本発明は、安全弁を内部に組み込んだ電池キヤ

等による溶着強度の低下などにより溶着の信頼性
が低かつた。また、キヤツプの金属板の位置出し
等をするため、治具や機械等を使用していたが、

発明の目的
本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解消しようとす
るものであり、電池キヤツプのキヤツプの金属板
への固定強度とキヤツプ組立体としての精度を上
げ、かつ信頼性を向上させることを目的とするも

発明の構成
本発明は、円筒状部とこの円筒状部の外周に設
けられ複数の孔を有するツバ部を一体に形成した
電池キヤツプと、前記電池キヤツプの板厚よりも
大きい突出高さをもつた複数の凸状部を設けた金
属板とより構成され、前記電池キヤツプの孔部を
上記金属板の凸状部に嵌合し、電池キヤツプの孔
部より突出した前記金属板の凸状部の端面を圧漬
して両者を固定することを特徴とする。この様に
構成することにより、電池ケースの蓋板をなす金
属板に対する電池キヤツプの固定強度やキヤツプ
組立体としての組立精度を上げ、かつ信頼性を向

定する際の分解斜視図、第4図はその固定完了状
態を示す断面図である。第1図〜第3図におい
て、1は円筒状部2とこの円筒状部2の外周に設
けられ複数の孔3を有するツバ部4とを一体に形
成した電池キヤツプ、5は孔3に対応して複数の
突出する凸状部6を設けた金属板、7は安全弁で

次に電池キヤツプと金属板との固定について説

なる。あわせて、電池キヤツプ1の孔3と金属板
5の凸状部6は、プレス加工により高精度に出来
ており固定後の精度が良くなると共に、孔3と凸
状部6が嵌合されて位置出しが簡単に出来るた
