の針落孔6,7が

なつて形成され、その一端が前記第一及び第二の
針板爪4,5間に巻きついている。そしてペダル

れる。このため、第5図a〜cに示すように抜き
出し体21が布送り方向へ水平移動され、その先
端の第一、第二の抜き出し部22,23が第一及
び第二の針落孔6,7に沿つてその両針落孔6,
7の布送り出し側開口部まで移動し、針板爪4,
5に巻きついた空環13が布送り出し側へ押し出
