and a bar inlet 1 at one end of the bar passing path 24.
8 is provided, and a bar 1 is provided at the other end of the bar passing path 24.
A hard plate 26 having a through hole 25 slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the bar 1 and an elastic plate 28 having a through hole 27 slightly smaller than the cross-sectional shape of the bar 1.
The inlet 18 and outlet 19 of the bar passageway 24 are overlapped with each other.
It is characterized by forming a bar guide 30 made of a material such as sponge inside the bar passage passage 24, and by having the above-mentioned structure, it is different from the conventional example. This solves the shortcomings. In other words, by introducing the rod 1 through the inlet 18, passing it through the rod passageway 24, and taking it out through the outlet 19, the paint 3 can be applied to the rod 1 in a drip-like manner in a short time and efficiently. The hard plate 26 has through holes 25 that are slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the bar 1, and the elastic plate 28 has through holes 27 that are slightly smaller than the cross-sectional shape of the bar 1.
The inlet 18 and outlet 19 of the bar passageway 24 are overlapped with each other.
By forming this, it becomes possible to uniformly apply the paint 3 to the surface of the bar 1, and furthermore, by installing a bar guide 30 made of a sponge-like material in the bar-shaped passage 24, guide 30
It is now possible to guide the bar 1 through the guide plate and to allow the bar 1 to pass stably.
以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples.

A bar guide 30 made of sponge or the like is installed inside the bar passageway 24 to guide the lower surface of the bar 1. An inlet 1 for the bar 1 is provided at one end of the bar passing path 24.
8 is provided, and a bar 1 is provided at the other end of the bar passing path 24.
An outlet 19 is provided. In other words, the bar passing path 24
The openings at both ends of the bar are closed by a hard plate 26 and an elastic plate 28 which overlap each other, and as shown in FIG. A through hole 27 which is slightly smaller than the cross-sectional shape of the bar 1 is provided in the rod 1, and the through hole 25 and the through hole 27 form an inlet 18 and an outlet 19. FIG. 4 shows another embodiment in which unevenness 31 is formed on the inner surface of the bar guide 30 in the bar passageway 24. Further, the equipment surrounding the entire surface coating device A of the bar material is constructed as follows. A bar stock section is provided on the base 7,
Bars 1 are stacked on top of each other and stocked. Base 7
A conveyor 2 is arranged above to take out and convey the bars 1 of the bar stock section 8 in order from the bottom, and the conveyor 2 conveys the bars 1 taken out one by one and guides them. It is designed to be sent to groove 9. In the guide groove 9, the upper surface is pressed by a presser 10 to position it in a constant state and convey it. A guide rod 12 is installed laterally on an arm 11 extending laterally on the base 7, and a movable body 13 is movably mounted on the guide rod 12. Further, a threaded rod 14 that is rotated by a handle 15 is installed on the arm 11, and the threaded rod 14 is screwed into the movable body 13.
The position of the movable body 13 can be adjusted by moving it using a threaded rod 14. The entire surface coating device A of the present invention is attached to the moving body 13 so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving body 13. The movement can be adjusted via 17. A guide body 20 is extended from near the outlet 19 of the entire surface coating device A for bar material. On the exit 19 side, a long take-out conveyor 5 is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the conveyor 2.
The coated bar 1 coming out of 9 is conveyed. This take-out conveyor 5 is formed by attaching conveyor belts 21 to left and right support stands 5a, respectively. The distance between the left and right support stands 5a can be adjusted freely, and the left and right conveyor belts 21
is arranged in an inverted V-shape. A dryer 6 is arranged on the discharge side of the take-out conveyor 5.

The bar 1 is introduced into the entire surface coating device A from the entrance 18 while being guided by the guide groove 9.
The paint 3 is applied so that the rod 1 is dipped in water, and the rod 1 coated with the paint 3 comes out from an outlet 19. At this time, the position of the entire surface coating device A can be adjusted by moving the movable body 13, and the bar material 1a
Even if the length of the bar 1 changes, the bar material 1 can be painted accordingly. Further, the entire surface coating device A can also move in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the bar 1, and the inlet 18 and outlet 19 of the entire surface coating device A can be aligned with the conveying position of the bar 1. Bar guide 30 in the bar passageway 24
When the rod 1 passes through the rod 1, if the unevenness 31 is provided as shown in FIG. 4, the paint 3 will spread over the entire circumference of the rod 1, and the paint 3 will adhere well. The bar 1 that has been painted and comes out from the outlet 19 is guided by the guide body 20 and goes out. When the bar 1 comes out from the end exit 19, it falls onto the take-out conveyor 5, and both ends of the bar 1 are attached to the conveyor belt. 21, both ends of the bar 1 are supported and conveyed by the take-out conveyor 5. At this time, since the conveyor belt 21 of the take-out conveyor 5 has an inverted V shape, both ends of the bar 1 are connected to the conveyor belt 21.
The paint 3 is transported while being placed in point contact with the paint 3 and supported so that the paint 3 does not peel off. Further, the distance between the left and right support stands 5a of the take-out conveyor 5 can be adjusted by changing the position of the support stands 5a, so that even if the length of the bar 1 changes, it can be conveyed. The bar material 1 conveyed by the take-out conveyor 5 is sent to a dryer 6 and dried. In this way, the paint 3 can be applied by continuously feeding the rods 1 one after another.

ある。[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention forms a rod passageway through which the rods pass at the bottom of a container storing paint, provides an inlet for the rods at one end of the rod passageway, and provides a passageway for the rods to pass through. Since the outlet of the bar is provided at the other end of the passage, the bar is inserted into the bar passage from the entrance, passed through the bar passage, and taken out from the outlet, so that the bar is immersed in the surface of the bar. The paint can be painted over the entire surface of the bar in a short time and efficiently, and it is also possible to coat a hard plate with perforations that are slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the bar, and a hard plate that has perforations that are slightly smaller than the cross-sectional shape of the bar. Since the inlet and outlet of the rod passage are formed by stacking elastic plates with holes, the paint can be applied to the surface of the rod without getting wet, and the paint can be applied evenly. In addition, a bar guide made of a sponge-like material is installed in the bar passageway, so that when the bar passes through the bar passageway, the bar guide guides the bar and stabilizes the bar in a predetermined position. The paint can be applied uniformly to the surface of the rod, and since the rod guide is like a sponge, it does not interfere with coating the entire surface of the rod.
